- un conduit d'évacuation dudit produit, défini par un espace ménagé entre un élément fixe creux et un élément mobile, l'élément fixe creux définissant une chambre de sortie du produit qui comporte au moins une ouverture latérale et un rétrécissement dans sa partie inférieure, et l'élément mobile étant formé d'un poussoir coulissant avec du jeu dans la chambre de sortie du produit et comportant une canule de sortie pourvue d'au moins une ouverture radiale, d'un obturateur coulissant sans jeu dans le rétrécissement de la chambre de sortie du produit, et d'une tige reliant le poussoir à l'obturateur;
- un passage latéral de l'air sous pression dont une extrémité débouche
dans ladite ouverture latérale du boítier rigide et l'autre extrémité
débouche dans ledit conduit d'évacuation du produit,
ladite valve étant agencée pour être placée successivement dans une première position, dite position fermée, dans laquelle ledit conduit et ledit passage sont obstrués, dans une deuxième position, dite position de purge, dans laquelle ledit passage est ouvert et ledit conduit est fermé, et dans une troisième position, dite position d'utilisation, dans laquelle ledit passage et ledit conduit sont simultanément ouverts, - un dispositif mélangeur disposé dans la valve à l'intérieur de la chambre de sortie du produit et agencé pour faire communiquer ledit passage latéral amenant le gaz de propulsion avec ledit conduit amenant le produit à pulvériser, ces deux organes débouchant dans au moins une entrée dudit dispositif mélangeur.

Claims (7)
- Boíte d'aérosol à propulsion d'air comportant :un boítier rigide (11) fermé par un couvercle (12) et contenant de l'air sous pression etun produit à pulvériser;une valve (13) montée sur le couvercle, et comportant:un conduit d'évacuation (19) dudit produit, défini par un espace ménagé entre un élément fixe creux (23, 123) et un élément mobile (27, 127), l'élément fixe creux définissant une chambre de sortie (24) du produit qui comporte au moins une ouverture latérale (25) et un rétrécissement (26, 60) dans sa partie inférieure, et l'élément mobile (27, 127) étant formé d'un poussoir (28, 70) coulissant avec du jeu dans la chambre de sortie (24) du produit et comportant une canule de sortie (30) pourvue d'au moins une ouverture radiale (31, 71), d'un obturateur (32) coulissant sans jeu dans le rétrécissement (26, 60) de la chambre de sortie (24) du produit, et d'une tige (33) reliant le poussoir (28, 70) à l'obturateur (32),un passage latéral (20) de l'air sous pression dont une extrémité débouche dans ladite ouverture latérale (25) du boítier rigide (11) et l'autre extrémité débouche dans ledit conduit d'évacuation (19) du produit, ladite valve (13) étant agencée pour être placée successivement dans une première position, dite position fermée, dans laquelle ledit conduit et ledit passage sont obstrués, dans une deuxième position, dite position de purge, dans laquelle ledit passage est ouvert et ledit conduit est fermé, et dans une troisième position, dite position d'utilisation, dans laquelle ledit passage et ledit conduit sont simultanément ouverts,un dispositif mélangeur (100) disposé dans la valve (13) à l'intérieur de la chambre de sortie (24) du produit et agencé pour faire communiquer ledit passage latéral (20) amenant le gaz de propulsion avec ledit conduit (19) amenant le produit à pulvériser, ces deux organes débouchant dans au moins une entrée dudit dispositif mélangeur,
caractérisée en ce que ladite valve (13) est liée à une poche souple rechargeable (14) contenant ledit produit à pulvériser, ladite extrémité dudit passage latéral (20) débouche dans ladite ouverture latérale (25) à l'extérieure de la poche souple, et le dispositif mélangeur (100) comporte un canal annulaire central (103) relié audit conduit d'évacuation (19) du produit, un canal annulaire périphérique (104) sensiblement concentrique audit canal annulaire central et relié audit passage latéral (20) d'air sous pression et au moins une gorge (105) reliant ces deux canaux annulaires. - Boíte d'aérosol selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le dispositif mélangeur (100) comporte trois gorges (105), et en ce que l'angle formé entre chacune de ces gorges et la tangente au canal annulaire périphérique (104) à l'endroit où lesdites gorges débouchent dans ce canal, est un angle obtus.
- Boíte d'aérosol selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que les gorges (105) sont incurvées et en ce qu'elles débouchent de façon sensiblement tangentielle dans lesdits canaux annulaires.
- Boíte d'aérosol selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que ledit passage latéral (20) de l'air sous pression débouche dans ledit canal annulaire périphérique en formant un angle compris entre 5° et 85° avec une direction radiale.
- Boíte d'aérosol selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que ledit passage latéral (20) de l'air sous pression débouche de façon sensiblement tangentielle dans ledit canal annulaire périphérique (104).
- Boíte d'aérosol selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que ledit rétrécissement (26, 60) de la chambre de sortie comporte une zone inférieure de section transversale plus grande que celle de l'obturateur (32).
- Boíte d'aérosol selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que ledit rétrécissement (60) présente une section tronconique.
