Claims (11)
- Le système d'évacuation (14, 16) pour l'eau à évacuer dans les bâtiments industriels et civils par rapport aux installations sanitaires et à un puisard principal d'écoulement (70) comprenant- un puisard principal d'écoulement (72) qui ramasse l'eau d'une cuvette d'aisance (25);- un premier puisard en forme de boîte (30, 80) qui ramasse l'eau des installations sanitaires (23, 24);- un deuxième puisard en forme de boîte (149, 150) qui ramasse l'eau d'une bagnoire (22), d'une douche et d'installations similaires;- des tuyaux (102-107, 112-117) qui relient les écoulements des installations sanitaires (23, 24) ainsi que le deuxième puisard en forme de boîte (140, 150) avec le premier puisard en forme de boîte (30, 80); et- des tuyaux (73, 116) qui relient le premier puisard en forme de boîte (30, 80) ainsi que la cuvette d'aisance (25) avec le puisard principal d'écoulement (72),où le système (15, 16) est sectionné en deux sous-systèmes, l'un au dedans de l'autre,- le premier sous-système (15) comprenant des puisards en forme de boîtes (30, 149) et des tuyaux (102-107), ces derniers ayant été fixés, c'est à dire installés d'une façon fixe, dans la structure du bâtiment (11, 12) et- le deuxième sous-système (16), comprenant des puisards en forme de boîte (80, 150) et des tuyaux (112-117) ayant une forme similaire à ceux du premier sous-système (102-107) au dedans duquel ils sont emplacés;- les tuyaux (102-107, 112-117) du premier et du deuxième sous-systèmes (15, 16) étant reliés aux accessoires (46, 47, 50, 51, 200, 201) dans les endroits où les tuyaux sortent de la structure du bâtiment (11, 12) pour se relier aux écoulements ou au tuyau d'afflux des installations sanitaires (23-25), ou au puisard principal d'écoulement (72),- ledit deuxième sous-système (16), ayant des dimensions différentes par rapport au premier sous-système (15) et dispostant de pièces de blocage pour permettre une installation facile à l'intérieur du premier sous-système (15) et, en cas de ruptures, une dépose et un remplacement rapides et faciles de la pièce ou dudit deuxième sous-système entier,- lesdits puisards en forme de boîte, aussi du sous-système extérieur fixe que du système intérieur remplaçable, ayant des bouches dans leurs côtés, les bouches (31-34, 141, 221-224) dans les puisards fixes en forme de boîte (30, 140) étant alignées avec les bouches (81, 84, 151, 152, 231-234) dans les puisards intérieurs remplaçables en forme de boîte (80, 150), ayant les accessoires (41-45, 54, 225-228 et 91-94, 56, 57, 235-238) pour les tuyaux (102-107, 112-117) et couvertures (37) qui se trouvent au niveau de l'étage extérieur de la structure du bâtiment (11, 12), ayant été baissés - si nécessaire - pour obtenir de la place pour une couche de matériel de finissage à la surface (17), le même que celui (18) déjà existant.

caractérisée par cela, que les tuyauteries (102-108, 112-118) sont réalisées en matériel synthétique, souple, avec des ondulations hélicoïdales qui créent un filetage extérieur et intérieur, les tuyauteries (112-118) de l'ensemble (16) interchangeable étant placées au dedans des tuyauteries (102-108) de l'ensemble (15) fixe. - Installation comme chez les revendications 1) et 2)
caractérisée par cela, que les fixations (41-44, 45, 54, 225-228) des auges (30, 140, 220) de l'ensemble fixe (15) sont constituées par des raccords (35) cylindriques extérieurs de leurs bouches (31-34, 141, 142, 221-224) avec filetage extérieur (36) correspondant au filetage intérieur des tuyauteries (102-108) fixes de l'ensemble fixe (15), de façon à permettre l'accrochage mutuel et à provoquer l'introduction du filet des raccords (35) dans le filet des tuyauteries (102-108). - Installation comme chez les revendications 1) et 2),
caractérisée par cela, que les fixations (91-94, 56, 57, 235-238) des auges (80, 150, 230) de l'ensemble interchangeable (16) sont constituées par des raccords (85) intérieurs de leurs bouches (81-84, 151, 152, 231-234) avec conicité intérieure divergente vers l'intérieur et avec filetage extérieur (86) sur laquelle se visse une rondelle (87) avec un corps (89) axial cylindrique entouré par une tête avec une cavité cylindrique filetée (88) correspondant au filet des raccords (85), le diamètre extérieur de ce corps (89) correspondant à celui, plus petit, des tuyauteries (112-118) de l'ensemble interchangeable (16), une garniture (66) étant prévue à l'intérieur des raccords (85) partiellement saillante vers l'intérieur de l'auge (80, 150, 230) avec conicité (68) extérieure correspondant à celle de ces raccords (85) et un diamètre intérieur correspondant au diamètre extérieur des tuyauteries (112-118) de l'ensemble interchangeable (16), de façon que, en vissant ladite rondelle (87), cette garniture (66), forcée dans le raccord (85), par effet des conicités opposées serre la tuyauterie (112-118) contre le corps axial de la rondelle (87) en mordant son filet (88) et stabilisant le jointage. - Intallations comme chez les revendications 1) e 2),
caractérisée par cela, que les fixations (46, 47, 50, 51, 200, 201) des bouches sur les structures du bâtiment (11, 12) de l'ensemble fixe (15) sont constituées par un manchon cylindrique (120), avec un filet extérieur (121) correspondant au filet intérieur des tuyauteries fixes (102-108), adressé à l'emplacement au dedans des structures (11, 12), et pourvu d'une tête (122) percée de diamètre plus grand qui va faire feuillure sur la surface extérieure des structures (11, 12) mêmes, pendant que la tuyauterie (102-108) mord par le filet ce manchon (120), le trou de la tête (122) étant plus grand que le diamètre maximum de la tuyauterie (102-108) de l'ensemble (16) interchangeable, de façon à permettre la libre sortie de cette tuyauterie (102-108) de la structure du bâtiment (11, 12). - Installation comme chez les revendications 1) et 2),
caractérisée par cela, que les fixations (200, 201) des bouches sur les structures de bâtiment de l'ensemble fixe (15) sont constituées par un manchon cylindrique (202) avec filet intérieur (203) avec le même filet extérieur de la tuyauterie fixe (107) adressé à l'emplacement au dedans de la structure (12), pourvu d'une bride (204) qui va faire feuillure sur la surface extérieure (12) même, de façon que cette tuyauterie fixe (107) mord par le filet ce manchon (202) pendant que la tuyauterie (117) de l'ensemble interchangeable sort librement des structures du bâtiment (12). - Installation comme chez les revendications 1) et 2),

caractérisée par cela, que l'auge d'écoulement (140) de la baignoire (22) présente des solutions techniques similaires à celles des auges à siphon (30) et de dérivation (130), permettant par deux bouches (221), (223), respectivement la liaison avec la colonne fécale (70) et le trop-plein (153), pendant que le bouchon bondissant éventuel (161) du trou d'écoulement de la baignoire (22) est commandé par un tirant (163) passant à l'intérieur de la tuyauterie (115) reliant un auge (150) au dedans de l'auge (140) avec le trop-plein (153).
