Definitions
- the invention relates to a roof edging with a first, lower, immediately on a flat roof attachable profile that has a cover, that lies on a flat roof cladding, and has a stop rail pointing downwards, and with a second, upper profile, that also has a cover that is at a distance lies over the cover part of the first profile, and a cover rail that is spaced in front of the stop rail of the first profile and this is complete covers, and with profile elements for connecting of the two profiles together.
- Such a system is from document EP-B-0 132 896 known that a first, lower profile, to be attached to the roof, and a cover rail to cover the edge of the roofing material has, as well as a second, upper profile, which also has a cover rail that over the above first cover rail of the first profile lies.
- a device for Connecting the two profiles together, taking the first, lower profile with one up directional rib is equipped, while after upper end piece of the second, upper profile Part of a U-shaped rib is the inner surface rests on the top of the rib. The arrangement is made so that the second profile is easily removable and by a distance above the first profile lies.
- the outer arm of the second U-shaped rib Profiles merges into a masking edge that precedes the downward end piece of the first, lower Profiles runs.
- the rib facing up has an M-shaped cross-section, and in a recess the rib engages a screw that passes through one leg of the U-shaped rib of the second Profile is passed.
- this system is the attachment of a parapet cladding of the roof edge not provided.
- 41 116 is a roof edging system with a first, lower section and a second, upper section known in which both sections have a cover strip, wherein the cover strip of the first section above is attached to the roof covering material and the cover strip of the second section over the cover strip of the first section. Furthermore there is a third section that has a cover edge in front of a wall.
- This system exists from elements that correspond directly to the construction site the dimensions are made up and therefore requires one considerable effort in manual and professional work. It it is obvious that this system, once installed cannot be removed for maintenance work and, if if this is done, the system is not reusable is, so necessarily a new roof edging system must be made.
- DE-A 17 08 995 describes a roof edge edging that with a sliding hook that is equipped with the help of a screw on a U-profile of the supporting structure for a panel is attached.
- the sliding hook is not on a housing wall, which is connected to the edge of the roof.
- the object of the invention is to arrange the arrangement to improve and develop the described type in such a way that the roof edge edging and cover as well as the parapet cladding mountable with a single roof edge and are ventilated and that separate disassembly and assembly the roof edging and parapet cladding for maintenance work, without damaging the flat roof cladding and is made possible by recycling the edge of the roof.
- the first profile on its underside parallel to the stop rail running springs with ventilation holes has, which together with the same with Ventilation holes equipped stop rail down open U-shaped brackets for the top of the Parapet cladding form that for fastening and rear ventilation the parapet cladding has a third profile with at least one Opening is present and at a distance from the installation height of the Attic cladding below the first and second profiles a building wall is attached, and that the third profile with formed by two webs, open at the top U-shaped Brackets for a section of the lower edge of the parapet trim Is provided.
- the two profile elements exist of the first profile from an angled upwards Profile end of the cover and one at the opposite profile end of the cover part arranged Profile nose protruding over the stop rail.
- the two exist Profile elements of the second profile from a rounded Profile hook of the cover and one on the inside of the Cover rail attached snap fit, being used to connect the first and second profile the profile nose of the Cover part of the first profile snaps into the snap fit and the profile hook is the upward sloping profile end of the cover part of the first profile.
- the advantages achieved the invisible attachment of the parapet trim is integrated into the cover of the roof edge trim, a technically flawless and optically clean installation of the Parapet cladding and easy disassembly of both Parapet cladding and the roof edge trim is possible, and that the back of the parapet fairing is sufficient can be ventilated. It is also advantageous that a tension-free working of the parapet cladding due to Temperature and weather influences is possible and that Material, assembly and logistic costs through the use a common system for the roof edging and the Attachment of the Parapet cladding can be reduced. Also enables this arrangement a separate disassembly of the Roof edging and parapet cladding without damage the flat roof cladding. Additional advantages result from the small number of assembly and disassembly steps, due to the small number of assembly and disassembly treatments errors remain largely excluded.
- Figure 1 shows the on a roof and a wall of a Building-assembled arrangement 1, consisting of three Profiles A, B, C in average.
- the profiles are A to C. in general aluminum profiles, but can also made of other metals or plastic his.
- the first profile A is screwed on a flat roof cladding 4 attached.
- This is a screw connection 2 is provided, which is raised is and on both sides of a hole of Ribs 21 is limited to the positioning of the Simplify screws.
- the increased screw connection 2 prevents water from entering on the top of a cover part 23 of the profile A could collect.
- On the underside of the cover 23 there are crossbars 3 on both sides the screw connection 2.
- Another crossbar 3 is arranged near a profile end 11 of the cover part 23.
- the crossbars 3 cause a distance between the cover part 23 from the flat roof and form according to the Screwing the screws into the screw connection 2 a seal of the flat roof cladding 4 by the Profile A.
- Profile A, cf. Fig. 3 includes in addition to the already mentioned cover part 23, that on the flat roof cladding 4 lies at a distance from the crossbars 3, a downward stop rail 6. From the Bottom 3 of the cover part 23 extend alongside the stop rail 6 one or more springs 7, the Spring ends 8 have a thinner cross section than that Springs 7 have and a slightly arcuate course exhibit.
- the stop rail 6 and the springs 7 are with ventilation holes 10 equipped, which face each other.
- the stop rail 6 has an inside of the U-shaped Bracket offset lower edge 37 in the upper Area rests on the parapet cladding 22. The transferred Lower edge 37 of the stop rail 6 prevented, that when drilling the ventilation holes 10 possibly arising burrs the assembly of the parapet cladding 22 hinder.
- the second, upper profile B has, just like that first profile A, a cover 24, which is at a distance lies over the cover part 23 of the first profile A, as can be seen from Figure 1.
- a cover rail 25 extends downward from the cover part 24 and runs at a distance from the stop rail 6 of the first profile A and covers it completely.
- a support web 31 is located on the Underside of the cover part 24, a support web 31, the in the assembled state of the profiles on the cover part 23 of the first profile A rests.
- On the inside the cover rail 25 has a snap fit 14, in which the profile nose 12 of the first profile A is engaged.
