Definitions
- the invention relates to a device for counting and determining conveyed goods hanging on hangers provided with hanger hooks, in particular Garments in which those with a bridge Bow hook by a connected with a counting and evaluation unit Passed light barrier and be detected by this.
- Such a device is known from DE-A-33 15 597. At this counting device are the transmitter and the receiver Light barrier above and below the free end of the bracket attached hook arranged and thus detect the on the Photo eye passing hook tip.
- the Hooks of the bracket Since the light barrier is aligned with the tip of the hook, the Hooks of the bracket have a defined shape to be gripped securely to be able to. If the tip of the hook is too short, the bracket will not detected. Are the hooks of two hanging on the trolley in a row Crossed the temple and the point of intersection lies at the tip of the hook, detects the light barrier only one bracket, so that from it Miscalculations result. Sloping brackets can be from the Photoelectric switch can also not be detected safely and at one during the count swinging hooks it is not excluded that he was just outside when he passed the light barrier of the light beam is. Because the hook hook tip detects is the loading side of the trolleys through the light barrier fixed.

- carriage 29 in the direction of arrow R passes the normal, i.e. vertically hanging bracket 31 through the Counting point 48, with the relative positions shown in FIG. 6 sequentially and corresponding operating states of the light guides L1, L2 result.
- brackets 31 and 34 come in, their webs come into contact possibly in contact with the guide plates 42, 46 so that a certain alignment of the bracket for the subsequent counting process is achieved.
- each of the light guides L1 and L2 changes as it passes of the web 35 of a bracket in or opposite the Direction of arrow R its state in the order L, H, L, if the web 35 has a width c that is at least the diameter or corresponds to the width d of the light guide L1 or L2.
- the reason for this is that the counter 65 is capable of to show direction detection for the stirrups to be counted.
- states of the light guides L1, L2 cause accordingly the straight-line arrows PHH, PHL and PLL state changes the evaluation circuit 50 by the states Z2, Z3 and Z0.
- the evaluation circuit 50 Upon reaching state Z0 in the manner described above the evaluation circuit 50 causes the decimal counter to be incremented 58a by the number 1.
- decimal counter 58a is decreased by Number 1 if a change in state of the evaluation circuit 50 the sequence of states Z0, Z4, Z5, Z6, Z0 takes place. This episode is accordingly, but with small initial letters straight-line arrows pHL, pHH, pLH, pLL are shown.
- the pulse finally output by the evaluation circuit 50 becomes to the digital counter 58a.
- the signals of the other sensor parts 44b, 44c and 44d processed, so that the associated digital counters 58b, 58c and 58d contain a count result.
- the carriage 29 When the carriage 29 is further conveyed in the R direction, it also reaches the bracket 32, 33 and 34 through the counting point 48. While the Passing through the slightly sloping bracket 32 no special features occur for the counting process, the detection of the crossing bracket 33, 34 represents a new situation. In this case the crossing point 39 of the webs 37, 38 becomes a single part detected that causes a false measurement reduced by 1. Such Incorrect measurement can depend on the operating conditions occur in one or more of the sensor parts 44a to 44d. in the In particular, reference is made to FIG. 7. From this it can be seen that the top two receiver pairs 47a, 47b of the sensor parts 44a, 44b capture the crossing point 39 as a single bracket, while the receiver pairs 47c, 47d recognize two brackets.
- the counting process ends.
- the data in the Decimal counters 58a, 58b, 58c, 58d summed up count values to the Selection circuit 60 corresponding to the supplied count values this embodiment, the output of the maximum count to the decimal display 61.
- the result of the counter 65 can then be read off the counter readings on the decimal displays 61, 64 detected or on a central data processing system can be passed on. After All those involved are set to adopt the counting result Counter to the values zero by an appropriate impulse.
