Description
Claims (11)
- Machine à imprimer du genre comportant, à la manière d'une presse à dorer, un cliché (11) monté mobile par rapport à un support porte-objet (12), pour l'application à l'objet (13) à imprimer d'une feuille (14) propre a l'impression recherchée, caractérisée en ce que le cliché (11) est cintré au contact d'un bloc de support (15) monté basculant sur une tête d'application (16) elle-même montée mobile par rapport au support porte-objet (12), transversalement par rapport à celui-ci, et en ce que, entre le bloc de support (15) du cliché (11) et la tête d'application (16), interviennent, pour le montage basculant recherché, des moyens de guidage (24) cintrés.
- Machine à imprimer suivant la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que les moyens de guidage (24) comportent des lumières (26) cintrées et des galets (28) en prise avec ces lumières (26).
- Machine à imprimer suivant la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que, d'une part, les lumières (26) appartiennent à la tête d'application (16), cette tête d'application (16) comportant deux flasques (25) parallèles, entre lesquels se débat le bloc de support (15) du cliché (11), et dont chacun présente, à distance l'une de l'autre, deux lumières (26), et, d'autre part, les galets (28) appartiennent audit bloc de support (15), deux paires de galets (28) étant montés rotatifs sur une platine (27) dont est solidaire ce bloc de support (15) en étant chacun en prise avec une lumière (26) desdits flasques (25).
- Machine à imprimer suivant la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce que les deux lumières (26) que présente chacun des flasques (25) de la tête d'application (16) sont disposées dos à dos.
- Machine à imprimer suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 3, 4, caractérisée en ce que la concavité des lumières (26) des deux flasques (25) de la tête d'application (16) est tournée du côté opposé au support porte-objet (12).
- Machine à imprimer suivant la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que, d'une part, les lumières (26) appartiennent au bloc de support (15) du cliché (11), et d'autre part, les galets (28) appartiennent à la tête d'application (16).
- Machine à imprimer suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisée en ce que, par un bras (33) dont il est solidaire, le bloc de support (15) du cliché (11) est attelé à un vérin double effet (34) monté oscillant sur la tête d'application (16).
- Machine à imprimer suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisée en ce que le bloc de support (15) du cliché (11) comporte une semelle chauffante (20).
- Machine à imprimer suivant la revendication 8, caractérisée en ce que le bloc de support (15) du cliché (11) est en deux parties, à savoir une partie fixe, qui forme la semelle chauffante (20) et une partie amovible (22), qui porte le cliché (11).
- Machine à imprimer suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 8, 9, caractérisée en ce que la semelle chauffante (20) est plane.
- Machine à imprimer suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisée en ce que la surface (18) du bloc de support (15) au contact de laquelle le cliché (11) est cintré est une surface cylindrique de section circulaire dont les génératrices sont parallèles au support porte-objet (12).
