Claims (6)
- Dose, insbesondere Blechdose, deren Öffnung mit einer eine Siegel-Beschichtung aufweisenden abziehbaren Folie verschlossen ist, wobei der Querschnitt des die Öffnung umfassenden Endabschnitts (2) sich zum oberen Ende (12) hin nach außen konisch erweitert und die Folie (3) mit einem Randbereich (35) in dem konischen Endabschnitt (2) befestigt ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
der konische Endabschnitt (2) mit einem Einzug (21) derart gebildet ist, daß der Außendurchmesser der Dose im Bereich des konischen Endabschnitts (2) nicht größer ist als im Mittelteil der Dose, und daß der Innendurchmesser der Dose im Bereich des Bodens (4) gegenüber dem Mittelteil wenigstens um die Dicke der außen liegenden Umbördelung (41) am Dosenboden verringert ist. - Dose nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
der Öffnungswinkel α in dem konischen Endabschnitt (2) ca. 7° beträgt. - Dose nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
der Dosemnantel (11) an seinem oberen Ende (12) nach außen umgebördelt ist. - Dose nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Folie (3) mit einer Handhabe (32) zum Aufreißen versehen ist. - Dose nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Folie (3) aus Aluminium besteht. - Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Dose nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, mit folgenden Verfahrensschritten:a. Anbringen eines Einzugs (21) im oberen Endbereich der noch offenen Dose derart, daß ein konischer Endabschnitt (2) gebildet wird, wobei der Außendurchmesser der Dose im Bereich des konischen Endabschnitts nicht größer ist als im Mittelteil der Dose;b. Einsetzen eines Formlings (30) aus einer mit einer Siegelschicht (33) versehenen Folie, dessen Querschnitt hutförmig und dessen Außendurchmesser um die vorgesehene Breite der Versiegelung (34) größer ist als der Innendurchmesser der Dose im Bereich des konischen Endabschnitts (2), wobei der Randbereich (35) der Folie zur Anlage an dem konischen Endabschnitt kommt;c. Verringerung der Innendurchmesser der Dose im Bereich des Bodens (4) gegenüber dem Mittelteil wenigstens um die Dicke der außen liegenden Umbördelung (41) am Dosenboden.
