Claims (14)
- Brennereinheit (1) zur Flammbehandlung von textilen Flächengebilden (3) oder dergleichen, für Sengmaschinen mit eine Brennkammer (10) und einen oder mehrere Sengschlitz (2) ausbildenden Rampensteinen (11, 12), wobei die Brennkammer (10) über vorzugsweise zwei oder mehrere parallele Brennerschlitze (44) aus einem Gasgemischraum (7) gespeist wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Rampenstein (11) zur Veränderung des Sengschlitzes (2) und/oder der Brennkammer (10) einstellbar beweglich angeordnet ist.
- Brennereinheit nach Anspruch 1 oder insbesondere danach, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Rampenstein (11) an einem Rampensteinträger (17) gehaltert ist und daß der Rampensteinträger (17) zur Verstellung des Rampensteins (11) beweglich ist.
- Brennereinheit nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Rampenstein (11) an dem Rampensteinträger (17) klemmgehaltert ist.
- Brennereinheit nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Rampensteinträger (17) in Strömungsrichtung (Pfeil x) vor der Brennkammer (10) drehgelagert ist.
- Brennereinheit nach Anspruch 1, wobei der Gasgemischraum (7) von einem Brennerkörper (23) umschlossen ist, welcher aus zwei, im Querschnitt etwa U-förmigen Profilteilen (25) besteht, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Profilteil (25) eine Drehaussparung (28) aufweist, in welche ein Drehgelenkvorsprung (29) des Rampensteinträgers (17) eingreift.
- Brennereinheit nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Drehgelenkvorsprung (29) leistenartig ausgebildet ist.
- Brennereinheit nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Leiste eine kreisabschnittförmige Aussparung/Abflachung aufweist.
- Brennereinheit nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Drehaussparung (28) angepaßt an den Querschnitt der Leiste mit einem im wesentlichen geraden Boden (33) ausgebildet ist.
- Brennereinheit nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Sengschlitz (2) fluchtend zur Brennkammer (10) ausgebildet ist.
- Brennereinheit nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Sengschlitz (2) abgewinkelt zur Brennkammer (10) ausgebildet ist.
- Brennereinheit nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwei Rampensteine (11, 12) gegenüberliegend angeordnet sind, die zwischen sich den Sengschlitz (2) und die Brennkammer (10) ausbilden, wobei die dem textilen Gebilde (3) zugewandte Stirnfläche (15) der Rampensteine (11, 12) schrägwinklig (Winkel Alpha) zur linearen Erstreckung der Brennkammer (10) verläuft.
- Brennereinheit nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rampensteine (11, 12, 13) im Bereich des Sengschlitzes (2) unterschiedlich weit vorragend ausgebildet sind.
- Brennereinheit nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der in Warenlaufrichtung (Pfeil y) zweite Rampenstein (12) zurückragend ausgebildet ist.
- Brennereinheit nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß drei Rampensteine (11, 12, 13) vorgesehen sind, wobei ein mittlerer Rampenstein (13) feststehend ausgebildet ist, die zwischen sich die Sengschlitze (2) belassen.
