Claims (11)
- Relais, insbesondere für die Kraftfahrzeugtechnik, mita) einer Spuleneinheit (3), welche eine Spule mit Joch (11) und einen Anker (15) umfasst,b) wenigstens einem vom Anker (15) der Spuleneinheit (3) betätigbaren ersten Kontakteinheit (43), welche eine Kontaktfeder (51) und wenigstens einen ortsfesten Kontakt (45) aufweist,c) wobei die Kontaktfeder (51) an einem ortsfesten Tragteil (53) vorgesehen ist, und mittels eines Verbindungsteils (61; 65) mit dem Anker (15) verbunden ist, dadurch gekennezeichnet,d) dass die Kontaktfeder (51) mittels des Verbindungsteils (61; 65) mit einem separaten federnden Arm (23a) einer am Anker (15) vorgesehenen Kontaktfeder (23) einer weiteren Kontakteinheit (29) oder der Kontaktfeder verbunden ist.
- Relais nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verbindungsteil (61, 65) aus nichtleitendem Material besteht.
- Relais nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verbindungsteil (61, 65) lösbar und/oder steckbar ausgebildet ist.
- Relais nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß alle Kontaktfedern mittels eines einzigen Verbindungsteils (61, 65) mit dem Anker verbunden sind.
- Relais nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die erste Kontakt-einheit (43) einstückig ausgebildet ist, und der ortsfeste Kontakt (45) und die an dem ortsfesten Tragteil (53) vorgesehene Kontaktfeder (51) mittels eines Verbindungsteils (59) aus nichtleitendem Material verbunden sind.
- Relais nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kontakteinheiten (43) durch teilweises Umspritzen oder Vergießen der Kontakte (45) und ortsfesten Tragteile (53) hergestellt sind.
- Relais nach einem der Ansprüche 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an der der Kontaktfeder (51) gegenüberliegenden Seite des Verbindungsteils (59) Anschlußenden (45a, 53a) für den ortsfesten Kontakt und die Kontaktfeder herausgeführt sind.
- Relais nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß alle Kontakteinheiten (43) auf der Seite des Ankers (15) der Spuleneinheit (3) angeordnet sind.
- Relais nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß wenigstens eine Kontakteinheit (43) an der dem Anker (15) gegenüberliegenden Seite der Spuleneinheit (3) angeordnet ist und daß zur Betätigung dessen Kontaktfeder (51) im Kern (13) der Spule eine axiale Durchgangsbohrung (63) vorgesehen ist, in welcher ein Stift (65) aus nichtleitendem Material axial verschiebbar geführt ist, wobei die Stiftenden oder damit verbundene Teile den Anker (15) und die Kontaktfeder (51) beaufschlagen.
- Relais nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Spuleneinheit (3) und wenigstens eine Kontakteinheit (43) auf einer gemeinsamen Grundplatte (7) angeordnet sind.
- Relais nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Grundplatte als gedruckte Leiterplatte (7) ausgebildet ist, welche die Spuleneinheit (3) und die Kontakteinheit (43) kontaktiert.
