Description
本発明の第1実施形態について説明する。本実施形態の燃料噴射弁は、内燃機関(より詳細には圧縮着火式内燃機関。図示せず)のシリンダヘッドに装着され、コモンレール(図示せず)内に蓄えられた高圧燃料を内燃機関の燃焼室内に噴射するものである。
第2実施形態について、図9を用いて説明する。本実施形態では、面取り部6の構成を変更した点が第1実施形態と相違している。本実施形態では、第1実施形態と同様または均等な部分についての説明を省略、または簡略化して説明する。
第3実施形態について、図10を用いて説明する。本実施形態では、面取り部6の構成を変更した点が第1実施形態と相違している。本実施形態では、第1実施形態と同様または均等な部分についての説明を省略、または簡略化して説明する。
なお、第3実施形態では、面取り部6の断面形状を円弧状にしたが、面取り部6は、排出通路143の軸線を通る断面の形状が、円弧以外の曲線であってもよい。具体的には、この断面形状が曲線の面取り部6は、面取り部6における排出通路143の径方向の長さを径方向面取り寸法L1とし、面取り部6における排出通路143の軸線方向の長さを軸線方向面取り寸法L2としたとき、径方向面取り寸法L1と軸線方向面取り寸法L2とが異なる。さらに、径方向面取り寸法L1は0.005(mm)以上が望ましく、また、径方向面取り寸法L1は0.005〜0.04(mm)がさらに望ましい。

Claims (11)
- 内燃機関に燃料を噴射するための噴孔(102)を開閉するノズルニードル(2)と、
前記ノズルニードルを閉弁向きに付勢する高圧の燃料が導入される制御室(125)と、
前記制御室内の燃料を低圧部(141)に排出させる排出通路(143)、および前記排出通路における下流側端部を囲む平坦なボデーシート面が形成されたオリフィスボデー(14)と、
前記ボデーシート面(144)に接離して前記排出通路を開閉する弁体(53)とを備え、
前記ボデーシート面と前記排出通路とが交わる角部に面取り部(6)が設けられており、
前記弁体は、前記面取り部に接触することなく、前記ボデーシート面に接離する平坦な弁体シート面(530)を有し、
前記オリフィスボデーよりも耐摩耗性に優れるコーティング(7)が、前記ボデーシート面と前記面取り部に亘り連続して施されていることを特徴とする燃料噴射弁。 - 前記面取り部は、前記ボデーシート面に対する角度が45°以外のテーパ面であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の燃料噴射弁。
- 前記面取り部の最大径をD1、前記面取り部の最小径をD2、(D1−D2)/2を面取り寸法Lとしたとき、前記面取り寸法Lは、0.005(mm)以上であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の燃料噴射弁。
- 前記面取り寸法Lは、0.04(mm)以下であることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の燃料噴射弁。
- 前記面取り部は、C0.005(mm)以上のC面取りであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の燃料噴射弁。
- 前記面取り部は、C0.04(mm)以下のC面取りであることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の燃料噴射弁。
- 前記面取り部は、R0.005(mm)以上のR面取りであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の燃料噴射弁。
- 前記面取り部は、R0.04(mm)以下のR面取りであることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の燃料噴射弁。
- 前記面取り部における前記排出通路の径方向の長さを径方向面取り寸法L1とし、前記面取り部における前記排出通路の軸線方向の長さを軸線方向面取り寸法L2としたとき、
前記面取り部は、前記排出通路の軸線を通る断面の形状が曲線であり、且つ、前記径方向面取り寸法L1と前記軸線方向面取り寸法L2とが異なることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の燃料噴射弁。 - 前記径方向面取り寸法L1は、0.005(mm)以上であることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の燃料噴射弁。
- 前記径方向面取り寸法L1は、0.04(mm)以下であることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の燃料噴射弁。
