Definitions
- the invention relates to a packaging container, which in the filled state is closed at both ends, one end of the Packaging container is arranged to close this piston, and being at the end of the packaging container opposite the piston this with a substantially perpendicular to the longitudinal center line flange-like plate is closed.
- Packaging containers of the generic type are for holding Lubricants, sealants and the like are known per se.
- Lubricants and sealants are used, for example, in the construction industry or Used in the field of automotive technology.
- These funds were originally in stable, essentially thick-walled cylindrical containers provided.
- At one end of this container can be a nozzle tip can be arranged at the other end of the container apply appropriate applications pressure, so that in the container located agent is pressed out of the container through the nozzle tip.
- the cylindrical containers used are usually disposable containers, disposed of after the content has been brought out or recycled be fed.
- a special packaging container of the type described is in US Pat. No. 28 53 209. Made of a very special polyethylene material, which under Polymerized using a chromium oxide-containing catalyst, a cylindrical container is formed.
- the special polymer has one sufficient inherent rigidity to be able to absorb axial pressures, on the other hand, sufficient flexibility to telescope into one another to put on.
- FR-A-22 99 241 is an essentially thick-walled cylindrical packaging container known that at one end Has closure with a dispensing opening, for example for arrangement a nozzle tip. At the other end is the packaging container with one in the packaging container movable piston which this Closes the end of the packaging container at the same time. Through the piston can put pressure on the agent in the packaging container, so that this through the dispensing opening from the packaging container can be pressed out.
- the cylindrical one used Packaging container is a disposable container, according to Disposal of the content disposed of or recycled can be.
- tubular bags consist essentially of a film tube made of thin Foil material, which is closed at both ends. It is known to close both ends by means of so-called metal clips.
- metal clips Through the Use of tubular bags of this type should primarily be avoided that a large number of empty cylindrical containers must be disposed of. Since the tubular bags are not dimensionally stable, they are used to process the inserted in them means in a dimensionally stable cylindrical shell one end of a closure with a dispensing opening, for example for Arrangement of a nozzle tip is arranged. From the other end of the cylindrical outer shell forth then pressure can be exerted on the tubular bag exercise.
- the Tubular bags can be opened. In practice, this happens through Destruction of the tubular bag cover, for example by slitting, Stabbing or the like. This piercing or opening the Tubular bags expediently occur in the area of the end, which is located on the cylinder-shaped closure provided with the nozzle tip Sleeve is located.
- a film tube is made from a film web in which the two Side edges of the film web put together and joined together will.
- the free end of the film tube is closed and the with the appropriate lengths of film tube filled are sealed and cut to length.
- the result is usually Free and empty end of the film tube are closed at the same time, so that this In this way, continuously filled and closed tubular bags are produced that can be used in the manner described above.

- the practically scratched out film tube is already open when empty its half length is reduced and easy to dispose of when the film tube material and the piston material are the same.
- the one behind the piston lying part of the film tube must also be retained or the Hose must be stabilized cylindrically.
- the manufacturing according to the invention the packaging container significantly improved, because by inserting the cylindrical piston the suction of the air in the tubular bag is improved and simplified.
- the tubular bag with a clip closed there are undefined contours that are not easy to evacuate are.
- the tubular bag remains in at its end stand smoother and allows the piston to be inserted and simultaneously Evacuate the back bag volume. Airtight packaging is required to prevent premature reactions of the in the tubular bag To avoid material.
- the cylindrical piston is advantageously designed as a hollow piston.
- the tubular bag end attached to the inner periphery of the hollow piston.
- the hollow piston is in the Tubular bag inserted so that the tubular bag end around the rear edge of the hollow piston and then attached to the inner periphery of the hollow piston can be.
- the cylindrical one Piston at the rear end of a detachable piston ring is connected to the tubular bag end.
- the piston ring is connected to the tubular bag end.
- For emptying the piston is separated from the piston ring located at the rear end by the piston ring is held relative to the advanced piston.
- This measure is particularly favorable because folds of the Hose is counteracted in the compression area, and indeed without cylindrical stabilizers. That is emptied Tubular bag material not turned inside out, however, the emptying is due to the defined tensioning of the tubular film wall improved.
- the separation point between pistons and piston ring on a locking connection This is conveniently so designed that by exerting pressure on the piston while holding Piston ring are both separated from each other and the piston relative to Piston ring for dispensing the material in the tubular bag is advanced.
