Definitions
- the present invention relates to an arrangement of sanitary articles according to the preamble of claim 1 and a method for operating an arrangement of sanitary articles.
- the DE 29 810 772 such a device, wherein a toilet brush is arranged above the toilet bowl and is then moved into the toilet bowl from above during the cleaning process and cleans the inner walls of the toilet bowl by a rotational movement.
- the WO 03/102315 suggests cleaning the surfaces of a toilet bowl with a spray arm.
- the pamphlets EP 0 726 988 and the DE 40 07 507 disclose further automatic cleaning devices for toilets.
- the invention is based on the object of specifying a sanitary article arrangement which overcomes the disadvantages of the prior art.
- the interior of a sanitary unit should be cleaned automatically in a simple manner.
- a sanitary article arrangement comprises a sanitary body with a receiving space, a drain opening adjoining the receiving space and a pipe attachment adjoining the drain opening, the receiving space being provided by a wall, which wall has an inner surface facing the receiving space, and at least one fixed cleaning nozzle with which a cleaning fluid can be applied to at least a partial area of the inner surface to clean the inner surface.
- the sanitary body can be moved from a starting position relative to the at least one cleaning nozzle in such a way that the inner surface can be sprayed with the cleaning fluid by the movement of the sanitary body. In other words, the sanitary body is moved relative to the at least one stationary nozzle.
- the movement of the sanitary element relative to the at least one cleaning nozzle has the advantage that the number of cleaning nozzles can be kept small, while at the same time a good cleaning result can be achieved.
- the sanitary body preferably moves in such a way that the entire inner surface can be sprayed with the cleaning fluid.
- the cleaning fluid is preferably water. However, it is also conceivable that a different type of cleaning fluid is used. For example a mixture of water and a disinfectant and/or a cleaning agent.
- Precisely one single cleaning nozzle is particularly preferably present.
- the sanitary body is preferably designed as part of a toilet bowl.
- a central axis preferably extends centrally through the pipe socket, with the sanitary body being pivotable or rotatable about the central axis.
- pivottable or “rotatable” mean a rotational movement of the sanitary element around the central axis.
- the central axis forms an axis of rotation for the sanitary body.
- the central axis is preferably inclined at an angle of 5° to 25° to the vertical.
- the vertical is defined in the direction of gravity. Larger or smaller angles or even an orientation of the vertical are also conceivable.
- the sanitary article arrangement further comprises a fixed pipe, the pipe socket protruding into the pipe, a lower bearing point being provided between the pipe and pipe socket, and the pipe socket being pivotable or rotatable relative to the fixed pipe in the lower bearing point.
- fixed tube a tube which is mechanically fixed.
- the pipe socket protrudes into the pipe in such a way that faeces, solids, rinsing water and/or the cleaning fluid can flow from the pipe socket into the pipe.
- the pipe can be connected to a sewage system.
- a seal is preferably arranged between the pipe and the pipe socket.
- the pipe extension preferably has a flange on the outside, which stands up on the end face of the pipe. This provides an axial bearing between the pipe socket or sanitary body and the pipe. The pipe socket then protrudes into the pipe with the section that lies in front of the flange.
- the tube preferably has a siphon.
- the sanitary body is followed by a fixed edge on the top side, which supplements the receiving space at the top, the edge having an inner surface.
- fixed edge an edge which mechanically fixed.
- the sanitary body twists or pivots relative to the fixed one
- the toilet bowl is essentially provided by the fixed rim and the sanitary body.
- the edge protrudes with an edge area partially into the receiving space of the sanitary unit, an upper bearing point being provided between the edge area and the inner surface, and the inner surface being pivotable or rotatable relative to the fixed edge area in the upper bearing point.
- a seal is preferably arranged between the outside of the edge region and the inner surface.
- edge area and the inner surface are each circular-cylindrical in the area of the upper bearing point and extend around the central axis.
- edge In the installed position, the edge is preferably adjoined on the upper side by a bearing surface which extends essentially horizontally.
- the bearing surface essentially serves to support a seat ring and/or a toilet seat.
- the sanitary article arrangement preferably also has a drive unit which drives the sanitary body during cleaning, the drive unit having an actuator, in particular an electric motor, which acts on the sanitary body to move the same.
- the drive unit preferably also has at least one drive roller, the actuator driving the drive roller and the drive roller acting on the sanitary body.
- the drive roller preferably acts directly or indirectly on the outer surface of the wall of the sanitary article.
- a ring area is provided on the outer surface, which ring area extends in a circular-cylindrical manner around the central axis.
- the ring area can be integrally formed on the wall and/or can be provided by a part of the wall. Alternatively, the ring area can also be provided by a separate ring element that is firmly connected to the wall.
- the sanitary element can preferably be moved from the initial position into a flushing position, with the drain opening being in the flushing position in such a way that any human excrement and/or any water can flow out of the receiving space. Due to the movement into the flushing position, any human excrement and/or any water can flow out of the receiving space, in particular under the effect of gravity.
- the drain opening is followed by a channel that opens into the pipe socket.
- the channel has an overflow edge, wherein in the initial position the overflow edge is higher than the edges that delimit the drain opening in the inner surface and wherein in the flushing position the channel is at least horizontal or inclined downwards at an angle with respect to the horizontal, such that any human excretions and/or any water can flow out of the receiving space via the drain opening and the channel and the overflow edge.
- the cleaning nozzle preferably has at least one nozzle opening, which nozzle opening is arranged and oriented in such a way that the spray jet emerging from the at least one nozzle opening impinges tangentially on the inner surface and/or that the spray jet emerging from the at least one nozzle opening essentially flows onto the intersection point between the central axis and the inner surface.
- At least one further nozzle opening which provides a further spray jet, the further spray jet being oriented at an angle to said spray jet.
- a pressure source which pressurizes the cleaning fluid, is preferably present in the direction of flow in front of the at least one nozzle opening.

- the flushing opening is particularly preferably placed in the fixed edge.
- the flushing opening on the fixed edge is preferably arranged as high as possible, in particular close to the support surface.
- a method for operating a sanitary article arrangement is characterized in that the sanitary element is moved in a cleaning step and that at the same time rinsing water can be discharged onto the inner surface into the receiving space via the at least one cleaning nozzle, with the inner surface being pivoted or rotated relative to the fixed edge region in the upper bearing point.
- the sanitary element is preferably pivoted or rotated at least once about the central axis during the cleaning process.
- the sanitary unit is pivoted or rotated from the initial position into the flushing position. This rotation preferably corresponds to a 180° rotation.
