Claims (6)
- Füllkörper (1) zur Einführung in einen Hohlraum einer Kraftfahrzeugkarosserie, bestehend aus einem Schaumstofffüllmaterial, das von einer Kunststoffolie (2) umhüllt ist, wobei das Schaumstofffüllmaterial bspw. durch eine Evakuierung der luftdicht abschließenden Umhüllung zur Einführung in den Hohlraum verkleinerbar ist und durch eine Freigabe von Rückstellkräften des Schaumstofffüllmaterials in dem Hohlraum festsetzbar ist, wobei das Schaumstofffüllmaterial Schaumstoffflocken (5, 5') aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Schaumstofffüllmaterial ausschließlich aus Schaumstoffflocken (5, 5') besteht, daß die Schaumstoffflocken (5,5') als lose Schüttung ohne aneinander zu haften, in die Kunststoffolie (29) eingebracht sind und daß der Füllkörper (1) zufolge der lediglich durch eine Gestaltungswirkung der Kunststoffolie zusammengehaltenen Schaumstoffflocken (5,5') im evakuierten Zustand durch eine aufgrund äußerer Einwirkung erreichbare Versetzung der Schausmtoffflocken (5,5') gegeneinander bleibend verformbar ist.
- Füllkörper nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß durch die bleibende Verformung eine Mittelachse (6) des Füllkörpers (1) veränderbar ist.
- Füllkörper nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schaumstoffflocken (5, 5') teilweise aus geschlossenzelligem Schaumstoff bestehen.
- Füllkörper nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schaumstoffflocken (5, 5') aus geschlossenzelligem Schaumstoff ein kleinerer Anteil des Schaumstofffüllmaterials sind.
- Füllkörper nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kunststoffolie (2) eine Dicke von 20 µm bis 100 µm aufweist.
- Füllkörper nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im evakuierten Zustand neben einer Kernanhäufung von Schaumstoffflocken (5) weiter auch Schaumstoffflocken (5') in vereinzelter Form zwischen den Folienwänden zusammengepreßt sind.
