Claims (12)
- Vorrichtung zum Identifizieren eines Gegenstandes (18) in einem Aufnahmeraum (16) einer Rücknahmeeinrichtung unter Einsatz einer Messeinrichtung (30), wobei der eine Lichtschranke (68) enthaltende Aufnahmeraum durch eine vertikal bewegbare Türe (14) verschließbar sowie der Gegenstand (18) innerhalb des Aufnahmeraumes (16) in der Mittelachse (A) der absenkbar ausgebildeten und über ihm angeordneten Messeinrichtung (30) vorgesehen ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass die Messeinrichtung für die Identifizierung einer Kennung (23, 23a) am Rand des Gegenstandes (18) ausgebildet ist, der Gegenstand (18) auf einem ortsveränderlichen Abschnitt (26) einer Bodenplatte (12) ruht und dieser Abschnitt (26) durch die mit der Türe (14) mechanisch verbundene Messeinrichtung (30) gesteuert verschiebbar ist, wobei die Lichtschranke (68) außerhalb der Mittelachse (A) des Gegenstandes (18) um diesen so drehbar ist, dass ein die Lichtschranke bildender, in einem Neigungswinkel (w) gegenüber der Mittelachse (A) verlaufender Lichtstrahl (68) von der Kennung (23, 23a) unterbrochen oder hindurchgelassen wird. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Gegenstand ein Becher (18) und seine Kennung als zinnenartig geformter Becherrand (23, 23a) für die vorzugsweise hutartige Meßeinrichtung (30) ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Meßeinrichtung an einer Trägerplatte (32) angebracht ist, die einerseits an der Tür (14) festliegt sowie anderseits von wenigstens einem teleskopartig verlängerbaren Kraftspeicher (36,38) getragen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an der Trägerplatte (32) ein Antrieb für eine mit ihm durch ein Getriebe (46,48) verbundene, unterhalb der Trägerplatte vorgesehene Meßglocke (30) angeordnet und diese in der Mittelachse drehbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Lichtschranke (68) in der Meßglocke (30) parallel zu einer die Mittelachse (A) querenden Durchmessergeraden (D) und zu dieser in einem seitlichen Abstand (q) vorgesehen ist, wobei gegebenenfalls die Lichtschranke in einer mit der Mittelachse einen Winkel (w) von mehr als 90° einschließenden Neigungsebene verläuft.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Sender (70) und Empfänger (72) der Lichtschranke (68) in einer Umfangswand (74) der Meßglocke (30) festgelegt sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in der Mittelachse (A) ein Meßstempel (64) mit einem auf den Gegenstand bzw. den Boden (24) des Bechers (18) aufsetzbaren Kopf (Scheibe 62) vorgesehen ist, wobei die Lichtschranke (68) außerhalb des Meßstempels verläuft, und/oder daß dem Meßstempel (64) ein Mikroschalter (66) zugeordnet ist, der mit einem ortsfesten Gegenschalter (67) in einer von der Höhe (h) des Bechers (18) bestimmten Höhenlage zusammenwirkt und/oder an der Trägerplatte (32) oder der Tür (14) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß unter der Trägerplatte (32) eine an dieser gelagerte Drehplatte (54) od. dgl. bewegbares Teil vorgesehen ist, von der wahlweise eines von mehreren in ihrer horizontalen Bewegungsbahn vorgesehenen Senderaugen (58) freigebbar ist, wobei gegebenenfalls zwei Senderaugen (58) außerhalb der Bewegungsbahn der Meßglocke (30) in einem Mittelpunktswinkel (t) von etwa 45° zueinander angeordnet sind und/oder die Bewegung der Drehplatte (54) von einem Anschlag begrenzt ist, der bevorzugt als Anschlagstift (56) in eine Ausnehmung (Bohrung 55) der Drehplatte (54) einragt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Anschlagelement (53) der Drehplatte (54) in die Bewegungsbahn eines Mitnehmers (60) der Meßglocke (30) eingreift und die Drehplatte (54) gegebenenfalls von dem Getriebe (46,48) bewegbar angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß unterhalb der Trägerplatte (32) eine drehbare Zahnradübersetzung (46,48) als Getriebe angeordnet ist, deren einer Partner (Zahnscheibe 48) mit der Meßglocke (30) eine Einheit bildet und/oder daß der ortsveränderliche Abschnitt der Bodenplatte (12) ein an dieser gelagerter Drehschieber (26) ist, der eine Ausnehmung (28) der Bodenplatte untergreift und oberhalb eines Aufnahmeraumes für die Gegenstände (Becher 18) drehbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bewegung des Drehschiebers (26) nach dem Meßvorgang auslösbar ist und/oder, daß die mit der Meßglocke (30) drehende Lichtschranke (68) mit einer Kennung des Gegenstandes (Becher 18) zusammenwirkt, wobei gegebenenfalls die Lichtschranke (68) um die Mittelachse (A) und durch den zinnenartig ausgebildeten Rand des Bodens (24) des Bechers (18) drehbar angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kennung aus mehreren in Abstand (b) zueinander am Becherrand verlaufenden Zinnen oder Stollen (23) besteht, wobei der Abstand (b) der Zinnen oder Stollen (23) gegebenenfalls voneinander kürzer ist als deren Bogenlänge (n).
