Claims (7)
- Kalander zum Behandeln, wie Glätten oder Satinieren, einer Bahn, insbesondere einer Papierbahn (17), mit mindestens zwei einen Walzenspalt zwischen sich bildenden Walzen (2 bis 9), mindestens einem Längsschneider (32) zum Aufteilen der Bahn in mindestens zwei Teilbahnen (17a, 17b, 17c) und einer Aufwickelvorrichtung (37), die mindestens zwei Wickelstationen (37a, 37b, 37c) für je eine Teilbahn (17a, 17b, 17c) und einen Antrieb, der die Umfangsgeschwindigkeit der Teilbahn-Rollen (43a, 43b, 43c) annähernd gleich der Bahngeschwindigkeit im Kalander hält, aufweist, wobei der mindestens eine Längsschneider (32) zwischen dem letzten Walzenspalt und der Aufwickelvorrichtung (37) angeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Meßvorrichtungen (44, 45) für die Messung von Parametern der Teilbahnen (17a, 17b, 17c) oder der Teilbahn-Rollen (43a, 43b, 43c) vorgesehen sind und daß die Wickelstationen (37a, 37b, 37c) je eine eigene Antriebsvorrichtung (41) mit einer Steuervorrichtung (46) aufweisen, die zusätzlich individuelle Korrekturen der Umfangsgeschwindigkeit in Abhängigkeit von den genannten Parametern bewirkt.
- Kalander zum Behandeln, wie Glätten oder Satinieren, einer Bahn, insbesondere einer Papierbahn (17), mit mindestens zwei einen Walzenspalt zwischen sich bildenden Walzen (2 bis 9), mindestens einem Längsschneider (32) zum Aufteilen der Bahn in mindestens zwei Teilbahnen (17a, 17b, 17c) und einer Aufwickelvorrichtung (37), die mindestens zwei Wickelstationen (37a, 37b, 37c) für je eine Teilbahn (17a, 17b, 17c) und einen Antrieb, der die Umfangsgeschwindigkeit der Teilbahn-Rollen (43a, 43b, 43c) annähernd gleich der Bahngeschwindigkeit im Kalander hält, aufweist, wobei eine zonenweise wirkende Steuervorrichtung (23) für die Kalanderfunktionen, wie Druckspannung im Walzenspalt, Verweilzeit im Walzenspalt, Temperatur oder Feuchte, vorgesehen ist, die für die gewünschten Eigenschaften der Bahn (17), wie Glätte oder Glanz, sorgt, und wobei der mindestens eine Längsschneider (32) zwischen dem letzten Walzenspalt und der Aufwickelvorrichtung (37) angeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Meßvorrichtungen (44, 45) für die Messung von Parametern der Teilbahnen (17a, 17b, 17c) oder der Teilbahn-Rollen (43a, 43b, 43c) vorgesehen sind und daß die Steuervorrichtung (23) die Zonen zusätzlich individuell in Abhängigkeit von den genannten Parametern aussteuert.
- Kalander nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß bei Verwendung eines vertikalen Walzenstapels (1) die zusätzliche Beeinflussung der Kalanderfunktionen überwiegend im Bereich des untersten Walzenspalts (15) erfolgt.
- Kalander nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Meßvorrichtungen (44, 45) für die Teilbahnrollen-Durchmesser und/oder die Zugspannungen der Teilbahnen, die als Parameter dienen, vorgesehen sind.
- Kalander nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, gekennzeichnet durch eine den Walzenspalten (10 bis 16) vorgeschaltete Abwickelvorrichtung (18).
- Kalander nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, gekennzeichnet durch eine automatische Bahneinzugsvorrichtung.
- Kalander nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jede Wickelstation (37a, 37b, 37c) mit einem automatischen Wickelhülsenwechsler versehen ist.
