- Such holding parts are required if a second optical Surface of a lens blank according to the required optical values should be processed, or if the Eyeglass scope according to the shape of the selected one Glasses frame should be rimmed.
- one Eyeglass lens blanks already have the holding part on one finished machined optical surface of the lens blank be attached that a predeterminable pre-centering, the Location of a near part, as well as the axis position of a cylinder or Prismatic cuts are taken into account.
- the Attaching a holding part for the edge of the Spectacle lens blanks with here also the Decentration, d. H. the location of the wearer's pupils with reference to the geometric center of the lens openings of the Glasses frame that the glasses wearer has selected are to be considered.
- German patent 42 33 400 by the same applicant is a device for centering a parallax free Eyeglass lens blanks and for attaching markings and / or of a holding part before inserting a lens blank in a spectacle lens edge grinding machine described in which a Light divider arranged between the eye and the lens blank an image of a template or a spectacle frame opening and superimposed on a scale the image of the lens blank.
- This The device has an electric motor and movable support for the lens blank, one also move up and down, the lens blank on the Support, but lateral movements in the Supporting device and one with the drive for the support and in operative connection with the hold-down device standing proximity detector for positioning the between the Downholder and the support held eyeglass lens blank in a predetermined height.
- the lens blank to be attached holding part is attached to a holder swing-out swivel arm attached and in the area of centered, between the support and the hold-down held blank lens, whereupon the Support with the lens blank and the hold-down is moved upwards until the top of the spectacle lens blank on the Holding part rests and adheres to it.
- This holding part can be used as Suction cup or adhesive block can be designed. Then the Spectacle lens blank with the holding part attached to it from the Device removed and into a spectacle lens edge grinding machine used. With this known device only pre-made adhesive blocks or small suction cups Attach the diameter to the lens blank.
- a holding device in the form of a sucker towards the machining surface of the lens blank and transports the lens blank in the transverse direction to a Device for casting a plastic holding part on the optical surface of the lens blank.
- the Eyeglass lens blank is placed on a by means of the holding device Sealing ring removed and provided with the holding part from below. This is done in such a way that first in a cavity a holding element is inserted below the sealing ring, this corresponds to a recording in a machine for processing the optical surface and then the space between this holding part element and the optical surface of the lens blank with a thermoplastic is filled out.
- the invention has for its object a device for Attaching a holding part to an optical surface of a To create eyeglass lens blanks with which all kinds of Have holding parts attached and the simple structure and simple way of working attaching always the same Holding parts allowed, even if the lens blank one should be prismatic or cylindrical cut or having.
