Claims (14)
- Verriegelungseinrichtung einer Schützenwaffe oder eines Artilleriegeschützes, einbaubar in einem Schlossgehäuse (1 ) vor dem Lauf (2) der Schützenwaffe oder des Artilleriegeschützes, miteinem Verschlussrahmen (3) mit einem in ihm parallel zur Achse (4) des Laufes (2) ausgeführten Kanal (5), in dem eine Rückholfeder (6) untergebracht ist,einem mit seiner Anlagefläche (8) dem Lauf (2) zugewandten Schiebeverschluss (7), wobei der Schiebeverschluss (7) und der Verschlussrahmen (3) eine fixierte Lage beim Verriegeln des Laufes (2) haben und hin- und hergehende Bewegungen längs der Achse (4) des Laufes (2) bei dessen Entriegeln vollführen,einem Schlagbolzen (15), der einen Schlagteil (16) aufweist und in einem Kanal des Schiebeverschlusses (7) aufgenommen ist, undeinem Hülsenauszieher (27),einen Schussenergie-Ausgleicher (9), der mit dem Schiebeverschluss (7) auf der Seite seiner Anlagefläche (8) beweglich verbunden und so angeordnet ist, daß er beim Verriegeln des Laufes (2) das Innere des Laufes (2) überdeckt und beim Entriegeln in einer durch die Achse (4) des Laufes (2) und die Achse (10) des Kanals (5) im Verschlussrahmen (3) verlaufenden Ebene Winkelverschiebungen durchführt, welche die Übertragung der ausgeglichenen Schussenergie zum Verschlussrahmen (3) in einen dem Lauf (2) zugewandten Abschnitt (11) sicherstellen, undeinen Schliesshebel (12) mit einem gleichachsig mit dem Kanal (5) im Verschlussrahmen (3) ausgeführten Kanal (13) für einen freien Durchgang der Rückholfeder (6), welcher Schliesshebel über seinen einen Arm (14) mit dem Verschlussrahmen (3) auf der zum Lauf (2) entgegengesetzten Seite beweglich verbunden und in einer durch die Achse (4) des Laufes (2) und die Achse (10) des Kanals (5) im Verschlussrahmen (3) verlaufenden Ebene schwenkbar ist, und dessen anderer Arm (18) beim Verriegeln des Laufes (2) mit dem Schlossgehäuse (1) zusammenwirkt und die Überdekkung des Inneren des Laufes (2) durch den Schussenergie-Ausgleicher (9) sicherstellt und beim Entriegeln des Laufes (2) mit dem Schiebeverschluss (7) auf der zur Anlagefläche (8) entgegengesetzten Seite zusammenwirkt und hin- und hergehende Bewegungen längs der Achse (4) des Laufes (2) ermöglicht, wobei sich der Schlagteil (16) des Schlagbolzens (15) und der Hülsenauszieher (27) im Schussenergie-Ausgleicher (9) befinden.
- Verriegelungseinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schussenergie-Ausgleicher (9) von einem Körper gebildet wird, dereine dem Lauf (2) zugekehrte erste Stirnwand (23), die beim Verriegeln des Laufes (2) senkrecht zur Achse (4) des Laufes (2) verläuft und in der eine Ausnehmung (28) zur Aufnahme des Bodens einer Hülse (17) eingearbeitet ist, die so angeordnet ist, dass ihr Mittelpunkt beim Verriegeln des Laufes (2) mit dessen Achse (4) übereinstimmt,eine entgegengesetzte zweite Stirnwand (24), deren zumindest mit der Anlagefläche (8) des Schiebeverschlusses (7) zusammenwirkender Abschnitt beim Verriegeln des Laufes (2) senkrecht zur Achse (4) verläuft und einen spitzen Winkel (a) mit der Anlagefläche (8) des Schiebeverschlusses (7) einschliesst,zwei Querseitenwände, von denen wobei an einer eine Nase (31) für die Patronenzufuhr ausgebildet ist, undzwei Längsseitenwände aufweist, in denen Längsnuten (21) eingearbeitet sind, die zum Anordnen im Schlossgehäuse (1) bestimmt sind und eine veränderliche Höhe aufweisen, die von der ersten zur zweiten Stirnwand (23, 24) zunimmt.
- Verriegelungseinrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zur Unterbringung des Schlagteils (16) des Schlagbolzens (15) und des Hülsenausziehers (27) im Schlagenergie-Ausgleicher (9) zwei unter einem Winkel zueinander angeordnete Kanäle ausgeführt sind, von denen der erste beim Verriegeln des Laufes (2) gleichachsig mit dem Kanal im Schieberverschluss (7) liegt und eine Austrittsöffnung besitzt, deren Mittelpunkt mit dem Mittelpunkt der Ausnehmung (28) übereinstimmt, während der zweite Kanal eine Austrittsöffnung (29) mit einem Mittelpunkt besitzt, der ausserhalb der Ausnehmung (28) liegt.
- Verriegelungseinrichtung nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an der zweiten Stirnwand (24) des Schussenergie-Ausgleichers (9) ein Vorsprung (25, 36) ausgebildet und im Schiebeverschluss (7) auf der Seite der Anlagefläche (8) eine Nut (26, 37) eingearbeitet ist, deren Form zur Form des Vorsprungs (25, 36) komplementär ist und in welcher der Vorsprung (25, 36) unter Belassung eines Spaltes aufgenommen ist, wobei die Form der Längsseitenwände des Vorsprungs (25, 36) mit der Form der Längsseitenwände des Schussenergie-Ausgleichers (9) in diesem Bereich übereinstimmt.
- Verriegelungseinrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Vorsprung (25) zylindrisch ausgebildet ist.
- Verriegelungseinrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Vorsprung (36) L-förmig ausgebildet ist.
- Verriegelungseinrichtung nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, das auf der Seite der Anlagefläche (8) im Schiebeverschluss (7) ein Vorsprung (42) ausgebildet ist, der symmetrisch bezüglich einer Ebene angeordnet ist, die durch die Achse (4) des Laufes (2) und die Achse (10) des Kanals (5) im Verschlussrahmen (3) verläuft, während an der zweiten Stirnwand (24) des Schussenergie-Ausgleichers (9) eine Nut (43) eingearbeitet ist, die zur Form des Vorsprungs (42) komplementär ist, wobei der Vorsprung (42) in der Nut (43) unter Belassung eines Spaltes aufgenommen ist.
- Verriegelungseinrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Vorsprung (42) T-förmig ausgebildet ist.
- Verriegelungseinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 7 dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass einer der bei der Übertragung der ausgeglichenen Schussenergie zusammenwirkenden Abschnitte (11) der zweiten Stirnwand (24) des Schussenergie-Ausgleichers (9) und des Verschlussrahmens (3) flach und der andere im wesentlichen sphärisch ausgebildet ist.
- Verriegelungseinrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine koaxial zu dem Kanal (5) im Verschlussrahmen (3) angeordnete Stange (35) mit dem Verschlussrahmen (3) auf der Seite des mit dem Schussenergie-Ausgleicher (9) zusammenwirkenden Abschnitts (11) starr verbunden ist, und in dem Schussenergie-Ausgleicher (9) ein zur Stange (35) koaxialer Kanal (38,44) ausgeführt ist, in welchem die Stange (35) unter Belassung eines Spaltes untergebracht ist.
- Verriegelungseinrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kanal (38) im Schussenergie-Ausgleicher (9) zylindrisch ausgeführt ist und auf der dem Verschlussrahmen (3) zugewandten Seite einen sich erweiternden Abschnitt aufweist.
- Verriegelungseinrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kanal (44) im Schussenergie-Ausgleicher (9) die Form einer Rinne hat, deren Boden zylindrisch gestaltet ist.
- Verriegelungseinrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zur beweglichen Verbindung des Schliesshebels (12) mit dem Verschlussrahmen (3) in diesem eine Grundbohrung vorgesehen ist, in der ein zylindrisch ausgebildeter Arm (14) des Schliesshebels (12) aufgenommen ist, dessen anderer Arm (18) keilförmig ist und an jeder Stirnseite einen zylindrischen Ansatz (32) aufweist, wobei im Schiebeverschluss (3) auf der zur Anlagefläche (8) entgegengesetzten Seite eine Nut (33) eingearbeitet ist, die der Form des keilförmigen Arms (18) des Schliesshebels (12) entspricht.
- Verriegelungseinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schliesshebel (45) aus zwei Teilen zusammengesetzt ist, die symmetrisch in bezug auf eine durch die Achse (4) des Laufes (2) und die Achse (10) des Kanals (5) im Verschlussrahmen (3) verlaufende Ebene in einem Abstand angeordnet sind, der die Bildung eines Kanals (41 ) für einen freien Durchgang der Rückholfeder (6) gewährleistet, wobei im Verschlussrahmen (3) zwei gleichachsige Grundbohrungen ausgeführt sind, in jeder von denen ein zylindrisch ausgebildeter Arm (46) des zusammengesetzten Schliesshebels (45) aufgenommen ist, dessen anderer Arm (47) keilförmig ist und an einer Stirnseite einen zylindrischen Ansatz (48) aufweist, wobei im Schiebeverschluss (7) zwei Nuten (49) ausgeführt sind, in jeder von denen der keilförmige Arm (47) des zusammengesetzten Schliesshebels (45) untergebracht ist.
