The technical scheme of the single-water-outlet lead-free faucet is the same as that of the double-water-outlet lead-free faucet, and the difference is that the double-water-outlet lead-free faucet is provided with two water channels which can respectively discharge two different kinds of water. The single-outlet lead-free faucet only has one water channel.
A method of manufacturing a faucet will be described in detail below, the method including:
step one, filling a lead-free coating into a valve core cavity, a water inlet channel, a water outlet channel, a water inlet pipe 18 and a water outlet pipe 1 of a faucet body 9 for soaking;
step two, after soaking for 10 minutes, baking the faucet body 9, the water inlet pipe 18 and the water outlet pipe 1 for 10 minutes at 380 ℃, and forming a lead-free coating on the inner surfaces of the faucet body 9, the water inlet pipe 18 and the water outlet pipe 1 after baking.
In particular, the lead-free coating is processed by means of dip coating. Lead-free paint is poured into a cavity (a valve core cavity, a water inlet channel and a water outlet channel) of the faucet body 9, the water inlet pipe 18 and the water outlet pipe 1, the faucet body 9, the water inlet pipe 18 and the water outlet pipe 1 are placed in an environment of 380 ℃ for baking for 10 minutes after being soaked for 10 minutes, and the lead-free paint can be solidified and attached to the inner walls of the faucet body 9, the water inlet pipe 18 and the water outlet pipe 1.
