Claims (48)
- Vorrichtung (1) zum Zuführen einer fließfähigen, pastösen und gegebenenfalls gasförmigen Substanz (9) an eine in der Vorrichtungslänge sich erstreckende zur Substanzauftragung geeignete Arbeitsstelle (8) sowie insbesondere zum Beaufschlagen einer längs der Arbeitsstelle sich breit erstreckenden Arbeitsfläche (81) wie einer Auftragungsfläche (81) mit der Substanz, insbesondere mittels eines Rakelelements (91), umfassend eine dreistufige Substanz-Strömungsführung, die dadurch gebildet ist, daß die Substanz in einer ersten Strömungsstufe mittels einer einen zusammengefaßten (zentrierten) Substanzstrom bildenden Hauptzuführungsleitung in die Vorrichtung einleitbar ist, in einer zweiten Strömungsstufe mittels einer Substanzstrom-Teilungseinrichtung (3) breitengleichmäßig in eine Mehrzahl Strömungswege teilbar ist und in einer dritten Stufe mittels einer Vielzahl von Austrittsöffnungen (60) über die Auftragungsbreite ausbreitbar ist, und die auch zur Umkehr der Substanz-Strömungsrichtung dadurch gebildet ist, daß die Substanz aus dem Bereich der Auftragungsstelle durch die zweite Strömungsstufe in den dann einen zusammengefaßten Substanzausleitungsstrom bildenden Substanzstrom der ersten Strömungsstufe überführbar ist, wobeidie Substanzstrom-Teilungseinrichtung (3) mit einem in der Vorrichtungslänge sich erstreckenden Tragelement (2) verbunden ist und einen in ihrer Länge sich erstreckenden Strömungs-Kanalkörper umfaßt,die Hauptzuführungsleitung einer ersten, im Bereich der Längsmitte des Kanalkörpers angeordneten zentralen Substanzstrom-Teilungsausmündung zugeordnet ist,von der zentralen Teilungsausmündung (51) ein System von Teilungsstufen bildenden Substanzstrom-Teilungskanälen ausgeht, die sich von Stufe zu Stufe über weitere gleichartige Teilungsausmündungen fortgesetzt bis zu einer Vielzahl von mit Abstandsmaß (A) (Teilungsmaß) angeordneten Austrittsöffnungen (60) vervielfachen
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßein Strömungs-Kanalkörper als Anschluß-Kanalkörper (31) vorgesehen ist, der stirnseitig eine Körperöffnung zur Verbindung mit einer Anschlußleitung (40) aufweist,von der Stirn-Körperöffnung des Anschluß-Kanalkörpers (31) ausgehend und bis in den Bereich der Körper-Längsmitte sich erstreckend ein die Anschlußleitung (40) fortsetzender oder durch die Anschlußleitung (40) wenigstens teilweise gebildeter, die Hauptzuführungsleitung bildender Anschlußströmungskanal (41) gebildet ist, der im Bereich der Körper-Längsmitte des Anschluß-Kanalkörpers (31) die zentrale Substanzstrom-Teilungsausmündung (51) aufweist, wobei er die Substanz in zusammengefaßter Strömung zwischen Stirnseite und Längsmitte des Anschluß-Kanalkörpers (31) innerhalb desselben führt und wenigstens eine Teilungsstufe innerhalb des Anschluß-Kanalkörpers (31) ausgebildet ist, unddas Abstandsmaß (A) zwischen zwei benachbarten Substanzaustritts-Ausmündungen (600) im Bereich von 3 bis 20 mm, vorzugsweise 4 bis 16 mm, liegt und die Austrittsöffnungen (60) derart mit Distanz zur Arbeitsstelle (8) angeordnet sind, daß die Austrittsöffnungen (60) in einen zwischen ihnen und der Arbeitsstelle (8) freien Raum münden. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Austrittsöffnungen (60) röhrchenförmig ausgebildet und vorzugsweise achsparallel zueinander angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jede Austrittsöffnung (60') in einer Fläche mündet, deren Breite, parallel zur Arbeitsbewegungsrichtung (B), vorzugsweise aber auch deren Maß in Vorrichtungslängsrichtung im wesentlichen durch den Durchmesser bzw. den Querschnitt der zugehörigen Ausmündungsöffnung (610) bestimmt ist (Fig. 16, 17).
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Ausmündungs-Flächenquerschnitt der Austrittsöffnungen (60) im Bereich von 3 bis 30 mm2 liegt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Länge der kanalröhrchenförmigen Austrittsöffnungen (60) im Bereich von 1 bis 100 mm liegt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Abstand der Austrittsöffnungs-Ausmündungen zu der Arbeitsstelle (8) im Bereich von 1 bis höchstens 100 mm liegt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Summe der Ausmündungs-Flächenquerschnitte der Austrittsöffnungen (60) größer ist als der durch die Körperöffnung des Anschluß-Kanalkörpers (31) gebildete Substanz-Einlaßquerschnitt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Austrittsquerschnitte der Austrittsöffnungen (60) der Auftragungsfläche (81) zugewandt und so gerichtet sind, daß die Substanz (9) durch freien Raum im freien Fall zur Arbeitsstelle (8) gelangt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Teilungseinrichtung (3) in den Anschluß-Kanalkörper (31) und wenigstens einen zusätzlichen längsparallel sich erstreckenden Kanalkörper (32, 33) unterteilt ist wobei ein Zusatz-Kanalkörper (33) mit den Substanz-Austrittsöffnungen (60) versehen ist und vorzugsweise jeder Zusatzkanalkörper (32, 33) unterhalb des Anschluß-Kanalkörpers (31) zwischen diesem und der Arbeitsstelle (8) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein zusätzlicher Kanalkörper mit einem Rohr oder einer Tragwand wenigstens teilweise umwandet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Tragelement (2) durch ein Tragrohr (21) gebildet ist, mit dem nur der Anschluß-Kanalkörper (31) ummantelt ist, während ggf. jeder weitere Kanalkörper (32, 33) der Teilungseinrichtung (3) außerhalb des Tragrohres (21) an diesem angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Anschluß-Kanalkörper (31, 32, 33) an wenigstens einer ein Tragelement (2) bildenden, in den Bereich zwischen dem Anschluß-Kanalkörper (31) und der Arbeitsstelle (8) sich erstreckenden Trag-Längsseitenwand (22) befestigt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an dem Anschluß-Kanalkörper (31), vorzugsweise an seiner der Arbeitsstelle (8) zugewandten Seite, wenigstens ein der Zufuhr und/oder Absaugung von Reinigungsmittel wie Reinigungsflüssigkeit oder Gas dienender Kanalkörper (35, 36) mit über die Auftragungsbreite verteilt vorgesehenen Ausmündungen (61) angeordnet ist, die mit einem an der Vorrichtung (1) stirnseitig angeordneten zentralen Reinigungs-Anschlußkanal verbunden sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ausmündungen (61) eines Reinigungs-Kanalkörpers (35, 36) so geformt und gerichtet sind, daß unter Förderdruck stehende Reinigungsflüssigkeit von Ausmündungen (61) sich kegelförmig erweiternd ausgeteilt wird.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ausmündungen (61) des Reinigungs-Kanalkörpers (35, 36) durch einen Teil des Anschluß-Kanalkörpers (31) mit dem stirnseitigen Anschlußkanal verbunden sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Reinigungs-Anschlußkanal durch den Anschlußströmungskanal des Anschluß-Kanalkörpers (31) gebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Anschlußströmungskanal für Auftragungssubstanz durch einen Teil eines den Anschluß-Kanalkörper in Längsrichtung vollständig durchgreifenden Kanals vorzugsweise in Form eines dünnwandigen Rohres gebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 17 und 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Eintrittskanal von der einen Stirnseite des Anschluß-Kanalkörpers her den Anschlußströmungskanal (41) für Auftragungssubstanz bildet, während er von der gegenüberliegenden Stirnseite her den Reinigungs-Anschlußkanal für mindestens einen Reinigungs-Kanalkörper (35, 36) bildet.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Ausmündungsrand der Substanz-Austrittsöffnungen (60) schräg zur Strömungsrichtung ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ausmündungen der Substanz-Austrittsöffnungen (60) zur Öffnungsseite trichterartig erweitert sind, um Substanz im Bereich der Auftragungsstelle (8) abzusaugen und durch den Kanalkörper (31) in den Anschluß-Strömungskanal (41) zurückzuleiten.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Teilungseinrichtung (3) in Modulbauweise aus einer Gruppe von vorzugsweise quaderförmigen Kanalkörpern (31 bis 36) besteht, von denen mindestens einer einen Anschluß-Kanalkörper (31) bildet, wobei wenigstens ein vorzugsweise mindestens eine Stufe von Teilungskanälen (KN) aufweisender Zusatz-Kanalkörper (32 - 36) an wenigstens einen benachbarten Kanalkörper angefügt ist und die Gesamtheit der aneinandergefügten Kanalkörper einen die Teilungseinrichtung (3) ausbildenden geschlossenen Verbundkörper bildet, wobei vorzugsweise jede Kanalkörperfläche mit einer oder mehreren an sie angefügten Kanalkörperflächen deckungsgleich ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 21, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Teilungseinrichtung (3) mindestens einen platten- oder flachförmigen, quer zur Auftragungsfläche (81) gerichteten und bis in den Bereich der Auftragungstelle (8) sich erstreckenden Abschnitt umfaßt, der aus mindestens einem Kanalkörper (32 bis 36) gebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 22, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Anschluß-Kanalkörper (31) wenigstens zwei von mindestens einer Stirnseite ausgehende Anschlußströmungskanäle (41) umfaßt, von denen einer über die zentrale Teilungsausmündungen (51) mit Teilungsstufen für Auftragungssubstanz verbunden ist, während wenigstens ein anderer der Anschlußstömungskanäle (41) über wenigstens eine weitere zentrale Teilungsausmündung (51', 51'') den Eingangsweg für wenigstens ein separates Strömungs-Teilungssystem der Teilungseinrichtung (3) zur Zuführung von Reinigungsflüssigkeit bildet.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 23, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in einen an den Anschluß-Kanalkörper (31) angefügten Zusatz-Kanalkörper (32) sowohl Teilungskanäle für den Strömungsweg der Auftragungssubstanz als auch separat dazu für den Strömungsweg von Reinigungsflüssigkeit ausgebildet sind (Fig. 19).
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 24, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an der Unterseite des Anschluß-Kanalkörpers (31) für Auftragungssubstanz ein Kanalkörper (350) angesetzt ist, in dem zwei mit Austrittsöffnungen (60) versehene, parallel sich erstreckende Rohrkanäle angeordnet sind, wobei eines der Rohre an der einen Kanalkörper-Stirnseite mit Reinigungsflüssigkeit beschickbar ist und die Rohrkanäle an der anderen Stirnseite mit einem U-Kanalstück verbunden sind (Fig. 22a, b).
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 25, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorrichtung eine Rundschablone (80) aufweist und der Anschluß-Kanalkörper (31) mit einer, in Arbeits-Bewegungsrichtung (B) gesehen, hinteren Traglängswand (23) verbunden ist, deren freier Längsrand einen solchen Abstand von der Schabloneninnenwand aufweist, daß der Endrand eine Art Spaltrakel bildet, die unmittelbar nach Abschalten des Auftragungsbetriebs in der sich weiter drehenden Rundschabone verbleibende Substanz über die Schabloneninnnenwand verteilt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 26, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorrichtung ausschließlich als Reinigungseinrichtung (1') zum Reinigen der Teilungseinrichtung (3) und des zugeordneten Rakelgeräts (91) vorzugsweise in Verbindung mit einer Rundschablone (80) vorgesehen ist, wobei die Teilungseinrichtung (3) zusammen mit dem Rakelgerät (91) und ggf. der Rundschablone (80) eine diese Teile miteinander verbindende, einer Auftragungsmaschine entnehmbare Auftragungsgerät-Transporteinheit bildet und die Reinigungseinrichtung (1') mit einer solchen Auftragungsgerät-Einheit austauschbar bestückt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 27, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Arbeitsfläche (81) der Reinigungseinrichtung (1') durch eine Tragwalze gebildet ist, die mit einem die Reinigung begünstigenden Belag wie einem Gummibelag, einem saugfähigen Belag oder einem Bürstenbelag versehen ist, wobei vorzugsweise in der Walze eine Magneteinrichtung (82) zur Anpressung eines magnetisierbaren Rakelelements (91) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 27 oder 28, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Rakelelement (91) magnetisierbar ist und mittels eines an der Teilungseinrichtung (3) angeordneten Haltemagneten (83) und mittels einer zeitweilig an der Arbeitsstelle (8) erzeugbaren magnetischen Anziehungskraft auf das Rakelelement (91) intermittierend von dem Walzenbelag abhebbar angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 27 bis 29, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an der Umfangsoberfläche der Tragwalze wenigstens ein über die Arbeitsbreite sich erstreckendes flachförmiges Permanentmagnet-Element (820) angeordnet ist, bei dessen Vorbeigang an der Arbeitsstelle (8) das Rakelelement (91) vorübergehend aus seiner angehobenen Ruheposition an dem Haltemagneten (83) gegen die Walze gepreßt wird.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 27 bis 30, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Reinigungseinrichtung (1') um eine Achse quer zur Vorrichtungslänge der Länger nach in eine Kipplage zum Ablauf von Reinigungsflüssigkeit verschwenkbar ist (Fig. 22).
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 31, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß wenigstens ein Kanalkörper (31-36) mittels einer vorzugsweise unter Vorspannung stehenden Klebeverbindung (10) mit wenigstens einem Tragelement (2) verbunden ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 32, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß wenigstens ein Kanalkörperteil (31-36) der Vorrichtung unter Vorspannung mit einem Tragelement (2) verbunden ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 33, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorrichtung (1) um eine zu ihrer Längsachse parallele Achse schwenkbar angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 34, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an der Vorrichtung (1) ein mit seiner Fühlspitze (71) bis in den Bereich der Auftragungsstelle (8) sich erstreckender Substanz-Kontaktfühler (7) angeordnet ist, wobei vorzugsweise die Fühlspitze (71) um eine zur Vorrichtungslängs achse parallele Achse (70) verschwenkbar angeordnet ist und vorzugsweise der Kontaktfühler (7) in vorrichtungs-Längsrichtung verschiebbar in die Vorrichtung (1) eingesetzt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 35, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ausmündungen (600) der Teilungseinrichtung (3) mit einem schlitzförmigen Spalt (601) verbunden sind, wobei der Strömungsweg im Spalt höchstens 2 - 12 mm, vorzugsweise 3 - 10 mm beträgt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 36, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die röhrchenförmigen Austrittsöffnungen (60) in einem an den Anschluß-Kanalkörper (31) angesetzten Zusatz-Kanalkörper (33) ausgebildet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 37, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine winkel- oder U-förmig geformte Tragwand (220, 230) als Schutzumwandung für den/die Strömungskörper bzw. für das Tragrohr (21) vorgesehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 38, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Tragwand (23) vorgesehen und mit einer Rinne (25) ausgebildet ist, deren Länge gleich der der Tragwand ist.
- Verfahren zur Substanzzufuhr an eine Arbeitsstelle (8), zur Substanzauftragung sowie zur Reinigung einer Vorrichtung, die eine Teilungseinrichtung (3) zur Substanzzuführung und -absaugung an die bzw. von der Arbeitsstelle (8) umfaßt, wobei nach Substanzzufuhr Substanz in umgekehrter Strömungsrichtung durch die Teilungseinrichtung (3) abgesaugt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß unter Verwendung einer Vorrichtung gemäß Ansprüchen 1 bis 39 die Substanz an die Auftragungsstelle mit einer im Bereich von 1 mm bis 100 mm gewählten Distanz zwischen der Arbeitsstelle (8) und den Substanz-Austrittsmündungen (600) zugeführt wird und daß nach Beendigung des Auftragungsbetriebes Substanz durch die Teilungseinrichtung (3) abgesaugt wird, wobei die Distanz zwischen der Arbeitsstelle (8) und den Substanz-Austrittsmündungen (600) aus dem Bereich 1 bis 10 mm vorzugsweise 1 bis 5 mm gewählt wird und vorzugsweise der Auftragungsstelle (8) Reinigungsflüssigkeit zugeführt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 40, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß vor dem Absaugbetrieb Reinigungsflüssigkeit durch die Teilungseinrichtung (3) zum Austritt aus den Substanzausmündungen (600) gespült wird, wobei das Zuleiten von Reinigungsflüssigkeit vorzugsweise aufeinanderfolgend abwechselnd mit dem Absaugen erfolgt und in jedem Fall sowohl zum Absaugen als auch zum Zuführen der Reinigungsflüssikgeit eine wesentlich höhere Förderkraft aufgebracht wird als bei der Zuführung von Auftragungssubstanz.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 40 oder 41, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Reinigungsflüssigkeit nicht nur durch die Auftragungs-Substanz-Austrittsöffnungen (60), sondern durch zusätzliche, Bestandteile der Teilungseinrichtung (3) bildende, über die Auftragungsbreite verteilt angeordnete Ausmündungen (61) zugeleitet wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 40 bis 42, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Absaugen bis hin zu einer der Teilungseinrichtung (3) in Auftragungs-Substanzrichtung vorgeschalteten Fördereinrichtung, z.B. einer Pumpe, und in die Fördereinrichtung hinein erfolgt.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 40 bis 43, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das durch die Teilungseinrichtung (3) abgesaugte Gemisch aus Substanz und Reinigungsflüssigkeit in ein Ableitungssystem abgeführt wird, wobei der Reinheitsgrad des Gemisches gemessen und die Reinigung bei vorgegebenem Reinheitsgrad beendet wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 41, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Substanzzufuhr-, Absaug-/Spülvorgang mittels einer einen Flüssigkeits-Kontaktfühler (7) aufweisenden Steuereinrichtung gesteuert wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 40 bis 45, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß durch die die Reinigungsflüssigkeit zuleitenden Kanäle Druckluft zur Luftrocknung der Vorrichtungsteile geleitet wird, nachdem Substanzreste mittels der Reinigungsflüssigkeit entfernt worden sind.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 40 bis 46, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß bei Verwendung einer um eine zu ihrer Längsachse parallele Achse verschwenkbaren Vorrichtung (1) während des Auftragungsbetriebes durch Verschwenken der Abstand der Ausmündungen (600) der Teilungseinrichtung (3) zu der Auftragungsstelle größer eingestellt wird als im Absaugbetrieb.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 40 bis 47, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß bei Verwendung einer Vorrichtung (1) mit magnetisierbarer Rakel (91) letztere ggf. zeitweilig während des Reinigungsbetriebes mittels Magnetkraft von der Auftragungsfläche (81) abgehoben und an einer Wand (23) der Vorrichtung in Ruheposition gehalten wird.
