Description
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Schraubmaschine für Schienenbefestigungsschrauben mit einem Antriebsmotor, einem eine Kupplung aufweisenden Getriebe und einer für die Rotation eines Schraubkopfes vorgesehenen Antriebswelle.The invention relates to a screwing machine for rail fastening screws with a drive motor, a transmission having a clutch and a drive shaft provided for the rotation of a screw head.
Eine derartige, durch die DE 29 32 693 C2 der Anmelderin bekannte Schraubmaschine ist mit Hilfe eines kleinen Schienenfahrwerkes auf einer der beiden Schienen eines Gleises durch eine Bedienungskraft verfahrbar. Nach Aufsetzen des Schraubkopfes auf die Schienenbefestigungsschraube wird eine Kupplung betätigt, um das Drehmoment des Antriebsmotors über die Antriebswelle mechanisch auf den Schraubkopf zu übertragen. Durch differenziertes Aneinanderpressen der Kupplungsteile besteht die Möglichkeit, unterschiedliche Drehmomente auf die Schienenbefestigungsschraube einwirken zu lassen. Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß mit einer eingangs genannten Schraubmaschine dadurch gelöst, daß der Antriebswelle eine hydraulisch beaufschlagbare Antriebseinheit zugeordnet ist, wobei zwischen dieser und der Antriebswelle eine Freilaufkupplung vorgesehen ist.This object is achieved according to the invention with a screwing machine mentioned at the outset in that the drive shaft is assigned a hydraulically actuatable drive unit, a one-way clutch being provided between the drive shaft and the drive shaft.
Eine derartig ausgebildete Schraubmaschine ermöglicht bei relativ geringem konstruktivem Mehraufwand die Vereinigung der vorteilhaften Eigenschaften einer mechanisch und einer hydraulisch angetriebenen Maschine. Damit besteht die Möglichkeit, den Schraubvorgang in einer ersten Stufe bis knapp unterhalb des genannten Drehmomentes durch rein mechanischen Antrieb durchzuführen und in einer unmittelbar anschließenden zweiten Stufe durch Beaufschlagung der hydraulischen Antriebseinheit die Schraube exakt mit dem gewünschten Drehmoment anzuziehen. Durch die Freilaufkupplung ist trotz ständiger mechanischer Verbindung der hydraulischen Antriebseinheit mit der Antriebswelle eine wahlweise Beaufschlagung der Antriebswelle durch den Antriebsmotor bzw. durch die hydraulische Arbeitseinheit möglich. Die erfindungsgemäße Ausbildung hat noch den besonderen Vorteil, daß auf einfache Weise eine nachträgliche Umrüstung bereits im Arbeitseinsatz befindlicher Schraubmaschinen durchführbar ist. Eine Schraubmaschine 1 zur Durchführung sämtlicher im Gleisoberbau anfallender Schraubarbeiten setzt sich im wesentlichen aus einem mit Diesel oder Benzin betreibbaren Antriebsmotor 2, einem Getriebe 3 mit einer Kupplung 4, einer in Schienenlängsrichtung verlaufenden Antriebswelle 5 und einem Schraubkopf 6 zusammen. Die Schraubmaschine 1 stützt sich über ein Schienenfahrwerk 7 auf einer Schiene 8 eines Gleises 9 ab und ist mit Hilfe eines Handgriffes 10 händisch verschiebbar. Eine Hydraulikpumpe 15 ist durch den Antriebsmotor 2 antreibbar und steht über eine schematisch angedeutete Hydraulikleitung 16 mit einer Antriebseinheit 17 in Verbindung.A
Wie insbesondere in Fig. 2 und 3 ersichtlich, besteht diese hydraulisch beaufschlagbare Antriebseinheit 17 aus einem senkrecht zu einer Längsachse 18 der Antriebswelle 5 und horizontal verlaufenden Hydraulikzylinder 19 mit einer in dessen Längsrichtung verschiebbar gelagerten Zahnstange 20. Diese steht in formschlüssigem Eingriff mit einem um die Längsachse 18 drehbar gelagerten Zahnrad 21. Diesem ist eine Freilaufkupplung 22 zugeordnet, die eine Kraftübertragung von der Antriebseinheit 17 auf die Antriebswelle 5 nur dann ermöglicht, wenn eine Rotation des Zahnrades 21 in einem zum Anziehen der Schienenbefestigungsschraube 14 vorgesehenen Drehsinn erfolgt. Erfolgt keine Rotation des Zahnrades 21 bzw. keine Beaufschlagung der Antriebseinheit 17, so ist infolge der Freilaufkupplung 22 trotzdem eine ungestörte Rotation der Antriebswelle 5 durch die Einwirkung des Antriebsmotors 2 über die Kupplung 4 möglich. Durch diese Beaufschlagung erfolgt eine Kraftübertragung von der Zahnstange 20 auf das Zahnrad 21 und von diesem über die - in diesem Drehsinn zum Anziehen der Schienenbefestigungsschraube 14 wirksame - Freilaufkupplung 22 auf die Antriebswelle 5. Mit diesem auf der Hydraulikpumpe 15 vorwählbaren Druck wird die Schienenbefestigungsschraube 14 in einer zweiten und abschließenden Stufe mit dem gewünschten Drehmoment angezogen. Anschließend kann in einem automatischen Vorgang die Zahnstange 20 durch eine Druckfeder wiederum in ihre Ausgangsposition zurückverschoben werden.
