Description
wobei die Abstützvorsprünge eine Vorsprunglänge mit der Maßgabe aufweisen, daß im gestapelten Zustand mehrerer Palettenbehälter die Abstützvorsprünge jedes oberen Palettenbehälters den Einfassungsrahmen des Drahtgittermantels des jeweils unteren Palettenbehälters überfassen, und wobei im gestapelten Zustand der Bodenrahmen der Stahlpalette des oberen Palettenbehälters in den darunter angeordneten Drahtgittermantel formschlüssig einfaßt. - Daß der Umriß der oberen Palettenplatte der Stahlpalette im wesentlichen mit dem Grundriß des Drahtgittermantels übereinstimmt, meint, daß die seitliche Ausdehnung der oberen Palettenplatte mit der des Drahtgittermantels im wesentlichen übereinstimmt. Die Seitenabschnitte der oberen Palettenplatte müssen also nicht den Versteifungsabschnitten der Rundstahlstäbe entsprechende Ausformungen aufweisen. Vorzugsweise ist die obere Palettenplatte in ihrer Plattenfläche mit schwingungshemmenden Versteifungsprofilierungen versehen. Der Drahtgittermantel kann an die obere Palettenplatte der Stahlpalette über an der oberen Palettenplatte angeformte U-förmige Umbiegungen oder Überfassungszungen angeschlossen sein.

Claims (19)
- Stapelbarer Palettenbehälter (1) mit rechteckförmigem Grundriß, - miteiner Palette (2),einem Drahtgittermantel (3) aus horizontalen sowie vertikalen Rundstahlstäben, der sich unter Last ausbaucht, undeinem Kunststoffbehälter (4),
wobei der Drahtgittermantel (3) mit seinem unteren Rand an die Palette (2) angeschlossen ist sowie am oberen Rand einen Einfassungsrahmen (5) aufweist und wobei der Kunststoffbehälter (4) sich zumindest im gefüllten Zustand an dem Drahtgittermantel (3) abstützt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die horizontalen Rundstahlstäbe (6) des Drahtgittermantels (3) im Bereich der Grundrißecken (7) sowie mit Abstand von den Grundrißecken (7) konforme, abgekantete, zum Kunststoffbehälter (4) hin gerichtete Versteifungsabschnitte (8) die die ausbauchungen, die durch das abstützen des Kunststoffbehälters am Drahtgittermantel verursacht werden, reduzieren, und daß an die Versteifungsabschnitte (8) gerade Abschnitte (9) der horizontalen Rundstahlstäbe (6) anschließen. - Palettenbehälter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die abgekanteten Versteifungsabschnitte (8) in der Draufsicht mit den angeschlossenen geraden Abschnitten (9) der horizontalen Rundstahlstäbe (6) eine Stufe (10) bilden.
- Palettenbehälter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die abgekanteten Versteifungsabschnitte (8) in der Draufsicht eine U-förmige, V-förmige oder bogenförmige Ausformung (11) bilden, die nach innen gerichtet ist, und daß die geraden Abschnitte (9) der horizontalen Rundstahlstäbe (6) an diese Ausformungen (11) angeschlossen sind.
- Palettenbehälter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in den Winkeln, die durch die Abkantungen an den horizontalen Rundstahlstäben (6) gebildet sind, vertikale Rundstahlstäbe (12) angeordnet sind.
- Palettenbehälter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auf den Winkeln, die durch die Abkantungen an den horizontalen Rundstahlstäben (6) gebildet sind, vertikale Rundstahlstäbe (12) angeordnet sind.
- Palettenbehälter nach einem der Ansprüche 2 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die geraden Abschnitte (9) der horizontalen Rundstahlstäbe (6) in der Draufsicht gegenüber der zugeordneten Kante der Palette (2) zurückspringen und der Drahtgittermantel (3) insgesamt so ausgelegt ist, daß die Bereiche des Drahtgittermantels (3), die durch die geraden Abschnitte (9) der horizontalen Rundstahlstäbe (6) gebildet sind, in der Draufsicht nicht über diese Kante der Palette (2) vorkragen können.
- Palettenbehälter nach einem der Ansprüche 3 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß über die Seitenlänge des Drahtgittermantels (3) verteilt mehrere der U-förmigen, V-förmigen oder bogenförmigen Ausformungen (8, 11) angeordnet sind, und daß der Drahtgittermantel (3) insgesamt so ausgelegt ist, daß die Bereiche des Drahtgittermantels (3), die durch die geraden Abschnitte (9) der horizontalen Rundstahlstäbe (6) gebildet sind, in der Draufsicht nicht über die zugeordnete Kante der Palette vorkragen.
- Palettenbehälter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die vertikalen Rundstahlstäbe (12) des Drahtgittermantels (3) in horizontaler Richtung konforme, abgekantete Versteifungsabschnitte (13) aufweisen, an die gerade Abschnitte (14) der vertikalen Rundstahlstäbe (12) anschließen und die in der Seitenansicht eine Stufe (15) bilden, oder wobei die Versteifungsabschnitte (13,16) derartig ausgebildet sind, daß die in der Seitenansicht eine U-förmige, V-förmige oder bogenförmige Ausformung (13, 16) bilden.
- Stapelbarer Palettenbehälter (1) mit rechteckförmigem Grundriß, - miteiner Palette (2),einem Drahtgittermantel (3) aus horizontalen sowie vertikalen Rundstahlstäben, der sich unter Last ausbaucht, undeinem Kunststoffbehälter (4),
- Palettenbehälter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kunststoffbehälter (4) glatte Außenwände (17) aufweist.
- Palettenbehälter nach einem der Ansprüche 2,3,7,8 oder 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kunststoffbehälter (4) den stufenförmigen Ausformungen und/oder den U-förmigen, V-förmigen oder den bogenförmigen Ausformungen komplementäre Ausformungen aufweist.
- Palettenbehälter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kunststoffbehälter (4) im Wege der Blasformgebung geformt ist und daß der Kunststoffbehälter (4) einerseits und die Maschenweite des Drahtgittermantels (3) andererseits so ausgelegt sind, daß der Kunststoffbehälter (4) die aufzunehmenden Beanspruchungen unter Abstützung an dem Drahtgittermantel (3) aufnimmt.
- Palettenbehälter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Palette als Holzpalette (2) ausgeführt ist und der Drahtgittermantel (3) mit der Holzpalette (2) mit Hilfe von metallischen Befestigungsarmaturen (30) verbunden ist, die einen unteren Abschlußrahmen (31) des Drahtgittermantels (3) überfassen und die ihrerseits mit der Holzpalette (2) verbunden sind.
- Palettenbehälter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, gekennzeichnet durch eine Stahlpalette (2) mit den Merkmalendie Stahlpalette (2) besitzt eine obere Palettenplatte (20), deren Umriß mit dem rechteckförmigen Grundriß des Drahtgittermantels (3) im wesentlichen übereinstimmt,die Stahlpalette (2) besitzt einen Bodenrahmen (22), dessen Umriß gegenüber dem Umriß des Drahtgittermantels (3) zur Grundrißmitte hin zurückspringt,die Stahlpalette (2) besitzt im Bereich der Ecken (7) die obere Palettenplatte (20) und den Bodenrahmen (22) verbindende Eckelemente (26) aus Stahlblech, die nach außen weisende Abstützvorsprünge (27) aufweisen, und weist zusätzliche Abstützvorsprünge (28) an den Seiten auf,
- Palettenbehälter nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Bodenrahmen (22) aus einem Rohr (23) oder aus mehreren Rohrabschnitten gebildet ist.
- Palettenbehälter nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Bodenrahmen (22) aus einem Profilstababschnitt oder mehreren Profilstababschnitten gebildet ist.
- Palettenbehälter nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Bodenrahmen (22) aus einem Flachstahlzuschnitt (24) oder aus mehreren Flachstahlzuschnitten geformt ist.
- Palettenbehälter nach einem der Ansprüche 14 bis 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im gestapelten Zustand der Bodenrahmen (22) der Palette (2) die Versteifungsausformungen (8) des darunter angeordneten Drahtgittermantels (3) nicht berührt.
- Palettenbehälter nach einem der Ansprüche 14 bis 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im gestapelten Zustand der Bodenrahmen (22) der Palette (2) in den darunter angeordneten Drahtgittermantel (3) etwa nach Maßgabe der Dicke des Bodenrahmens (22) einfaßt.
