Definitions
- the invention relates to a deodorization filter with a Collecting funnel and subsequent filter housing, the Collecting funnel a floor with a water inlet having.
- FR-A 2 641 299 describes a deodorization filter for a Exit or toilet drain system known, in which a filter housing consists of several parts, in which Filter housing a removable filter cartridge is inserted can be.
- EP-A-0 626 189 discloses a deodorization filter in which around a downpipe in a filter housing around filter material is arranged. A sagging of the filter material to prevent is in the filter material Scaffolding.
- the present invention is based on the object To further improve the filtering effect of the deodorization filter while making handling much easier.
- the removable filter cartridge has the great advantage that without any specialist knowledge from the filter housing can be removed and replaced with a new one.
- the old filter cartridge is then either replaced by a specialist refilled or returned to the manufacturing plant. This will handle and use the Deodorization filter over a long lifespan simplified.
- the filter cartridge preferably has a bottom, at least an intermediate shelf and a lid. Between these Bottoms or lids are each formed in filter spaces where the filter material is. Of course can also support scaffolding in these rooms. Like. Be arranged as in EP-A-0 626 189 are described.
- the filter cartridge can be in the floor, intermediate floors and lids Air openings, preferably arranged as air slots.
- Air openings preferably arranged as air slots.
- the filter cartridge has a certain weight it turned out to be advisable to vent the louvers in the floor like this to design that a web remains in the middle, the as a bracket for pulling out the filter cartridge from the Filter housing can serve.
- the filter cartridge preferably has near the floor a circumferential edge strip through which, for example Screws are used as a fastener can.
- the filter cartridge can then be attached to these fasteners be connected to the filter housing.
- the offset arrangement of the water outlet also has the Advantage that the filter cartridge itself is made simpler can be.
- the water inlet could also be in be arranged at the bottom of the collecting funnel, however, it should preferably also serve as an outlet for serve the cleaned exhaust air.
- additional Bridges for exhausting the exhaust air like they still do are described in EP-A-0 626 189 avoided, so that also in the present preferred embodiment the deodorization filter sealing against the manhole rubbery ring collar becomes unnecessary.
- On the A sealing ring can now be used on the outer wall of the collecting funnel be put on, the changing distance between the preferably conical ring wall of the Collecting funnel and the manhole.
- the exhaust air must in any case pull the filter cartridge through.
- a closure device should be assigned to the water outlet his.
- This can be, for example Act valve device or a siphon.
- the siphon takes advantage of appropriate pipe bends that a constant water level at the water outlet closes.
- a simple valve device can be made from a seesaw exist, which are rotatably held between two bearing strips is. On the one hand there is one on this seesaw Flap that closes the water outlet on the other hand Weight. The weight is heavier than the flap, so that the flap is always pressed against the water outlet. However, if water is forced through the water outlet, the Flap opened.
- Weight is heavier than the flap, so that the flap is always pressed against the water outlet. However, if water is forced through the water outlet, the Flap opened.
- here are still other configurations of locking devices possible and should be within the scope of the invention.
- the housing preferably has near openings at the bottom of the collecting funnel. This ensures that water from the casing is not through this Air opening accidentally spilled into the filter cartridge can, nevertheless the filtered air can enter the housing and emerge from the water inlet.
- a deodorization filter R according to FIG. 1 is suitable for inserted in a manhole, not shown to become.
- the deodorization filter R a filter housing 1 into which a filter cartridge 2 can be used.
- Filter housing 1 and filter cartridge 2 are preferably partially cylindrical.
- the filter cartridge 2 has a somewhat smaller diameter d 1 than the diameter d of the filter housing 1, so that the filter cartridge 2 can be inserted into the filter housing 1 without difficulty and assumes the position of use shown in dashed lines in FIG.
- the filter housing 1 is a collecting funnel 4 upwards molded, the circumferential ring wall 5 preferably conical is trained.
- the ring wall 5 includes a bottom 6, the only has a water inlet 7 approximately in the middle. This water inlet 7 is dashed in Figure 2 indicated.
- the water inlet 7 forms, as later is described in detail, a clean gas outlet.
- the collecting funnel 4 does not serve to receive one shown sand trap, the corresponding fasteners is connected to the collecting funnel. It points the sand trap usually has a bracket over which the entire deodorization filter R raised from a shaft or can be used in a shaft.
- a lower surface 8 of the bottom 6 is, according to FIGS and 2 a closed housing 9 is attached. From above flows into this housing 9, the water inlet 7 while a water outlet 11 is molded onto a housing base 10. This water outlet 11 is in turn a valve device 12 assigned, for the sake of simplicity from a Flap valve can exist.
- a valve device 12 assigned, for the sake of simplicity from a Flap valve can exist.
- the rocker 13 itself is between two Bearing strips 16.1 and 16.2 rotatably mounted so that the Flap 14 under the higher weight of the weight 15 in Closed position is held on the water outlet 11.
- Louvers 18 molded over the air from the filter housing 1 and can escape through the water inlet 7.
- the filter cartridge 2 is in the filter housing 1 used.
- the filter cartridge 2 has a bottom 19 surrounding it Edge strip 20 on the corresponding fasteners 21 is connected to the filter housing 1.
- the filter cartridge 2 Across from the floor 19 is the filter cartridge 2 by a removable cover 22 closed. Between cover 22 and Floor 19 is at least one intermediate floor 23, through which the filter cartridge 2 in two chambers 24.1 and 24.2 is divided. Both chambers 24.1 and 24.2 are with appropriate filter material filled. You can still have further support structures for the filter material, such as this is described, for example, in EP-A-0 626 189.
- a central web 26.1 according to FIG. 2 serves as a bracket for pulling out the filter cartridge 2 from the Filter housing 1. Therefore, this web 26.1, if desired to be more trained.
- This configuration of the deodorization filter R allows that instead of a rubber-like known from EP-A-0 626 189 Ring collar used a rubber-like sealing ring 27 can be slidably the annular wall 5 of outside.
- This has the advantage that this Sealing ring 27 when inserting the deodorization filter R in can adjust a manhole to the shaft diameter, so that there is definitely a seal, even if There are inaccuracies in fit.
- the known deodorization filters kicked with the rubbery ring collar undesired air outlets between the shaft and deodorization filter.
- Water which is collected in the collecting funnel 4, can be discharged through the water inlet 7 into the housing 9 become. It is then directed outside to the water outlet 11 and can through the valve device 12 in one Downpipe or run directly into the sewer. Is conceivable here also the interposition of a siphon-like pipe bend, the standing a corresponding water level allowed through which no exhaust air into the housing can go back.
- Exhaust air from the duct system passes through the slots 25.1, 25.2 and 25.3 in the filter cartridge 2, the exhaust air is cleaned by the filter material.
- the exhaust air enters then as clean gas from the slots 25.3 of the cover 22 and passes through the louvers 18 and the water outlet 11 outwards. This means that channel odors can escape prevented.
