Definitions

  • the invention relates to a sanitary module and a method for automatically cleaning sanitary basins for sanitary cells, such as public toilets, especially in automatically operated, self-cleaning toilets, either for permanent installation or as a container installation according to the preambles of the two main claims.
  • a particular problem with common public toilets at various locations is the cleanliness of the sanitary basin.
  • an additional cleaning and usually also a disinfection desired As a rule, it is therefore absolutely necessary to have such cleaning carried out manually by a cleaning person. This can not always be done by people in all places regularly and is therefore carried out a maximum of once or even several times a day.
  • a frequent manual cleaning is a no-negligible cost factor.
  • a fully automatic cleaning process with trapped disinfection at shorter intervals is therefore urgently desirable in addition It is necessary not only the actually used toilet bowl, but increasingly fully clean the entire interior of the toilet in question automatically and disinfect.
  • This technical solution is only for small toilet facilities without additional sanitary appliances such. As a sink, soap dispenser, etc. suitable.
  • This sanitary cell with a total cleaning device also only partially complies with today's safety requirements. For personal monitoring is only a safety mat on the floor and probably a simple room monitoring by means of motion detector arranged. Resting objects, eg. B. in particular a parked on the toilet bowl object can not be located in such a low space monitoring. These would be damaged in an automatic cleaning process or using the cleaning bracket on the downwardly opening floor in the system and the cleaning device to at least put out of action, if not permanently damage.
  • a sanitary module is known in which a sink from a use position can be pivoted by about 90 ° in a cleaning position. However, during cleaning no further sanitary basin can be used.
  • a similar technical solution, however, with a toilet bowl which can be rotated by 90 ° is in the EP 1 653 017 A1 described. Again, only a single sanitary basin is swung up.
  • the object of the invention is to provide a novel sanitary module and a new method for automatic cleaning of sanitary basins for sanitary cells, which ensures the now increased safety requirements in public areas, a very high cleaning and hygiene standard and also structurally very compact, space-saving , easily transportable and universally installable.
  • sanitary module 1 for sanitary cells, two or more sanitary basins are arranged on a separating element 2.
  • the sanitary module 1 has an automatic cleaning device 10 with corresponding water, sewage and energy connections and guides, which are arranged in a separate cleaning room 11 including a control and monitoring electronics.
  • the sanitary module is provided with at least one suction device 12 and / or a conventional sewage connection and a drive 13 and is placed as usual on a floor 20 of a sanitary cell.
  • a novel swing-away or roll-up or movable or hinged wall element 15 is arranged on a module frame 3. Behind the wall element 15, a passage opening in the module frame 3 is released. Behind this wall element 15, a closable passage is created above the sanitary basin through which the sanitary basin or basins arranged thereunder can be pivoted on a separating element 2. On a partition 2 either one, two or more sanitary basins are attached. Also In a sanitary module and several sanitary basins can be arranged side by side.
  • each of the height-adjustable separating elements 2 is rotatably mounted and guided in the module frame 3 so as to be rotatable about a horizontal axis or on a curved path.
  • one, two or more sanitary basins arranged on height-adjustable separating elements 2 are moved upward from a lower utilization position 7 into a pivoting position 8. These are then pivoted in a pivoting position 9 by an angle of 90 to 180 degrees and then moved back down to the use position 7 or in the cleaning position 9, wherein the sanitary basin located in the cleaning room 11 is automatically cleaned.
  • the sanitary basin 4 is moved upwards from the use position 7 by the höneverfahrbare separating element 2, which is guided laterally in the module frame 3, is moved upward in a pivoting position 8. Subsequently, the sanitary basin 4 is pivoted by the open wall element 15 by means of the separating element 2 about an axis of symmetry or on a curved path. It is now in the cleaning room 11. The sanitary basin 4 is now moved down by the separator 2 is moved down in the module frame 3. Then the wall element 15 closes the passage again, so that the cleaning space is separated.
  • the wall element 15 and the height-adjustable separating element 2 seals the cleaning chamber 11 not only liquid but also odor-proof from the sanitary room.
  • the sanitary basin 4 is in the cleaning position 9, it can be cleaned both inside and outside comprehensively automatically by means of the cleaning device 6. Then the reverse process and the cleaned sanitary basin 4 is moved back to the use position 7. Thereafter, it is again ready for reuse in the Nutzugsposition 7 ready.
  • the height-movable separating element 2 which is laterally guided vertically movable in the module frame, moved so far up that the two sanitary basins 4 and 5 can be pivoted about a horizontal axis of rotation or on a curved guide around a curved path by means of the height-adjustable separating element 2, without the Example of touching the floor or the ceiling of the sanitary room.
  • the separating element 2 is again moved so far down that now the sanitary basin 4 in cleaning position 9 and the sanitary basin 5 is in the use position 7. Thereafter, the passage is closed again by means of the wall element 15. Now the sanitary basin 4 can be automatically cleaned in the separated cleaning room 11 by means of the cleaning device without the sanitary room is affected.
  • a plurality of identical or different sanitary basins next to each other can be attached to a partition element 2 in a correspondingly wider trained sanitary module with wider height movable separating element (2).
  • Realizable here are, for example, the arrangements of a toilet bowl next to a bidet and / or a hand basin or even the multiple juxtaposition urinals or sinks in a row.
  • hand basins may also be waived if necessary on thenaturenverfahriana, which then, however, must be completely pivoted together and automatically cleaned.
  • several sanitary modules with the same or different sanitary basins can be installed side by side in a row arrangement. These multiple arrangements of sanitary basins or sanitary modules can then the water, sewage and energy connections and Guides, the control and monitoring electronics, the suction device (12) and / or the conventional waste water connection and the heat exchanger 18 share but still individually operated independently.
  • the main advantage of this novel sanitary module and the method according to the invention for the automatic cleaning of sanitary basins for sanitary cells is that it allows pivoting of the sanitary basin (s) in a very small space.
  • a sanitary module with fully automatic cleaning can be created, which can be industrially prefabricated as a complete module and can only be put into operation on site in the sanitary room by connecting it to electrical energy, water supply and wastewater connection. It can even be made as small-sized, it can be transported as a movable, easily transportable sanitary module in prefabricated even through standardized door openings and installed and installed with little effort in the available sanitary room, without the structural changes to the sanitary room are required.
  • two sanitary basins 4, 5 are arranged rotationally symmetrically by means of height adjustable separating element 2 in a module frame 3, wherein the height adjustable separating element 2 rotatable about 180 degrees about a horizontal axis in the module frame third is stored, so that a sanitary basin 4 are arranged lockable in a specific use position 7 and a sanitary basin 5 in a defined cleaning position.
  • the sanitary module 1 according to the invention with sanitary basins for sanitary cells is also so executable that the rotationally symmetrically arranged sanitary basins 4, 5 are designed as two oppositely arranged and fixed toilet bowls, or as two oppositely arranged bidets, or as two urinals or as two basins.
  • a toilet bowl and a bidet, or a toilet bowl and a urinal, or a toilet bowl and a sink, or a bidet and a urinal, or a bidet and a sink, or a urinal and a sink are attached as a sanitary basin on the height-adjustable separating element 2.
  • any combination of sanitary basin is executable.
  • the sanitary module 1 with sanitary basin for sanitary cells can be arranged on or in the wall element 15 or in the separating element 2, an additional hinged or extendable changing table, for example, as a counterpart to a hand basin.
  • the universally applicable sanitary module can be designed by the user so that the sanitary room can also be used for the care of infants, without having to hold a separate room as a changing room for it as usual.
  • the rotationally symmetrical or curved symmetrically arranged sanitary basins 4, 5 can also be arranged several times next to each other in a sanitary room in a different construction.
  • the height-adjustable separating element 2 is then advantageously either divided or stored and executed several times individually next to each other, d. H. per separating element part or per individual separation element 2 only one or opposite two sanitary basins are arranged, which are then preferably also individually formed pivotable independently.
  • the individual juxtaposed sanitary basins or sanitary basin combinations can be individually cleaned depending on the degree of soiling or on request of the user.
  • the floor 20 of the sanitary cell is preferably constructed of plank-like individual elements or of an endless belt, which are designed to be movable and / or rollable and / or windable.
  • This floor 20 is designed as an additional attachment or installation part of the sanitary module 1 and can be driven by both the drive 13 of the sanitary module or may also have an extra drive.
  • the sanitary module 1 with sanitary basin for sanitary cell in the area of the floor 20 directly above the plank-like elements between the module frame 3 and the floor 20, a scraper arranged in the manner of a resilient crossbar.
