Claims (10)
- Procédé d'assurance-qualité pour la fabrication de comprimés par des presses au moyen du contrôle par asservisseur de la force de compression, du poids, de la dureté et de l'épaisseur des comprimés, le système de régulation étant subdivisé en plusieurs boucles d'asservissement (R1 à R4) interdépendantes, se déroulant essentiellement parallèlement entre elles, pour la régulation simultanée de la force de compression (PK) et des paramètres de comprimé poids (G) et dureté (H), caractérisé en ce qu' une autre boucle d'asservissement (R5) est prévue en plus des boucles d'asservissement du système de régulation, interdépendantes et se déroulant essentiellement parallèlement entre elles, pour la régulation simultanée du paramètre de comprimé qu'est l'épaisseur (T), en ce que dans une première boucle d'asservissement (R1) la force de compression effective (PKEFF) est constamment maintenue à la valeur de la force de compression de consigne (PKCONS) par modification de dosage (Δ D), en ce que le poids de comprimé (G) est mesuré dans une seconde boucle d'asservissement (R2) se déroulant parallèlement, une nouvelle valeur étant calculée pour la force de compression de consigne (PKCONS) en fonction de la différence de poids (Δ G), en ce qu'une modification de dosage (Δ D) est réalisée dans la première boucle d'asservissement (R1) et la différence de poids (Δ G) compensée, que la différence d'épaisseur (Δ T) est mesurée dans une troisième boucle d'asservissement (R3), et la différence de dureté (Δ D) dans une quatrième boucle d'asservissement (R4), et en ce que de nouvelles valeurs respectives devront être calculées pour la valeur de hauteur du méplat pour la force de compression de consigne (PKCONS-ST) en cas de différences présentées (Δ T, Δ D), et en ce qu'une différence entre la valeur de hauteur du méplat pour la force de compression de consigne (PKCONS-ST) et la valeur de force de compression effective (PKEFF) est régulée par un réglage en hauteur du méplat (Δ ST) dans une cinquième boucle d'asservissement (R5).

- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que les sensibilités (dG/dPK, dT/dh, dH/dh, dPK/dh, dPK/dD) de la régulation sont appliquées aux entrées des boucles d'asservissement (R1 à R5), outre les différents écarts de régulation (Δ PK, Δ G, Δ T, Δ H, PKCONS-ST).
- Procédé selon revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que les sensibilités (dG/dPK, dT/dh, dH/dh, dPK/dh, dPK/dD) sont adaptées aux régulations en cours de service.
- Procédé selon les revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que les boucles d'asservissement (R1 à R5) sont subdivisées chacune en plusieurs blocs d'asservissement partiels.
- Procédé selon revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que les valeurs-limites pour la force de compression (PK) sont définies en adaptation aux valeurs mesurées en de service et aux valeurs-limites données pour le poids (G), l'épaisseur (T) et la dureté (H) des comprimés.
- Procédé selon revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les méthodes de la logique floue sont appliquées pour la description, le projet, la réalisation et l'optimisation des boucles d'asservissement (R1 à R5).
