Definitions
- the invention relates to a multifunctional hand-held device with a plate-shaped body with an upper side, an underside and a narrow circumferential side, in which on the circumferential side of the plate-shaped body, on the one hand, different tools protruding beyond the circumferential side and, on the other hand, further tools of different functions are formed by means of molded-in indentations.
- a generic multifunctional hand tool is known for example from FR-A-510236.
- the plate-shaped base body is elongated in the manner of a handle and is formed with indentations for caliber dimensions or wrenches and, if appropriate, with cutting edges, hooks and a screwdriver.
- Multifunctional hand-held devices are also, for example, wrenches, such as double open-ended wrenches, but which have several tools for the same function. From DE-A-2125289 a plate-shaped, approximately circular wrench with a plurality of differently sized mouth-shaped recesses on the circumference is known.
- the invention has for its object to provide a multifunctional handheld device in a small size that can be accommodated in any handbag or trouser pocket and which has tools for many functions required in daily use.
- the invention proposes to design a generic multifunctional hand-held device in such a way that the plate-shaped body has a frog-like shape with a head part, neck part and two legs, the neck part being formed by two approximately opposite indentations for tools and the legs by one are shaped approximately semicircular indentation.
- the multifunctional hand-held device according to the invention is made in particular from a high-strength metal, such as titanium or stainless steel, V2-A steel, chrome-vanadium steel, in particular as a casting, in a handy size of a few centimeters in width, so that it can be carried comfortably in any pocket or jacket pocket , Handbag can be carried.
- the handheld device is then available as an "emergency tool" at any location and situation where regular standardized tools are not available.
- the handheld device is preferably made of a hardenable metal that is hardened after shaping. Each tool designed on the handheld device is functional and fully resilient, since the handheld device is made from a high-strength material.
- the multifunctional hand-held device at least with an Allen key, a socket wrench for radiator ventilation, Phillips screwdriver, open-end wrench, bottle opener, fingernail cleaner, flat-blade screwdriver and ring spanner. All of these tools are preferably integral with the handheld device, i.e. formed on the plate-shaped body. Corners suitable as can openers and functions for a aerator key can also be provided. Tools such as a wooden file, nail claw, knife edge and nail file can also be formed.
- the hand-held device according to the invention with multi-functions in the form of the various tools which are formed on it can be produced, for example, by die casting from a high-strength metal. It is also conceivable to manufacture the handheld device from a high-strength plastic, possibly fiber-reinforced.
- the multifunctional handheld device can be in different variations, i.e. different number and size of selected tools can be manufactured.
- the legs can be so long that they encompass a slightly larger circular arc than the semicircle, so that, for example, a corresponding disk can be clamped between the legs.
- a pane can, for example, be equipped with a magnifying glass, which is then available as a visual aid.
- the indentation which forms the space between the legs, is also equipped as a bottle opener.
- protruding tools such as, for example, an Allen key, socket wrench, flat-blade screwdriver and / or Phillips screwdriver, are preferably formed on the circumferential side and, if appropriate, also on the upper side.
- the underside of the handheld device is preferably smooth and flat.
- a ring spanner can be inserted into the plate-shaped body in the region of the head part from the underside and can optionally be designed as a through hole in connection and coaxially with a hollow socket wrench which is formed in a molded socket projecting on the top of the head part of the plate-shaped body.
- Spanners are preferably formed on the plate-shaped body by indentations according to the invention.
- the plate-shaped body By designing the plate-shaped body with an approximately circular arc-shaped recess, the circumferential side is enlarged by the design of the legs, so that in these areas numerous tools, such as nail files, wooden files, on the outer Circumferential sides and nail claws, knives and cutting edges can be protected on the inner circumferential sides of the legs.
- the ends of the legs of the plate-shaped body can be designed as a Phillips screwdriver and / or flat-blade screwdriver.
- the approximately circular-arched space formed between the two legs of the plate-shaped body can also be used as a bottle opener in conjunction with at least one tab formed in the apex region of the indentation.
