Claims (9)
- Papierrollen-Transport- und Ausricht-Einrichtung für eine Papierverarbeitungs-Abrolleinrichtung, miteiner Transportvorrichtung (10), die in einer parallel zu einer Aufnahmeachse (7) einer Papierrollen-Aufnahmeeinrichtung (5) verlaufenden Transportrichtung (11) verschiebbar ist, wobeieine auf der Transportvorrichtung (10) in einer Horizontalebene quer zur Aufnahmeachse (7) verschiebbar und/oder um eine vertikale Schwenkachse (20) verschwenkbar angebrachte Ladeplatte (16) zur Aufnahme der Papierrolle (6) vorgesehen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßeine der Abrolleinrichtung zugeordnete mit der Ladeplatte (16) in deren Stellung vor der Abrolleinrichtung in Eingriff bringbare Ausrichtvorrichtung (28) mit mindestens einem Antrieb zum Verschieben der Ladeplatte (16) quer zur Schwenkachse (20) und/oder zum Verschwenken der Ladeplatte (16) um die vertikale Schwenkachse (20) angeordnet ist.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Ladeplatte (16) quer zur Aufnahmeachse (7) verschiebbar und um die Schwerkachse (20) verschwenkbar ist.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei zwischen der Ladeplatte (16) und der Transportvorrichtung (10) eine quer zur Aufnahmeachse (7) verlaufende Langloch-Verbindung vorgesehen ist.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 3, wobei die Langloch-Verbindung zwei von jeweils einem Bolzen (22, 25) durchsetzte Langlöcher (21, 24) aufweist, von denen eines eine Erstreckung in Transportrichtung (11) aufweist, die deutlich größer ist als der Durchmesser des Bolzens (25).
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, wobei eine neutrale Position zwischen Ladeplatte (16) und Wagen (12) sicherstellende Rasteinrichtungen (27) vorgesehen sind.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, wobei die Ausrichtvorrichtung (28) einen mit der Ladeplatte (16) in formschlüssigen Eingriff bringbaren Ausrichtkörper (29) aufweist, der mittels zweier in Transportrichtung (11) voneinander beabstandeter Linear-Antriebe (32, 33) in einer Horizontalebene quer zur Aufnahmeachse (7) verschiebbar und/oder verschwenkbar ist.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 6, wobei der Ausrichtkörper (29) mit mindestens einem Vorsprung (30) versehen ist, der in eine Ausnehmung (31) an der Ladeplatte (16) eingreift.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 7, wobei die Ausnehmung (31) als durchgehende, sich in Transportrichtung (11) erstreckende nutartige Ausnehmung (31) an der Unterseite der Ladeplatte (16) ausgebildet ist.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 7 oder 8, wobei der Vorsprung als vom Ausrichtkörper (29) nach oben ragende Ausrichtschiene (30) ausgebildet ist.
