- Within the circulation system is not in the known machine filter system described in more detail provided that obvious during the pumping of the treatment liquor as a whole is flowed through, so that appropriate fluff is filtered off can. Therefore, it is in the known machine in which it is specifically a jigger, the relevant filter system arranged outside, as already mentioned in the beginning has been described.
- the present invention has for its object a machine of the type mentioned above, which with a compact design, an effective filtering of unwanted contamination from the respective treatment fleet made particularly easy.
- the machine according to the invention which, like those described above Machines for pre-treatment, dyeing and / or post-treatment a textile goods in a wide variety of styles, so especially as a bobbin, web winding, in the broad state and preferably as a web strand, can be used, has an autoclave, in particular a high temperature autoclave to hold the textile goods and a corresponding treatment fleet.
- the autoclave is equipped with one with at least one feed pump equipped circulation system for the fleet, the treatment liquor being treated with a filter system during treatment flows through, so the foreign particles adhering to the textile material (Lint, thread remnants, insoluble components, abrasion of textile goods o. The like.), Which during the treatment in the treatment fleet to separate from the treatment fleet.
- the filter system is inside the machine according to the invention the autoclave, being in front of the filter system in the flow direction of the filter Treatment fleet seen at least one overflow device is arranged within the autoclave in such a way that 5 vol.% to 50 Vol.% Of the treatment fleet circulated per unit of time via the Filter system is performed.
