- La figure 5 est une vue en coupe selon V - V de la figure 2.
Claims (5)
- Outil supérieur mobile pour la séparation des poses d'une feuille travaillée par une presse de fabrication d'emballages, notamment par une presse de fabrication d'emballages en carton ondulé, comprenant une plaque de base (3), présentant des ouvertures (5) et sur la face inférieure (24) de laquelle sont fixés des poinçons (4, 4a) en matière résiliente, ledit outil coopérant avec un outil inférieur (10) de séparation des poses (2), caractérisé en ce que les poinçons (4, 4a) sont disposés avec un pas predéterminé suivant des axes orthogonaux parallèles par rapport aux deux axes orthogonaux de référence (6, 7), l'un de ces axes orthogonaux de référence (6, 7) étant constitué par une droite inclinée par rapport à l'un des bords de la plaque de base (3) de l'outil supérieur mobile (1) de façon à ce que ces poinçons (4, 4a) déterminent une pression régulière, sur la pose (2) à séparer au voisinage d'une barre de séparation (9, 9a) de l'outil inférieur (10) de séparation des poses (2), quelle que soit la position occupée par les barres de séparation (9, 9a) de l'outil inférieur (10), et en ce qu'au moins l'une des faces (11) latérales des poinçons (4, 4a) soit tangente par rapport à l'une des ouvertures (5).
- Outil supérieur mobile selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'il est séparé en deux zones (12, 13) comportant des ouvertures (5) disposées suivant deux axes orthogonaux (6, 7), l'un de ces axes orthogonaux (6, 7) étant constitué par une droite inclinée par rapport à l'un des bords de la plaque de base (3) de l'outil supérieur mobile (1), au moins l'une des faces (11) latérales de la section des poinçons (4) étant tangente par rapport à l'une des ouvertures (5) et en ce que les deux zones (12, 13) sont séparées par une zone comportant des poinçons (4a) disposés tangentiellement et en épi par rapport à des ouvertures (14) alignées sur l'axe médian de l'outil supérieur mobile (1).
- Outil supérieur mobile selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'inclinaison de la droite constituant l'axe orthogonal (6) présente un angle (8) compris entre quinze et vingt degrés par rapport à l'un des bords de la plaque de base (3) de l'outil supérieur mobile (1).
- Outil supérieur mobile selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les poinçons (4, 4a) sont de forme parallélépipédique.
- Outil supérieur mobile selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que les poinçons (4, 4a) sont en caoutchouc mousse d'une densité comprise entre trente et cent kilogrammes par mètre cube.
