Der Rastzapfen 25 greift in eine Öffnung 26 des Armaturengehäuses 2 ein und gewährleistet so eine lagesichere Fixierung des Auslaufkopfes 18. Das zylinderförmige Dichtelement 27 zur druckdichten Verbindung von Auslaufkopf 18 und separatem Wasserkanal 10 weist eine äußere Ringschulter 28 auf, die radial in der Aufnahmebohrung 35 des Auslaufkopfes 18 anliegt und ist ferner mit einer inneren Ringschulter 29 versehen, die mit ihrem inneren Abschnitt 21 an der Stirnfläche des separaten Wasserkanals 10 beziehungsweise an einem eingelegten Zwischenstück 30 anliegt und mit ihrer äußeren Stirnfläche 34 an einem Ansatz 33 der Aufnahme 35 des Auslaufkopfes 18 anschlägt. Die einlaufseitig angebrachte Schräge 32 des Dichtelementes 27 erleichtert wiederum das Aufsetzen des Auslaufkopfes auf den separaten Wasserkanal 10. Das Dichtelement 22, mit dem das einlaufseitige Ende des separaten Wasserkanals 10 in die Auslauföffnung 23 des Kunststoffgehäuses 17 eingesetzt ist, besitzt eine analoge Konfiguration wie das Dichtelement 27 am Auslaufende. Die äußere Ringschulter 28 des Dichtelementes 22 liegt an der Stirnfläche 37 beziehungsweise in einer Ausnehmung 38 der Auslauföffnung 23 druckdicht an, während die innere Ringschulter 29 die Einstecktiefe des Auslaufrohres 10 in das Kunststoffgehäuse 17 begrenzt. Das Einsatzstück 8 ist zusammen mit dem im Kunststoffgehäuse 17 angeordneten Flüssigkeitsverteiler 20 und der mit dem Einsatzstück 8 verspannten Kartusche 5 in einen Grundkörper 44 des Armaturengehäuses 2 eingesetzt; eine entsprechende Darstellung hierzu ergibt sich aus Figur 6.In the outlet opening 23 of the plastic housing 17, the separate water channel 10 is inserted with its inlet-side end in a pressure-tight manner by means of a cylindrical sealing element 22, while on the outlet-side end of the separate water channel 10 an outlet head 18 is also attached in a pressure-tight manner with the aid of a cylindrical sealing element 27 and in a form-fitting manner with the fitting housing 2 is connected. The bevel 32 on the inlet side of the sealing element 27 in turn makes it easier to place the outlet head on the separate water channel 10. The sealing element 22, with which the inlet-side end of the separate water channel 10 is inserted into the outlet opening 23 of the plastic housing 17, has an analogous configuration to the sealing element 27 at the end of the outlet. The outer annular shoulder 28 of the sealing element 22 lies against the end face 37 or in a recess 38 of the outlet opening 23, while the inner annular shoulder 29 limits the depth of insertion of the outlet pipe 10 into the plastic housing 17. The insert 8 is inserted into a base body 44 of the fitting housing 2 together with the liquid distributor 20 arranged in the plastic housing 17 and the cartridge 5 braced with the insert 8; a corresponding representation of this is shown in FIG. 6.

Bei dieser Ausführung der Einlochmischbatterie 1 ist zwischen dem Einsatzstück 8 und der Kartusche 5 ein Belüftungselement 43 mit einer Ventilanordnung vorgesehen. Kartusche 5, Belüftungselement 43 und Einsatzstück 8 sind auf bekannte Weise so miteinander verspannt, daß eine druckdichte Verbindung zwischen den genannten Baugruppen entsteht und die zusätzlichen Dichtelemente 7 an den Anschlußstellen der Zulaufrohre 11 und des separaten Wasserkanals 10 eine flüssigkeitsdichte Verbindung gewährleisten, die jeden Kontakt des durchfließenden Wassers mit dem aus Messing hergestellten Einsatzstück 8 unterbindet.The single-hole mixer tap 1 shown in FIG. 7 is equipped with a removable hand shower 39, which is inserted into a receptacle 40 of the fitting housing 2 and is connected to the additional water channel 10 via a flexible connecting line 41. Claims (16)

  1. Sanitary water valve (1) in the form of a single shut-off valve or a mixing valve with one or several operating handles, particularly a single-lever mixing valve with water passages (52) in the form of water inlets (11) and at least one water outlet or waterspout (51) and with a valve body (2), which is made of a metal alloy that contains lead, for receiving the control elements which, in particular, are united within a cartridge (5) as a constructional unit, with the inlet tubes forming the water inlets (11) being connected to the cartridge (5) via an insert piece (8) arranged adjacent to the cartridge (5),
    characterized in that the water passages (52), in order to prevent a contact with the water flowing through them, are provided at their inner surfaces with a water-proof protection (53, 10, 6) of a lead-free material, non-hazardous to health.
  2. Water valve according to claim 1, characterized in that
    the protection consists of a coating (53) of a lead-free material non-hazardous to health applied to the inner surfaces of the water passages.
  3. Water valve according to claim 2, characterized in that
    the insert piece (8) for the connection of the inlet pipes (11) consists of plastic.
  4. Water valve according to claim 1, characterized in that
    the protection is embodied as a separate tube or hose-like water tube (10) of a lead-free material non-hazardous to health being Inserted into the water passages (52) and that the water tube (10) is entirely sealed off against the groups of members or functional groups of the water valve which consist of a brass alloy containing lead.
  5. Water valve according to claim 4, characterized in that
    the separate water tube (10) is connected with the cartridge (5) via an additional boring within the insert piece (8).
  6. Water valve according to claim 4 or 5, characterized in that
    a disc (6) manufactured of a lead-free material non-hazardous to health is arranged and pressure-tightly stress-connected, including an associated sealing element (7), between the cartridge (5) and the insert piece (8) consisting of brass containing lead, for connecting the inlet pipes (11) and the separate water tube (10).
  7. Water valve according to claim 5, characterized in that
    the disc (6) consists of a corrosion-resistant steel,

    the sealing elements (7) are inserted into recesses (16) of the base body or insert piece (8) and encompass the inserted pipes (10, 11) in a leak-proof manner and abut the surfaces of the recesses (16) in a leak-proof manner after stress-connecting the mixing cartridge (5) with the base body or insert piece (8).
  9. Water valve according to one of the claims 4 to 8, characterized in that
    an outlet head (9, 18) is provided at the end portion facing the outlet of the separate water tube (10) and is form-fittedly connected with the valve body with an in-line arrangement of a sealing member (14, 27).
  10. Water valve according to one of the claims 1 to 9, characterized in that
    a ventilation element (43) with a valve arrangement (42) is provided between the cartridge (5) and the insert piece (8) and is pressure-tightly stress-connected with the additional sealing element (7) within the insert piece (8).
  11. Water valve according to one of the claims 1 to 10, characterized in that
    a liquid distributor (20), pressure-tightly inserted into a plastic casing (17) is provided between the cartridge (5) and the insert piece (8) and is stress-connected to it via an in-line arrangement of corrosion-resistant steel discs (6), with the separate water tube (10) being pressure-tightly inserted into the plastic casing (17) of the liquid distributor (20) and with the plastic casing (17) together with the cartridge (5) and the insert piece (8) being arranged within a base body (44) of the valve body (2).
  12. Water valve according to claim 11, characterized in that
    the separate water tube (10) is inserted into an outlet opening (23) of the plastic casing (17) via a seal (22), with the inner circular shoulder (29) delimiting the inserting depth of the separate water tube (10) and the outer circular shoulder (28) abutting the end face (37) and/or a recess (38) of the outlet opening (23).
  13. Water valve according to one of the claims 1 to 12, characterized in that
    the outlet head (18) is provided at the end facing the inlet with a cylindrical extension (24) that is provided with a catching projection (25) facing inwardly which engages a corresponding open portion (26) of the valve body (2).
  14. Water valve according to claim 9, characterized in that
    a cylinder-shaped seal (27) is provided at the location of connection between the separate water tube (10) and the outlet head (18) and has an inner slant portion (32) and is provided with an outer circular shoulder (28) radially abutting che receiving hole (35) of the outlet head (18) and with a further, inner circular shoulder (29) resting with its inward portion (21) against the end face of the separate water tube (10) or of an inserted transition piece (30) and with its outer end face (34) against an end portion (33) of the receiving hole (35) of the outlet head (18).
  15. Water valve according to claim 9, characterized in that
    the sealing member (14) between the water tube (10) and the outlet head (9) is provided with an intake slant (15) and two outer circular shoulders (12, 13) in between which the outlet head (9) is pressure-tightly and position-securedly arranged with its receiving member (45) facing the inlet.
  16. Water valve according to one or more of the claims 1 to 15, characterized in that
    the sealing elements (7, 14, 22, 27) and the outlet head (9, 18) are manufactured of a lead-free material non-hazardous to health.
