Claims (8)
- Breitstreckwalze (1) zum Ausbreiten von laufendem flexiblen Bahnmaterial, mit einem endständige Lagerzapfen (3, 4) aufweisenden starren Walzekörper (2) und mit einem auf dem Walzenkörper angeordneten mantelförmigen Belag (5) aus elastomerem Material, wobei der elastomere Belag von seiner Mantelfläche (14) ausgehende, zur Längsachse des Walzenkörpers schräg verlaufende Einschnitte (8, 9) enthält, die beidseits der radialen Mittelebene (7) der Walze (1) jeweils zu dem betreffenden Ende der Walze von innen nach außen geneigt sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die beidseits der radialen Mittelebene (7) der Walze (1) vorgesehenen Einschnitte (8, 9) in Form je einer von der Mittelebene (7) zum jeweils äußeren Ende der Walze verlaufenden unterschnittenen gleichförmigen Wendel ausgebildet sind, wobei die wendelförmigen Einschnitte (8, 9) gewölbte parallele Flanken (13, 16) aufweisen und die zur radialen Mittelebene (7) der Walze (1) weisende äußere Kante (15) jedes der zwischen den Gängen oder Windungen der unterschnittenen wendelförmigen Einschnitte (8, 9) befindlichen Stege (12) abgerundet oder abgekantet ist. - Breitstreckwalze nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die äußeren Kanten (15) der Stege (12) des elastomeren Belages (5) beidseits der Einschnitte (8, 9) abgerundet oder abgekantet sind.
- Breitstreckwalze nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ihre Oberfläche oder Mantelfläche nach innen oder nach außen gewölbt ausgebildet ist.
- Breitstreckwalze nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie im Bereich ihrer Mittelebene (7) einen radialen Einschnitt (18) enthält.
- Breitstreckwalze nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der radiale Einschnitt (18) den Außendurchmesser der Walze um 0,6 mm verringert.
- Breitstreckwalze nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die wendelförmigen Einschnitte (8, 9) ein halbkreisförmiges abgerundetes inneres Ende (10) aufweisen.
- Breitstreckwalze nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die inneren Enden (19, 20) der wendelförmigen Einschnitte (8, 9) winkelförmig zueinander versetzt angeordnet sind.
- Breitstreckwalze nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die inneren Enden (19, 20) der wendelförmigen Einschnitte (8, 9) um 180° gegeneinander versetzt angeordnet sind.
