Claims (9)
- Anordnung eines vollständigen Flexographiezylinders, umfassend einen hohlen Stützzylinder (10) mit einem vorgegebenen Durchmesser, vorgesehen, um in Rotation versetzt zu werden, und ausgestattet mit einer internen Druckluftversorgung (20) mit Verbindungskanälen (22), welche gemäß einer vorgegebenen Winkelteilung im wesentlichen entlang eines Kreises in unmittelbarer Nähe des Einführendes angeordnet sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Anordnung mindestens eine Zwischenhülse (12) mit einem mit dem Außendurchmesser des Stützzylinders (10) kompatiblen Innendurchmesser zum radial geklemmten Zusammenbau und mit einem mit dem Innendurchmesser eines dünnen, das Bild tragenden Mantels (14), dessen Außendurchmesser gleich dem der gesuchten Abwicklung ist, kompatiblen Außendurchmesser zum radial geklemmten Zusammenbau umfaßt, wobei das Zwischenrohr Kanäle (38) im wesentlichen entlang eines Kreises umfaßt, welche die gleiche Winkelteilung wie die des Stützzylinders und Mittel (29, 42) zum Verschließen dieser Kanäle so aufweisen, daß die Montage dieser Zwischenhülse auf den Stützzylinder ermöglicht wird.
- Anordnung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mittel zum Verschließen einen Ring (29) umfassen, welcher entlang der longitudinalen Achse der Zwischenhülse unbeweglich und zwischen zwei Positionen, einer offenen und einer geschlossen, auf einem Fortsatz (30) mit Kanälen (38), welche die gleiche Winkelteilung wie die Kanäle (22) des Stützzylinders (10) und die Kanäle (34) des Rings (29) aufweisen, angebracht ist, wobei die geöffnete Position dem Fluchten der Kanäle (38) der Zwischenhülse mit den Kanälen (34) des Rings entspricht und eine geschlossene Position, in welcher die Kanäle (34) des Rings im Vergleich zu denen (38) der Hülse verschoben sind, vorgesehen ist.
- Anordnung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie einen feststehenden, mit dem Zwischenhülsenkörper verbundenen und die Drehung des beweglichen Rings (29) unterstützenden Ring (38) umfaßt, wobei der feststehende Ring ebenfalls Kanäle (36) aufweist, deren Winkelteilung identisch mit der der Kanäle (22, 34, 38) des Stützzylinders (10), des beweglichen Rings (29) und der Zwischenhülse (12) ist.
- Anordnung nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der bewegliche Ring (29) Dichtungen umfaßt, so daß ein Entweichen von Druckluft zwischen dem Ring und der Hülse verhindert wird.
- Anordnung nach Anspruch 2, 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der unbewegliche und der bewegliche Ring auf einem Fortsatz montiert sind, welcher an dem entsprechenden Ende der Zwischenhülse vorgesehen ist.
- Anordnung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mittel zum Verschließen feststehende, hohle, die Dicke der Zwischenhülse durchdringende Einsätze umfassen, wobei die Einsätze eine Winkelteilung aufweisen, welche identisch mit der der Kanäle (22) des Stützzylinders ist, wobei die Einsätze ein Gewinde aufweisen, um abnehmbare Verschlußschrauben (42) aufzunehmen.
- Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Falle von mehreren koaxial ineinandergeschachtelten Hülsen diese Hülsen Markierungen so umfassen, daß eine radiale Ausrichtung der verschiedenen Kanäle ermöglicht wird.
- Zwischenhülse (12) zum Einsatz bei der Anordnung nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie einen mit Montagekanälen (38) und Mitteln zum Verschließen (29, 42) dieser Kanäle ausgestatteten Hülsenkörper großer Stärke umfaßt, welche der Differenz zwischen dem Außendurchmesser des Stützzylinders (10) und dem Innendurchmesser des dünnen, das zu druckende Bild tragenden Mantels (14) entspricht.
- Zwischenhülse nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie eine Reihe von wabenförmigen, in einer Harzmatrix eingebetteten Materialschichten umfaßt, wobei die Außenfläche verstärkt ist und die Innenfläche von einem durch den Zustand der Oberfläche des Herstellungszylinders übertragenen glatten Aussehen ist.
