- the present invention generally relates to electrical connection boxes in which an internal circuit is constituted by a wire and pressing contact terminals brought into pressing contact with the wire and more particularly, to an electrical connection box in which heat dissipation of a wire connected to external electrical heating elements such as a relay and a fuse is facilitated such that quantity of electric current flowing through the wire is increased.

- an object of the present invention is to provide, with a view to eliminating the above mentioned drawbacks of conventional electrical connection boxes, an electrical connection box in which by facilitating heat dissipation of a wire connected, via pressing contact terminals, to external electrical heating elements such as a relay and a fuse, not only a large quantity of electric current can flow through the wire but rise of temperature of interior of the electrical connection box is restrained.

- the tab 6a of the pressing contact terminal 6, which acts as the input-output terminal portion of the pressing contact terminal 6, is formed into a flat platelike shape and is inserted into a terminal receiving slit of a connector so as to be connected to a contact bonding terminal contact bonded to a distal end of a wire.
- the pressing contact terminal 6 mainly functions as a pressing contact terminal at an output side.
- the tab 5a of the pressing contact terminal 5 is folded down into a U-shaped form and a terminal receiving groove 5c extends from an upper end of the tab 5a downwardly and a terminal 8 of a fuse 7 or a terminal of a relay (not shown) is inserted into the terminal receiving groove 5c so as to be connected to the pressing contact terminal.

Claims (2)
- Boíte de connexion électrique (K3) comportant un circuit interne dans lequel plusieurs bornes de contact pressant (5', 6) sont mises en contact pressant avec un fil métallique (W4), et des parties bornes d'entrée-sortie (5a', 6a) des bornes de contact pressant (5', 6) sont respectivement connectées à des circuits externes ;où le fil métallique (W4) comporte une partie (a) électriquement active placée entre une première (5') des bornes de contact pressant, connectée à un élément chauffant électrique externe tel qu'un relais, un fusible (7), etc., et une autre (6) des bornes de contact pressant, et une partie électriquement inactive (b) se prolongeant de la partie électriquement active (a) et faisant fonction d'une section de dissipation de chaleur ; etoù la première borne de contact pressant (5') possède une pluralité de parties de contact pressant (5b', 5d'), l'une (5d') des parties de contact pressant est connectée à la partie électriquement active (a) par contact présent, tandis qu'une autre (5b') des parties de contact pressant est connectée à ladite partie électriquement inactive (b) par contact pressant, de façon que la partie électriquement inactive (b) forme une boucle au niveau de la première borne de contact pressant (5').
- Boíte de connexion électrique (K3) selon la revendication 1, où la première borne de contact pression (5') comporte une patte (5a') connectée à l'élément chauffant électrique externe et des première et deuxième parties de contact pressant (5d', 5b') se prolongeant vers le bas depuis la patte (5a') et se croisant l'une et l'autre perpendiculairement ;
les première et deuxième parties de contact pressant (5d', 5b') ayant respectivement des première et deuxième fentes (5f', 5e') de façon que des première et deuxième lames placées sur les périphéries des première et deuxième fentes (5f', 5e') soient respectivement connectées aux conducteurs de la partie électriquement active (a) et de la partie électriquement inactive (b).
