Claims (7)
- Bogentransport- und Ausrichtvorrichtung mit wenigstens einem Führungslineal (16) und quer zu diesem angeordneten, angetriebenen Transportwalzen (12) sowie gegen deren Mantelfläche belasteten, frei drehbaren und dem Führungslineal (16) benachbarten Transportrollen (18a, 18b), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Transportrollen (18a, 18b) jeweils auf einem am Führungslineal (16) schwenkbar gelagerten, abgekröpften Hebel (24) auslenkbar gelagert sind und der Hebel (24) bügelförmig mit einem ersten Schenkel (22), der auf der einen Seite des Führungslineals (16) um seine Achse drehbar gelagert ist, mit einem zweiten Schenkel (20), der sich durch eine Öffnung (30) des Führungslineals (16) auf dessen andere Seite erstreckt und an dessen freiem Ende eine Transportrolle (18a, 18b) drehbar gelagert ist, und einem die Schenkel (20, 22) verbindenden Hebelarm (26) ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Andruckkraft, mit der die Transportrollen (18a, 18b) gegen die Transportwalzen (12) belastet sind, einstellbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Andruckkraft wenigstens bestimmter Transportrollen (18a, 18b) individuell einstellbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Andruckkraft wenigstens einer Gruppe von Transportrollen (18a, 18b) gemeinsam einstellbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Andruckkraft der Gruppe von Transportrollen (18a, 18b) durch einen gespannten Draht (32) eingestellt ist, der an den Achsen der Transportrollen angreift.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der erste Schenkel (22) rechtwinklig und der zweite Schenkel (20) unter mehr als 90° zu dem Führungslineal (16) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß entlang jeder Längsseite des durch die Transportwalzen (12) definierten Transportweges ein Führungslineal (16a, 16b) mit zugeordneten Transportrollen (18a, 18b) vorgesehen ist.
