Description
Claims (6)
- Vorrichtung zum Auf- und Abspulen von Metalldrähten für eine Wickelmaschine zur Herstellung von Gewendel für elektrische Lampen oder für eine Vorrichtung zum Ziehen von Metalldrähten, bei der die Regelung der Drahtspannung sowie der Drahtablaufgeschwindigkeit mit Hilfe eines Tänzersystems erfolgt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Tänzersystem (5, 6, 9, 10) einen Proportional-Drehmagneten (9) aufweist, dessen Welle starr an die Welle des Winkelcodierers (10) des Tänzersystems gekoppelt ist und der ein proportional zu seiner Versorgungsspannung anwachsendes Drehmoment erzeugt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorrichtung eine motorgetriebene Vorratsspule (2) für den Metalldraht (1) besitzt, wobei die Drehzahl des Motors (3) der Vorratsspule (2) mittels einer Steuerungseinheit (11) geregelt wird, so daß der Metalldraht (1) mit einer an der Steuerungseinheit (11) einstellbaren, konstanten Abziehkraft von der Vorratsspule (2) abgespult wird.
- Vorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 1 und 2 dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Steuerungseinheit (11) die Versorgungsspannung des Proportional-Drehmagneten (9) regelt.
- Vorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 1 und 2 dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Steuerungseinheit (11) die Stellung bzw. das Ausgangssignal des Winkelcodierers (10) überwacht.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Metalldrähte (1) Wolfram- oder Molybdändrähte sind.
- Vorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 2 und 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Metalldrähte (1) nach dem Ziehvorgang eine Stärke bzw. einen Durchmesser von weniger als 500 µm besitzen.
