Claims (4)
- Vorrichtung für die Bearbeitung von Werkstücken unter Einwirkung der Fliehkraft, mit mindestens einem rotierbaren Arbeitsbehälter, wobei der einen geschlossenen Boden (2) und einen abnehmbaren Deckel (3) aufweisende Arbeitsbehälter (1) mit Druckausgleichmittel (9, 14) ausgestattet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Druckausgleichmittel eine mit Poren (10) versehene, elastische Druckausgleichmembran (9) und eine in der Deckeloberseite (13) angeordnete Entlüftungsschraube (14) enthalten.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen den Druckausgleichmitteln und der Innenseite (13) des Deckels (3) eine Flüssigkeits-Auffangschale (11) angeordnet ist, die zu den Druckausgleichmittel hin offen ist und deren Boden (12) eine Bohrung zur Aufnahme der Entlüftungsschraube (14) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Entlüftungsschraube (14) eine axiale Innenbohrung (15) aufweist, die in im Schraubenkopf angeordnete, horizontale Entlüftungsbohrungen (16) mündet.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sein Inneres mit einer abreibarmen Schutzschicht (4) versehen ist.
