Das spielende Kind kann diese Sicherung aber auch vergessen anzubringen, und dann besteht die Gefahr, daß die u.U. beladene Pritsche sich ungewollt ganz vom Rahmen löst. Um dies zu verhindern, sieht ein Alternativvorschlag der Erfindung vor, jeden Kugelkopf längs zweier um 90° versetzter Meridiane mit je einer Nase 51 bzw. 52 auszustatten, von denen jeweils eine in gekippter Position der Ladepritsche in eine längere, etwa in der Mitte des Bolzenschaftes eingeformte Nut 53 eingreift und damit einem Herausgleiten oder -ziehen des Sicherungsbolzens verhindert.
Claims (11)
- Kinderspielfahrzeug in Gestalt eines Kippers, z.B. als Anhänger-kipper für ein Tretkurbelfahrzeug, mit einem aus Seitenwangen (5,5') und Querwangen (6,6') bestehenden, die Räder lagernden Chassisrahmen (1) und mit einer von dem Rahmen getragenen, aus Bodenplatte sowie Seitenund Querwänden bestehenden kastenförmigen Ladepritsche, die nahe ihrer Ecken gelenkig ver- und entriegelbar am Rahmen (1) gelagert ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen den Querwangen (6,6') des Rahmens (1) ein aus gegeneinander verschiebbaren Elementen (18,19) bestehender Hubmechanismus (9) vorgesehen ist, an dessen einem Element (18) ein Lenker (14,14') und an dessen anderem Element (19) ein weiterer Lenker (15,15') schwenkbar gelagert ist, und daß die einander zugewandten Enden der Lenker eine gemeinsame Schwenkachse (21) aufweisen, auf der ein Gleitelement (23) angebracht ist, das in einer Führung (37) an der Unterseite der Ladefläche gleitbar gelagert ist und bei seiner durch die Lenker (14,14'-15,15') bewirkten Verschiebung die Ladepritsche in der Richtung anhebt, deren Lager (10,34) entriegelt sind.
- Kinderspielfahrzeug nach dem Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß1. der Rahmen (1) vier seitlich über die Seitenwangen (5) überstehende, nahe der Ecken liegende, mit dem Rahmen über kurze Zwischenstücke (34) verbundene Kugelkopflager (10) aufweist;2. an der Unterseite der Bodenplatte (24) der Ladepritsche im Abstand der Kugelkopflager (10) Hülsen (32) angeordnet sind, die auf der dem Rahmen zugewandten Seite einen senkrechten, in den unteren Hülsenrand mündenden, einen Teil der Hülsenlänge einnehmenden Schlitz (33) derart aufweisen, daß die Ladepritsche mit den Hülsen über die Kugelkopflager so geschoben werden kann, daß sie mit den Schlitzberkanten (33) auf den Zwischenstücken (34) aufsitzt;3. im Rahmen ein Hubmechanismus (9) gelagert ist, der aus einem in einer Querwange gelagerten Spindelhülse (11) und einer in der anderen Querwange gelagerten, sich in der Spindelhülse (11) drehenden Spindel (12) mit Handhabe (13) sowie zwei Lenkerpaaren besteht, wobei ein Lenkerpaar (14) mit einem Ende an der Spindelhülse (11) und das andere Lenkerpaar (15) mit einem Ende an einer auf der Spindel durch Drehung derselben lateral verschiebbaren Spindelmutter (19) schwenkbar gelagert ist und die jeweils gegenüberliegenden Enden der Lenkerpaare eine gemeinsame Schwenkachse (21) aufweisen, die ein nach oben abstehendes Gleitelement, z.B. eine Kugel (23) oder einen Gleitstein, trägt;4. in der Längsmittelebene der Ladepritsche an deren Unterseite zwischen den Hülsen (32) eine Führung, z.B. Schiene (37), angeordnet ist, zwischen deren Stegen das Gleitelement (23) des Hubmechanismus (9) beim Kippen und Absenken der Ladepritsche gleitet;5. die Kugelkopflager (10) in den Hülsen (32) einzeln gegen ein Herausgleiten gehalten (verriegeln) oder freigegeben (entriegeln) werden können.
- Kinderspielfahrzeug nach den Ansprüchen 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens zwei gegenüberliegende Seitenwände (25,25') und eine Querwand (26 oder 26') der Ladepritsche mit der Bodenplatte (24) über Scharniere (27) verbunden sind, die an den Außenkanten der Bodenplatte angeordnet sind.
- Kinderspielfahrzeug nach den Ansprüchen 1 und 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die senkrechten Seitenkantenbereiche (38,41) der Seiten- und Querwände (25,26) im Horizontalquerschnitt je eine Stufe (39,40) aufweisen und die Stufen beim Verriegeln der Seiten- und Querwände zum geschlossenen Pritschenkasten ineinandergreifen.
- Kinderspielfahrzeug nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jedes Scharnier (27) aus mindestens einem, Bestandteil der Bodenplatte (24) bildenden Scharnierstück (27a) und einem, Bestandteil einer Seitenwand (25,25') oder Querwand (26, 26') bildenden Scharnierstück (27b) besteht und zwischen je einem Scharnierstück (27a) des einen Scharniers und dem Scharnierstück (27a') des benachbarten Scharniers eine Rinne (43) in die Unterseite der Bodenplatte (24) eingeformt ist, deren Querschnitt einem Teil des Querschnitts des Scharnierbolzens (42) entspricht.
- Kinderspielfahrzeug nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet daß jede abklappbare Seiten- und Querwand der Ladepritsche dicht am Scharnierstück (27b) eine in sich über die Breite der Wand erstreckende, bei abgeklappter Wand sich nach außen und unten erstreckende Schrägfläche (45) aufweist.
- Kinderspielfahrzeug nach dem Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß für die Verriegelung der Hülsen (32) ein durch zwei unterhalb des von einer Hülse aufgenommenen Kugelkopfes (10) liegende Löcher (35) in der Hülsenwand einsteck- und herausziehbarer Sicherungsbolzen (48) vorgesehen ist.
- Kinderspielfahrzeug nach dem Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Sicherungsbolzen (48) in dem Bereich, der bei eingestecktem Bolzen in der Mitte der Hülse ( 32) liegt, eine umlaufende Nut (53) aufweist, in die bei durch Kippen der Ladepritsche (54) hervorgerufene Schrägstellung der Hülse ein Vorsprung, z.B. eine Nase (51 oder 52), am Kugelkopf (10) eingreift.
- Kinderspielfahrzeug nach dem Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an jedem Kugelkopf (10) auf zwei rechtwinklig zueinander liegenden Meridianen je ein Vorsprung, z.B. eine Nase (51 und 52) so angebracht ist, daß bei Schrägstellung der Hülsen (32) beim Kippen in der einen Richtung, z.B. nach hinten (Pfeil B), die eine Nase (51) und beim Kippen in der anderen Richtung, z.B. seitlich (Pfeile C,D), die andere Nase (52) in die umlaufende Nut (53) des Sicherungsbolzens (48) eingreift.
- Kinderspielfahrzeug nach dem Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein aus zwei in kurzem Abstand gegenüberliegenden Hülsen gebildetes Hülsenpaar (z.B. Hülse 32,32') aus kreisrunden und das andere Hülsenpaar (z.B. 47,47') aus länglichen Hülsen besteht.
- Kinderspielfahrzeug nach dem Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens einer der Lagerböcke (8 oder 8') in Längsrichtung in Schlitzen zur Anpassung an den Abstand zwischen den Hülsenpaaren (32,32'-32a,32a') auf den Querwangen (6,6') des Rahmens festschraubbar ist.
