Definitions
- the present invention relates to a window, a door or the like with a Frame, a pivoted and / or tilted to it by means of a fitting Casement, in which the spars of both frames from fully profiled Both ends are made of miter-cut frame profiles and the corner connections of two angular frame profiles by interlocking Tines are formed, and with the wing and the frame with from the outer and inner surfaces to the middle extending stops are.
- Frame profiles usually made of wood.
- the sash is on the attached to the frame facing a mounting bracket, in the one locking bar of the fitting designed as a locking bar fitting is guided.
- the frame profiles designed as solid profiles are replaced by a corresponding one Machined manufactured. At the manufacturer, the profiles are known as wooden scantlings stocked in any quantity. To make the frames, they are mitred cut. The length of the frame profiles depends on the size, taking into account the interlocking tines of two at an angle to each other Frame profiles.
- a window or a door in question is known from DE 71 11 605 U1.
- the tines extend over the entire depth of the miter surface, that is, from the inside to the outside.
- extremely precise production of the wedge-shaped tines is necessary, so that the transition of the areas lying on one level is free of sales.
- this cannot be achieved in practice, so that after the production of the Rework is necessary.
- the DE 71 11 605 U1 proposed to mill a groove along the miter joint to cover up any misalignment.
- a rain protection rail is used for drainage in the lower horizontal spar of the frame. Because the stop moves into the frame rebate it acts like a prechamber. For sealing it is common in the top horizontal spar as well as in the two vertical spar stop seals to use.
- the rain protection rail requires additional effort and also has a disturbing effect like the visible surfaces of the miter joint, because it is made of an aluminum alloy.
- windows made of plastic or made of aluminum it is already known to insert these antechambers into one Frame profile of the frame used to form the center seal. In wood Existing windows have so far been dispensed with this center seal, since it due to the relative movement between the frame profile and the center seal the seal is damaged. This is due to the fact that the Roughness of the wooden frame profiles is significantly greater than that of aluminum or Plastic window.
- the present invention has for its object a window, a door or To design the like of the type described in more detail so that at least the frame profiles of a frame are manufactured with the same tool can be that the transition from one frame profile to another frame profile is free of sales. Furthermore, the prongs of a corner connection of two frame profiles be invisible, so that there is no need to fill ventilation, one circumferential same view is given, among other things, on the rain protection rail is waived for drainage.
- the task is solved by the tines of the frame profiles of the sash and the frame only above that between the stops middle core area that the distances of the core areas from the inner and outer surfaces of the frame profiles are the same that the number of tines one side of each frame spar is an odd number, so that every corner connection is always formed by an even number of interlocking tines, and that the tines compared to the smooth surfaces associated with the stops Project miter faces.
- the tines of all frame profiles be made with the same tool, because when milling the tines one Side the frame profile on a surface parallel to the tines to be produced and the frame profile by 180 when milling the tines on the other side Degree is rotated about its longitudinal axis so that it rests on the other surface. As a result, the tines of one frame profile are offset from the tines of the other Frame profile, which together form the corner connection.
- connection of the tines of the two frame profiles takes place in the usual way, for example by sizing.
- mechanical connection means such as pins or the like, be used.
- the depth of the casement is the same as that of the frame agree and that the distances of the core areas to the interior and Outer surfaces of the sash and frame are the same. This allows the Frame profiles of the sash and window frame in an economical manner with the same tool set can be machined.
- a door or the like in which on the sash on the a fitting mounting rail is attached to the side facing the frame, in which a locking bar of the locking bar fitting is guided, is in Another embodiment provided that at least on the lower horizontal Frame profile of the sash used fitting mounting rail is formed in the chamber between the frame profiles projecting boom against which at least in the closed position of the casement one in the frame profile the elastic center seal used in the frame.
- the center seal already used in plastic or aluminum windows can now also be used with wooden windows, as there is a free edge in the center seal is now supported on the bracket of the fitting mounting rail.
- the The roughness of this fitting mounting rail or of the arm is considerably less than the machined wooden surfaces, so that the central seal is sufficient Has lifespan.
- the free edge of the angle bar is the lower horizontal surface of the frame profile contacted. This supports the angled web. So that Cross section of the antechamber is not too large, it is provided that the boom on the outer side of the fitting mounting rail facing the glass stop of the frame profile is scheduled.
- the fitting mounting rail has an undercut Has U-shaped groove, and that the connecting the parallel legs Middle leg on the side facing away from the boom into a groove in the frame profile engaging centering approach.
- This centering approach is useful formed trapezoidal on the side facing the boom.
- the Both outer flanks are in a head corresponding to a countersunk screw Inclination. Because usually the fitting mounting rail through Countersunk screws on the spars of the casement is not required this trapezoidal design allows the screw holes to be countersunk.
- the frame profile 2 of the The sash is on the inner facing the frame profile 1 of the frame Side with a wing stop 6 and on the frame profile 1 facing away Provide the outside with a glass stop 7.
- a glass pane 8 is used, which by means of a Glass holding bar 9 is secured.
- the glass pane is sealed internally and outside through two circumferential profile seals 10, 11.
- the frame profile 1 of the frame is with an inner stop 12 and an outer stop 13 Mistake.
- the central core area 14 Between the wing stop 6 and the glass stop 7 of the frame profile 2 of the casement is the central core area 14. Between the inner stop 12 and the outer stop 13 of the frame profile 1 of the frame lies the core area 15.
- the boundaries are by the dash-dotted lines indicated. It can be seen from FIG. 1 that the depths of the stops 6, 7, 12, 13 and the depths of core areas 14, 15 coincide. Therefore also true the depth of the frame profile 1 of the frame with the depth of the frame profile 2 of the casement.
- FIGs 2 and 3 the corner connection of two at right angles to each other Frame profiles 2 of the casement shown. This results in, that the mitred ends of the two frame profiles 2 in the core area 14 with wedge-shaped projections opposite the outer miter surfaces Prongs 16 are provided which interlock.
- Each frame profile 2 is shown in the Embodiment provided with five prongs 16. This area is shown in FIG identified by reference numeral 16a.
- Figure 3 also shows in connection with Figure 2 clearly that the visible surfaces of the casement free of Tines 16 are and thus lie flat against each other.
- Figure 3 also shows that the inner and outer visible surface in the area of the butt joint, each with a shadow groove 17 is provided.
- FIG 4 is an enlarged view of Figure 3, the dimensional relationships to clarify.
- the inner surface assigned to the glass stop is by the reference numeral 18, the outer surface assigned to the wing stop 6 identified by reference numeral 19.
- the figure clearly shows that the depth or width of the tine-free miter cut is the same as indicated by A, that is, the distance of the core region having the teeth 16 from the Inner or outer surface 18, 19 is the same.
- the figure also shows that the number of formed by the prongs 16 corner connection must always result in an even number. This in turn shows that the number of tines 16 of a frame profile 2 must always be an odd number.
- By a. is marked that the on the Miter areas related center distances of the tines 16 are the same.
- each frame profile 1 or 2 taking into account the above compared to the miter surfaces 20, 21 Tines 16 cut a corresponding section through a miter cut 16 becomes.
- the miter surfaces 20, 21 set back with respect to the tines 16 are formed by the frame profile 1 or 2 first on the outer surface 19 on a Tool set is passed. This will make the ones on the left Tines 16 milled.
- the frame profile 1 or 2 around the longitudinal axis rotated by 180 degrees so that it rests on the inner surface 18 on a tool set is guided past, whereby the right teeth 16 milled in the illustration will. This makes the offset necessary for the seamless transition the prongs 16 reached.
- the shadow gaps 17 are therefore more decorative Character.
- the production of the tines 16 was based on the frame profile 2 of the casement described. However, since the width or depth of the frame profiles 1 of the frame coincides with that of the frame profile 2 of the casement, can also be the frame profiles 1 of the frame with the same tool set to edit. The same applies to the rung profile bars, not shown.
- the frame profile 1 shown in Figure 1 of the frame and the frame profile 2 of the casement is made of wood.
- the two frame profiles 1, 2 stand to each other so that a chamber 23 is formed therebetween.
- In the middle Core 14 of the frame profile 2 of the casement is on the facing the frame Side provided a continuous groove, in which the in Figure 7 in more detail shown fitting bracket 3 is used closing.
- the fitting mounting rail 3 either consists of an extruded plastic profile or from a pressed aluminum profile.
- the fitting receiving rail 3 has a U-shaped Groove 24, which is undercut. The undercut is shown in the Embodiment formed by two profile webs 25, 26 which protrude into the groove and are attached in the end regions of the two parallel legs.
- the one the middle leg connecting the parallel leg is provided with a row of holes, so that the fitting mounting rail 3 by means of countersunk screws 27 on the frame profile 2 of the casement can be attached.
- the wing stop 6 opposite side is the fitting mounting rail 3 with a boom provided in the form of the angular web 22.
- the free end of the angled web 22 supports from the middle core 14 of the frame profile 2 of the casement.
- the frame profile 1 of the frame is on the frame profile 2 facing Side has a continuous groove into which the foot 28 of the elastic, formed as a profile seal center seal 5 is used.
- the free The end of the center seal 5 is supported on the angular web 22, specifically on the leg, the parallel and at a distance from the two, the U-shaped groove 24 delimiting Thigh stands.
- An outer prechamber 23a is formed by the central seal 5, which is used to drain rainwater.
- the Center seal 5 can not only in the between the lower horizontal Frame profiles 1 and 2 formed chamber 23 are provided, but also circulating.
- the additional seal is achieved by the stop seals 4, between the facing surfaces of the sash and the window frame are fixed.
- the Hardware mounting rail 3 with the bracket a one-piece profile rail. Since she made of aluminum or a plastic, the roughness is extremely low, so that the center seal 5 is not damaged by the friction.
- FIG. 7 shows the fitting receiving rail 3 as a detail. From this figure it can be seen that the middle leg connecting the two parallel legs 29, 30 31 has a centering projection 32 on the side facing away from the angled web 22. This centering projection 32 engages in a groove in the frame profile 2 of the casement a. This centering projection is on the side facing the angular web 22 32 trapezoidal, the two flanks at such a helix angle stand that the head of the countersunk screws 27 abuts against it. It does not apply thereby sinking the screw holes in the middle leg 31 or in the centering approach 32.
