Claims (15)
- Automatische Schüsselreinigungsvorrichtung für sanitäre Anlagen, welche aufweist:eine Schüssel (1), die vertikal an einem Hauptgestell (2) montiert ist und durch einen unteren Hals (5) mit einem Siphon (4) verbunden ist, der an eine Sammel-Abflußleitung angeschlossen ist, die zur Abwasserkanalisation führt,einen Sitz (6), der im oberen Teil der Schüssel ausgebildet ist,Elemente (9), (10), (11), (12), die die Rotation der Schüssel um sich selbst bezüglich des Gestells und um eine vertikale geometrische Achse ermöglichen,Antriebselemente (13), (14), (15), welche die Rotation der Schüssel mit wenigstens einer Umdrehung um die vertikale Achse bewirken,bewegliche Elemente (18), (22), (23), (24) zum Reinigen und Trocknen der Schüssel (1) und des Sitzes (6) die jeweils mit Versorgungssystemen mit Reinigungsfluid und mit einem Versorgungssystem mit Trocknungsfluid zusammenwirken, wobei die Reinigungs- und Trocknungselemente und die Versorgungssysteme bei Rotationsbeginn der Schüssel (1) um sich selbst aktiv werden,
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schüssel (1) eine vertikale Symmetrieachse aufweist, wobei diese vertikale Symmetrieachse die Achse ist, um welche die Schüssel um sich selbst rotierend von den Rotations-Antriebselementen gedreht wird.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das innere Volumen der Schüssel (1) vom im oberen Bereich ausgebildeten Sitz (6) bis zum im unteren Bereich angeordneten zylindrischen Hals (5), der mit dem Siphon (4) verbunden ist, kontinuierlich abnimmt, und daß die Schnitte dieses Innenvolumens kreisförmig sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Sitz (6) durch eine Fläche gebildet ist, die ein kreisförmiger Ring und zum Innenvolumen der Schüssel hin geneigt ist, und daß die den Sitz (6) bildende Fläche nach innen gewölbt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schüssel (1) im oberen Bereich um den Sitz (6) eine vertikale Umfangskrempe (7) aufweist, die sich nach unten erstreckt und an den Umfang des Sitzes (6) anschließt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Reinigungs- und Trocknungselemente durch einen Reinigungskopf (18) gebildet sind, der schwenkbar bezüglich einer horizontalen und bezüglich des Gestells festen geometrischen Achse AA' montiert ist und durch Antriebselemente schwenkbar um diese Achse beaufschlagt wird zwischen einer Ruhestellung, in welcher er in der Schüsselvorrichtung versenkt ist, und einer Betriebsstellung, in welcher er über der Schüssel angeordnet und gleichzeitig vom Sitz (6) beabstandet ist, so daß er mit seinem vorderen Teil zum Inneren der Schüssel (1) vorsteht, wobei der Kopf (18) in dieser Betriebsstellung von der Schüssel (1) beabstandet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Reinigungskopf (18) vorteilhafterweise eine erste Düse (22) aufweist, die am freien Ende einer biegsamen Leitung angeordnet ist, die mit dem entsprechenden Versorgungssystem mit Reinigungsfluid verbunden ist, wobei diese erste Düse (22) im vorderen Bereich des Reinigungskopfes angeordnet ist, eine zweite Düse (23) aufweist, die hinter der ersten am freien Ende einer zweiten biegsamen Leitung angeordnet ist, die mit dem entsprechenden Versorgungssystem mit Reinigungsfluid verbunden ist, und eine dritte Düse (24) aufweist, die am freien Ende einer dritten Leitung angeordnet ist, die mit dem Versorgungssystem mit Trocknungsfluid verbunden ist, wobei die erste Düse (22) in der Betriebsstellung des Kopfes (18) oberhalb des Innenbereichs der Schüssel (1) angeordnet ist, wohingegen die beiden anderen oberhalb des Sitzes (6) der Schüssel angeordnet sind, wobei die Düsen (22), (23), (24) von der Schüssel (1) und dem Sitz (6) beabstandet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Antriebselemente zum Schwenken des Reinigungskopfes (18) zwischen der Ruhestellung und der Betriebsstellung durch einen Druckzylinder (20) gebildet sind, der durch einen mit einer hydraulischen Druckquelle verbundenen hydraulischen Kreislauf gespeist wird, wobei der Druckzylinder mechanisch einerseits am Reinigungskopf (18) und andererseits am Gestell (2) befestigt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schüssel (1) durch ihren Hals (5) über eine Drehdichtung dicht an die Mündung des Siphons (4) angeschlossen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Reinigungsfluide aus Wasser bestehen und das verwendete Trocknungsfluid aus Luft besteht.
- Vorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 5 und 7, gekennzeichnet durch einen Auffangkasten (25), der das Reinigungswasser des Sitzes (6) auffängt, das über die vertikale Krempe (7) läuft, wobei der Auffangkasten mit seinem vorderen Teil unter der vertikalen Krempe (7) des Sitzes (6) angeordnet ist und mit einer Leitung zur Ableitung des wiederaufgefangenen Reinigungsfluids verbunden ist, wobei die Leitung mit der Abwasserkanalisation über einen Siphon verbunden ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7 oder 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß den Versorgungssystemen mit Reinigungsfluid und mit Trocknungsfluid untergeordnete Verteilerelemente zur Dosierung angeschlossen sind, die dem Reinigungsfluid Desinfektionsmittel, Bakterizide, Deodorante und andere Produkte und/oder Reinigungszusatzstoffe zusetzen, und dies in dosierten und kontrollierten Mengen.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, gekennzeichnet durch einen programmierbaren Automaten, der die verschiedenen Betriebsphasen der Vorrichtung steuert.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Antriebselemente, die den Kopfes (18) um die Achse AA' schwenken, durch einen elektrischen Stellantrieb gebildet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, gekennzeichnet durch den folgenden Funktionszyklus: Zunächst betätigt der Benutzer einen Steuer-Druckknopf, dann wird durch Aktivierung des Antriebselements (13) die Schüssel (1) in Rotation versetzt, der Reinigungskopf (18) gelangt durch Aktivierung des Antriebselements (20) in seine Betriebsstellung, die erste Reinigungsdüse (22) wird durch Aktivierung des entsprechenden Versorgungssystems mit Reinigungsfluid gespeist, die Reinigungsdüse (23) des Sitzes (6) wird durch Aktivierung des entsprechenden Versorgungssystems mit Reinigungsfluid gespeist, die Trocknungsdüse (24) des Sitzes (6) wird durch Aktivierung des entsprechenden Versorgungssystems mit Trocknungsfluid gespeist, dann wird nach einer gewissen vorbestimmten Zeit oder nach einer vorbestimmten Anzahl Umdrehungen der Schüssel (1) das Versorgungssystem für Reinigungsfluid der Reinigungsdüsen (22) und (23) der Schüssel (1) und des Sitzes (6) desaktiviert, das Versorgungssystem für Trocknungsfluid wird desaktiviert, das Antriebselement (13) der Schüssel (1) zur Drehung um sich selbst wird desaktiviert und das Antriebselement (20) zum Schwenken des Reinigungs- und Trocknungskopfes (18) wird desaktiviert und schließlich gelangt der Reinigungs- und Trocknungskopf wieder in seine Ruhestellung.
