- des moyens permettant la rotation de la cuvette sur elle même, par rapport au châssis et autour d'un axe géométrique vertical,
- des moyens moteurs d'actionnement de la cuvette en rotation autour du dit axe vertical, suivant au moins un tour
- des moyens de lavage et de séchage de la cuvette et de son siège, mobiles, coopérant respectivement avec des systèmes d'alimentation en fluide de lavage et un système d'alimentation en fluide de séchage, les dits moyens de lavage et séchage et les dits systèmes d'alimentation étant actifs lors de la mise en rotation de la cuvette sur elle même,
- les moyens de lavage et de séchage sont constitués d'une tête de lavage montée pivotante par rapport à un axe géométrique horizontal, fixe par rapport au châssis, et actionnée en pivotement par des moyens moteur autour de cet axe, entre une position de repos selon laquelle elle est encastrée dans le dispositif de cuvette et une position de fonctionnement selon laquelle elle est en relation de superposition avec la cuvette, tout en étant décalée par rapport au siège ou assise de façon à déborder par sa partie avant vers l'intérieur de ladite cuvette, ladite tête selon cette position de fonctionnement est écartée de ladite cuvette,
- la tête de lavage comporte avantageusement une première buse située à l'extrémité libre d'une canalisation souple reliée au système correspondant d'alimentation en fluide de lavage, cette première buse étant située dans la zone avant de la tête de lavage, une seconde buse située, en arrière de la première, à l'extrémité libre d'une seconde canalisation souple reliée au système correspondant d'alimentation en fluide de lavage et une troisième buse montée à l'extrémité libre d'une troisième canalisation raccordée au système d'alimentation en fluide de séchage, ladite première buse lorsque la dite tête est en position d'utilisation est située au dessus de la partie intérieure de la cuvette tandis que les deux autres sont situées au dessus du siège de la cuvette, les dites buses étant écartées de la cuvette et du siège de cette dernière.
Préférentiellement, le vérin hydraulique est du type simple effet et son alimentation provoque le transfert de la tête de lavage vers sa position d'utilisation. Pour solliciter la tête de lavage vers sa position de repos à la fin du cycle de lavage, il est prévu un organe élastique de rappel.

Le dispositif est équipé par ailleurs d'un carter1A de protection disposé autour de la cuvette 1 et fixé au dossier 2A.
Le circuit hydraulique comportera comme connu une vanne du type, par exemple, deux voies trois orifices pilotée ou non, placée en série sur la chambre d'alimentation du vérin, cette vanne étant commandée par le bouton-poussoir de commande qu'actionne l'utilisateur pour déclencher le cycle de lavage. Ce bouton se situe sur le dossier du dispositif. Pour ramener la tête de lavage 18 en position de repos en fin de cycle de lavage, il est prévu un organe de rappel 21 constitué par un ressort à spires. Ce ressort 21 est fixé d'une part au bras 19 et d'autre part au châssis 2. Avantageusement, le circuit hydraulique du vérin hydraulique est connecté au réseau de distribution d'eau, ce dernier constituant la source de pression.
Par ailleurs, l'axe du jet sortant de cette buse est incliné par rapport à la normale à cette surface et vers l'axe de la cuvette de façon que le dit jet frappe le siège avec angle d'incidence et chasse vers la cuvette le fluide de lavage présent sur le siège.
Le système d'alimentation de la première buse de lavage 22 est constitué par une pompe haute pression à l'orifice de sortie de laquelle se connecte la conduite souple d'alimentation de la buse 22. L'orifice d'entrée de la pompe est connecté par l'intermédiaire d'une conduite du système d'alimentation à une source de fluide de lavage sous pression tel de l'eau. Cette source peut être constituée par un réservoir d'eau d'une capacité de quelques litres comportant des moyens de remplissage automatiques en eau et d'arrêt du remplissage lorsque le niveau de remplissage maximal est atteint. En variante, la pompe haute-pression est raccordée directement au réseau de distribution d'eau.
Claims (15)
- Dispositif du type cuvette pour installation sanitaire à nettoyage automatique, comportant :une cuvette (1) proprement dite, laquelle est montée verticalement sur un châssis principal (2) et est connectée par un col (5) inférieur à un siphon (4) raccordé à une conduite collectrice d'évacuation vers le réseau collecteur des eaux usées:un siège (6) formé en partie supérieure de la cuvette,des moyens (9), (10), (11), (12) permettant la rotation de la cuvette sur elle même, par rapport au châssis et autour d'un axe géométrique vertical,des moyens moteurs (13), (14), (15) d'actionnement de la cuvette en rotation autour du dit axe vertical, suivant au moins un tourdes moyens (18), (22), (23), (24) de lavage et de séchage de la cuvette (1) et de son siège (6), mobiles, coopérant respectivement avec des systèmes d'alimentation en fluide de lavage et un système d'alimentation en fluide de séchage, les dits moyens de lavage et séchage et les dits systèmes d'alimentation étant actifs lors de la mise en rotation de la cuvette (1) sur elle même,
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que la cuvette (1) présente un axe vertical de symétrie, cet axe vertical de symétrie étant l'axe autour duquel elle est entraínée en rotation sur elle même par les moyens moteurs d'actionnement en rotation.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 2 caractérisé en ce que le volume intérieur de la cuvette (1) se rétrécit progressivement depuis le siège (6) ménagé en partie supérieure vers le col cylindrique (5) de raccordement au siphon (4), ménagé en partie inférieure et que les sections droites de ce volume intérieur sont circulaire.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que le siège (6) est formé par une surface en couronne circulaire inclinée vers le volume interne de la cuvette, et que la surface formant le siège (6) est incurvée.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce qu'en partie supérieure, autour du siège (6), la cuvette (1) présente un rebord vertical (7) périphérique s'étendant vers le bas et raccordé à la périphérie du dit siège (6).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que les moyens de lavage et de séchage sont constitués d'une tête de lavage (18) montée pivotante par rapport à un axe géométrique horizontal AA', fixe par rapport au châssis, et actionnée en pivotement par des moyens moteurs autour de cet axe, entre une position de repos selon laquelle elle est encastrée dans le dispositif de cuvette et une position de fonctionnement selon laquelle elle est en relation de superposition avec la cuvette, tout en étant décalée par rapport au siège (6) de façon à déborder par sa partie avant vers l'intérieur de ladite cuvette 1, ladite tête (18) selon cette position de fonctionnement est écartée de ladite cuvette 1.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 6 caractérisé en ce que la tête de lavage (18) comporte avantageusement une première buse (22) située à l'extrémité libre d'une canalisation souple reliée au système correspondant d'alimentation en fluide de lavage, cette première buse (22) étant située dans la zone avant de la tête de lavage, une deuxième buse (23) située en arrière de la première, à l'extrémité libre d'une seconde canalisation souple reliée au système correspondant d'alimentation en fluide de lavage et une troisième buse (24) montée à l'extrémité libre d'une troisième canalisation raccordée au système d'alimentation en fluide de séchage, ladite première buse (22) lorsque la dite tête (18) est en position d'utilisation est située au dessus de la partie intérieure de la cuvette (1) tandis que les deux autres sont situées au dessus du siège (6) de la cuvette, les dites buses (22), (23), (24) étant écartées de la cuvette (1) et du siège (6).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 6 caractérisée en ce que les moyens moteurs d'actionnement en pivotement de la tête de lavage (18) entre la position de repos et la position d'utilisation sont constitués par un vérin hydraulique (20) alimenté par un circuit hydraulique connecté à une source de pression hydraulique, le dit vérin étant mécaniquement solidaire d'une part, de la tête de lavage (18) et d'autre part, du châssis (2).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1 caractérisée en ce que la cuvette 1, par son col (5), est raccordée de manière étanche à l'embouchure du siphon (4) par l'intermédiaire d'un joint tournant d'étanchéité.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 7 caractérisée en ce que les fluides de lavage sont constitués par de l'eau et que le fluide de séchage utilisé est constitué par de l'air.
- Dispositif selon les revendications 5 et 7 caractérisé par un bac (25) de récupération de l'eau de lavage du siège, s'écoulant du rebord vertical (7), ledit bac, par sa partie avant est disposé sous le rebord vertical (7) du siège (6) et ledit bac (25) est connecté à une conduite d'évacuation du fluide de lavage récupéré, la dite conduite étant connectée au réseau collecteur des eaux usées par l'intermédiaire d'un siphon.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 7 ou la revendication 10 caractérisé en ce qu'aux systèmes d'alimentation en fluide de lavage et en fluide de séchage sont associés des organes doseurs distributeurs asservis, destinés à incorporer au fluide de lavage, des produits de désinfection, bactéricides, déodorants et autre produits et/ou adjuvants de nettoyage, et ce en quantités dosées et contrôlées.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes caractérisé par un automate programmable commandant les différentes phases de fonctionnement du dispositif.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 6 caractérisé en ce que les moyens d'actionnement de la tête (18) en pivotement autour de l'axe AA' sont constitués par un vérin électrique.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes caractérisé par le cycle de fonctionnement suivant: après manipulation par l'usager d'un bouton-poussoir de commande, la mise en rotation de la cuvette (1) par activation de l'organe moteur (13), le transfert de la tête de lavage (18) vers sa position de fonctionnement par activation de l'organe moteur (20), l'alimentation en fluide de lavage de la première buse de lavage (22) par activation du système d'alimentation correspondant, l'alimentation en fluide de lavage de la buse (23) de lavage du siège (6) par activation du système d'alimentation correspondant, l'alimentation en fluide de séchage de la buse de séchage (24) du siège (6) par activation du système d'alimentation correspondant, puis après écoulement d'une période de temps de durée prédéterminée ou bien après un nombre de tours prédéterminé de la cuvette 1, la désactivation du système d'alimentation en fluide de lavage des buses de lavage (22) et (23) de la cuvette (1) et du siège (6), la désactivation du système d'alimentation en fluide de séchage, la désactivation de l'organe moteur (13) d'entraínement en rotation de la cuvette sur elle même et la désactivation de l'organe moteur (20) d'actionnement en pivotement de la tête de lavage et séchage (18) et enfin le rappel en position de repos de la tête de lavage et séchage.
