Claims (7)
- Hydraulischer Steuerventilblock miteinem ersten Hydraulikanschluß (P) zum Anschließen an eine Arbeitsleitung (102),einem Tankanschluß (T) zum Anschließen an einen Tank (107),einem zweiten Hydraulikanschluß (A) zum Anschließen an eine Stelldruckleitung (103),einem Steuerventil (2) mit einem mit dem ersten Hydraulikanschluß (P) verbundenen ersten hydraulischen Druckraum (24) und einem über eine Drosselstelle (32) mit dem Tankanschluß (T) verbundenen zweiten hydraulischen Druckraum (42), das je nach Stellung eines zwischen den hydraulischen Druckräumen (24, 42) angeordneten, beweglichen Ventilkolbens (4) den ersten Hydraulikanschluß (P) oder den Tankanschluß (T) mit dem zweiten Hydraulikanschluß (A) verbindet,einer zwischen dem ersten (24) und zweiten (42) hydraulischen Druckraum des Steuerventils (2) vorgesehener Drossel (47) undeinem zwischen dem zweiten hydraulischen Druckraum (42) des Steuerventils (2) und dem Tankanschluß (T) angeordneten Druckbegrenzungsventil (60.2; 60.2) mit einem ein Schließelement (69.1; 69.2) betätigenden Ansteuerteil (66.1; 66.2), wobei bei Ansteuerung des Ansteuerteils (66.1; 66.2) das Schließelement (69.1; 69.2) in Richtung seiner Offenstellung verschoben wird und somit das Druckbegrenzungsventil (60.1; 60.2) den zweiten hydraulischen Druckraum (42) des Steuerventils (2) über den Tankanschluß (T) mit dem Tank (107) verbindet.
- Hydraulischer Steuerventilblock nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Druckbegrenzungsventil ein Sitzventil (60.1; 60.2) ist. - Hydraulischer Steuerventilblock nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß eine Feder (70.1) das Schließelement (69.1) des als Sitzventil (60.1) ausgebildeten Druckbegrenzungsventils (60.1) in Richtung Schließstellung beaufschlagt. - Hydraulischer Steuerventilblock nach Anspruch 2 oder 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Sitzventil (60.1; 60.2) mit seinem Ventileingang (63) an einen zusätzlichen Druckmedium-Kanal (36) und mit seinem Ventilausgang (64.1; 64.2) an den Tankanschluß (T) angeschlossen ist. - Hydraulischer Steuerventilblock nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Steuerventil (2) ein über zwei Steuerdruckkanäle (45, 46) mit zwei unterschiedlichen, einen Differenzdruck ergebenden Steuerdrücken ansteuerbares Differenzdruckventil ist, und daß der zusätzliche Druckmedium-Kanal (36) an den zum Steuerventil (2) führenden Steuerdruckkanal (46) mit dem niedrigeren Steuerdruck angeschlossen ist. - Hydraulischer Steuerventilblock nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Schließelement (69.2) des Sitzventils (60.2) zusätzlich zur Ansteuerung durch das Ansteuerteil (66.2) durch einen hydraulischen Eingangsdruck des Sitzventils (60.2) in Richtung Offenstellung beaufschlagt ist. - Hydraulischer Steuerventilblock nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
