Claims (11)
- Saugmundstück für Staubsauger mit einer aus Kunststoff gefertigten Bodenplatte, an welcher Hilfselemente, wie Fadenhebe, Saugkanal, Dichtleiste, Räder, Stützplatte vorgesehen sind und mit einer in die Bodenplatte eingeformten, im Querschnitt im wesentlichen U-förmigen, zumindest annähernd in Längsrichtung des Saugkanals verlaufenden, zur Ebene der Bodenplatte hin offenen und mit Rückhaltestegen versehenen Nut für den verdickten Leistenfuß der Dichtleiste, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Nutgrund Durchbrüche (22) aufweist und daß in senkrechter Projektion lediglich im Bereich der Durchbrüche (22) an wenigstens einer Nutflanke (25) ein zur gegenüberstehenden Nutflanke (25) gerichteter Rückhaltesteg-Abschnitt (26) vorgesehen ist.
- Saugmundstück nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in die Nut (10) die Dichtleiste (4) eingesetzt ist, deren dem Nutquerschnitt weitgehend angepaßter elastischer, verdickter Leistenfuß (24) zwischen die Nutgrundstege (23) und die Rückhaltestege (26) eingesetzt ist, während eine daran vorgesehene, demgegenüber dünne weichelastische Dichtlippe (27) über die durch die Ränder des Saugkanals (2) bestimmte Ebene ragt.
- Saugmundstück nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß innerhalb der Nut (10) von den Nutgrundstegen (23) ausgehende, zur offenen Seite der Nut (10) gerichtete Stützrippen (30) an die sich gegenüberstehenden, parallel zueinander über die Länge der Nut (10) reichenden Nutflanken (29) angeformt sind und daß der Leistenfuß (24) der Dichtleiste (4) im Querschnitt annähernd hutförmig ausgebildet ist, wobei der schmalere Hutbogen (24.1) zwischen die Stützrippen (30) greift und die Hutkrempe (24.2) unmittelbar an den Nutflanken (25) benachbart zu den Rückhaltestegen (26) anliegt.
- Saugmundstück nach Anspruch 1 oder einem der folgenden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rückhaltestege (26) zur offenen Seite der Nut (10) hin abfallende Einführschrägen (26.1) aufweisen.
- Saugmundstück nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Leistenfuß (24) am übergang vom Hutbogen (24.1) zur Hutkrempe (24.2) Einführschrägen (24.3) aufweist.
- Saugmundstück, nach Anspruch 1 oder einem der folgenden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in die Bodenplatte (1) ein Radkasten (8) eingeformt ist, der eine von der Ebene der Bodenplatte (1) ausgehende Aushebeflanke (15) aufweist, die unter einem spitzen Winkel (16) zur Ebene der Bodenplatte (1) von der Radachse (9) weggeneigt ist.
- Saugmundstück nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mehrere Räder (5) vorgesehen sind, deren Radachsen (9) parallel zur Längsrichtung der Bodenplatte (1) bzw. des Saugkanals (2) und mit Abstand voneinander versetzt angeordnet sind und daß die Aushebeflanken (15) jeweils auf der zur Dichtleiste (4) gewandten Seite des jeweiligen Radkastens (8) vorgesehen sind.
- Saugmundstück nach Anspruch 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Radachse (9) beidendig in angepaßte, senkrecht zur und von der Ebene der Bodenplatte (1) ausgehende endseitig eine Lagerfläche (12) aufweisende Lagerschlitze (11) eingesetzt sind, die radials zur Radachse (9) gerichtete, überdrückbare Rastnasen (13) als Sicherungsmittel für die Radachse (9) in der Betriebslage aufweisen.
- Saugmundstück nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Rastnasen (13) nur auf der zur Aushebeflanke (15) benachbarten Schlitzflanke (14) vorgesehen sind.
- Saugmundstück nach Anspruch 8 oder 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rastnasen (13) jeweils axial neben der endseitigen Lagerfläche (12) angeordnet und der Lagerschlitz (11) im Bereich der Rastnase (13) zur Rückseite (28) der Bodenplatte (1) hin offen ist.
- Saugmundstück nach Anspruch 1 oder deinem der folgenden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bodenplatte (1) im Bereich von Lagerschlitzen (11) ballige Ausformungen (7) aufweist, die von den Lagerschlitzen (11) durchsetzt sind.
