Description
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zum Auf- und Abspulen von Metalldrähten gemäß dem Oberbegriff des Patentanspruchs 1.The invention relates to a device for winding and unwinding metal wires according to the preamble of claim 1.

Hier wird eine Vorrichtung zum Ziehen von Metalldrähten beschrieben, bei der die Metalldrähte in den einzelnen Ziehstufen mit Hilfe von gemeinsam angetriebenen Ziehscheiben durch Ziehsteine gezogen werden, die eine Reduktion des Drahtdurchmessers bzw. der Drahtstärke bewirken. Die Ziehscheiben besitzen alle den gleichen Durchmesser, laufen jedoch mit unterschiedlichen Umfangsgeschwindigkeiten. Zwischen der letzten Ziehscheibe, die einen separaten Antrieb besitzt, und dem Endziehstein ist ein Tänzersystem, bestehend aus einem Winkelcodierer, einer Tänzerrolle und mehreren Umlenkrollen angeordnet. Dieses Tänzersystem spannt den Draht und ermöglicht eine automatische Anpassung der Drahtablaufgeschwindigkeit an die durch den Ziehvorgang verursachte Längenausdehnung des Metalldrahtes. Üblicherweise bestehen derartige Tänzersysteme im wesentlichen aus einem Winkelcodierer und einer Tänzerrolle. Dabei ist die Welle des Winkelcodierers über einen Arm starr mit der Achse der Tänzerrolle, die auf dem zu ziehenden Draht lastet, verbunden. Die Drahtspannung ist durch das vom Tänzersystem ausgeübte Drehmoment bestimmt, das von dem Verbindungsarm zwischen dem Winkelcodierer und der Tänzerrolle sowie von dem Tänzerrollengewicht und eventueller am Arm angebrachter Zusatzgewichte definiert wird. Es ist auch bekannt, die Tänzerlast mittels Torsions- oder Zugfedern, die auf den Verbindungsarm zwischen Winkelcodierer und Tänzerrolle einwirken, zu erzeugen. Nachteilig ist bei dieser Anordnung, daß zusätzlich zum Tänzergewicht dynamische Massenträgheitskräfte auf den Draht einwirken und zu undefiniert schwankenden Drahtspannungen führen können. Wird die Tänzerlast mittels Torsions- oder Zugfedern generiert, so können durch das Auftreten von Resonanzschwingungen und nicht-linearem Kraftverlauf ebenfalls undefiniert schwankende Drahtspannungen erzeugt werden.Such a device is for example in the German utility model DE-U 81 06 539 discloses. Dadurch kann über den Versorgungsstrom des Proportional-Drehmagneten die mechanische Spannung des zu spulenden Metalldrahtes auf den gewünschten Wert eingestellt und geregelt werden. Das erfindungsgemäße Tänzersystem gewährleistet reproduzierbare Drahtspannungen, d.h., ein Auf- bzw.
