The invention relates to a shoring device for supporting stepped walls of a trench, consisting of
  • vertical supports to be arranged in pairs at equal intervals along the trench,
  • the supports of a pair of supports at a distance from spreading devices,
  • Large-area outer and upper shoring panels, the edges of which are guided in a form-fit, vertically displaceable manner in the guide channels of the supports
  • Large-area inner and lower sheeting panels, the edges of which are guided so that they can be moved vertically in the guide channels of the supports.

Vorrichtungen dieser Art sind bekannt aus der DE 42 30 860.Devices of this type are known from DE 42 30 860.

With the aid of these shoring devices, very deep trenches of, for example, 7 to 12 m depth can be reliably installed, it being possible without difficulty to pull the shoring plates, the supports and the spreading devices out of the trench for reuse during the filling of the trench.

With such shoring devices, there are problems when lines running across the trench make it impossible to use large shoring panels. In the area of such lines running transversely to the trench, so-called hall chamber elements are used, which are known, for example, from DE 30 07 956. These hall chamber elements consist of two chamber plates, which are kept at a distance by means of spreading devices. Inside the chamber panels, duct boards are guided next to each other, as seamlessly as possible, so that they can be moved vertically. The earth pressure acting on the channel planks is absorbed by the inner plate and the straps provided there on the plank chamber plate.

If the trenches are very deep, long duct boards must be used. With these long channel planks there is on the one hand the difficulty of inserting them into the plank board and, following the excavation, pressing them down. Furthermore, the earth pressure on the channel planks, which is to be absorbed by the inner plates of the plank chamber plates, is also very high.

The invention has for its object to provide a shoring device that avoids having to use two types of shoring systems in cross lines and in which it is possible to reliably install trench walls in the area of cross lines.

This object is achieved in that, starting from the shoring device described in the introduction, in the area of a transverse line instead of an outer and upper shoring plate, an upper plank chamber plate can be inserted into the guide channels of the supports, in which duct boards can be inserted next to one another and guided vertically.

With the aid of the shoring device according to the invention, it is possible to reliably install the shoring field corresponding to the length of a shoring panel by means of duct boards, even in the area of a cross line, with the exception of the relatively narrow area below the cross line.

So that this area can be installed at least in large part, it is proposed in a further development of the invention that instead of an inner and lower sheeting plate, a lower plank chamber plate can be inserted into the guide channels of the supports, in which channel boards can be inserted next to one another and are guided vertically displaceably. The lower plank chamber plate cannot be inserted from above into the guide channels of two adjacent supports on one side of the trench because of the transverse line, but the plank chamber plate must be inserted in the longitudinal direction of the trench below the cross line in the guides of the supports. This can be done by inserting the lower plank chamber plate at an angle of, for example, 30 ° between the two spaced supports and then bringing it into a horizontal position so that the lower plank chamber plate engages behind the guide flanges of the supports. But it is also possible that the web engaging in a guide channel of the lower plank chamber plate is connected to the lower plank chamber plate in a horizontally displaceable manner, so that after inserting a web of the plank chamber plate into the guide channel of a support, the opposite web is moved horizontally into the guide channel of the opposite support is inserted. Finally, however, it is also possible to easily connect a web of the guide plate which engages behind a support flange of a support to the lower plank chamber plate. This easily detachable web can be clamped together with a stop part connected to the support flange of a support and then, after inserting the lower plank chamber plate into the guide channel of the other support, the plank chamber plate can be folded against the stop part, so that bolts fastened to the stop part into corresponding holes in the lower one Grip the plank chamber plate. The folded plank chamber plate can then be connected to the stop part by means of plug bolts, wedges or screws.

The device shown is used to block trenches over 6 m deep. It has support frames which can be set up at equal intervals in the longitudinal direction of the trench and which are composed of two parallel supports 1 and 2 and at least one spreader frame 6 which is inserted into these supports and keeps the supports 1 and 2 at a distance and at the same time also connects to form a support frame. In Fig. 2, two spreading frames 6 are inserted into the supports 1 and 2.

Each support 1 and 2 has guide channels 3 on both sides, in which large-area shoring panels are guided so as to be vertically displaceable.

As shown in FIG. 3, an outer shoring plate 4 and an inner shoring plate 5 are guided in the guide channel 3. However, two or more separate guide channels can also be provided on the supports, in which large-area shoring panels are independently guided vertically.

In the embodiment of the shoring device according to FIG. 3, two guide channels are not provided on both sides of a support 1 or 2, but only one guide channel 3 each, which is formed by a support flange 32 and a guide flange 35. Both the outer shoring panels 4 and the inner shoring panels are guided in this guide channel 3. Both shoring plates 4 and 5 are supported on the support flange 32 via support webs 27 and 28. The outer shoring plates 4 are somewhat wider and have a relatively high support web 27 which surrounds the inner shoring plate 5.

The edge of the outer shoring plates 4 is guided in the longitudinal direction of the trench in a form-fitting manner in the guide channel 3 of the support 1 via guide strips 29 and 36. The inner shoring plates 5 are supported on the support flanges 32 via flat webs 28.

On the side of the supports 1 and 2 pointing towards the trench there is a guide channel 30 with guide strips 39 which are engaged behind by a rail 40 of the expansion frame 6. The rollers 11 of the expansion frames 6 run on the support flanges 32 when the expansion frames 6 are pressed downwards or pulled upwards.

Instead of the outer shoring panels 4, according to the invention, plank chamber panels 14 can be inserted into the guide channels 3 of two adjacent supports 1 or 2 on one side of the trench. 3 and 4 show, the upper plank chamber plate 14, like the upper shoring plate 4, has relatively high support webs 27 'and is guided in a form-fitting manner in the guide channel 3 of the support 1 or 2 via guide strips 29'.

In a corresponding manner, the lower plank chamber plate 15 is provided with a web 28 ′ which corresponds to the flat web 28 corresponds to the lower and inner shoring panels 5. The upper plank chamber plate 14 has a chamber 41 in which the upper channel planks are inserted and guided. In this chamber 41 guides for the channel planks 12, not yet shown, can be attached. The channel planks are supported against the inner double wall of the upper plank chamber plate 14. The inner double wall is stiffened by struts, profiles or the like, not shown.

The lower plank chamber plate 15 has a chamber 42 in which the lower channel planks 13 are inserted and guided. The lower channel boards 13 and the upper channel boards 12 can be of the same design. 2 and 9 show, the upper channel boards 12 are provided at their upper end with striking plates 17 which are directed outwards so that they overlap the outer wall of the upper board chamber plate 14. This striking plate 17 serves to press the channel planks down, for example with the aid of an excavator bucket. Furthermore, these channel planks 12 can also be pulled upwards on the edge of the striking plates 17 which is angled downwards. The lower channel planks 13 are designed in the same way as the upper channel planks 12. However, they are inserted into the lower plank chamber plates 15 in such a way that their striking plates 18 are directed inwards and overlap the inner walls of the lower plank chamber plates 15. By pulling up the lower plank chamber plates 15, all of the lower channel planks 13 are also pulled up. Likewise, all of the upper channel planks 12 are pulled up when the upper plank chamber plate 14 is pulled up. For this reason, eyelets or the like (not shown) are attached to the lower hall chamber plates 15 and also to the upper hall chamber plates 14 for hanging a hook or the like.

In Fig. 3, the chambers 41 and 42 of the upper and lower hall chamber plate are closed by a continuous wall. 4 are for Guide of the channel boards 12, 13 on the upper and lower board chamber plates 14, 15 at intervals which are adapted to the width of the channel boards 12, 13, vertically extending T-shaped profiles 19 are attached, which are positively encompassed by angle profiles 20, which on both sides the longitudinal center are attached to the upper and lower channel boards. This embodiment has the advantage that the channel planks are considerably stiffened by the welded-on angle profiles 20.

As shown in FIG. 1, in order to insert the lower plank chamber plate 15 on the left side of the trench and below the transverse line 16, the lower plank chamber plate 15 must be inserted into the trench in the region next to the transverse line 16 and then moved in the longitudinal direction of the trench and then can be used in the guide channels 3 of the supports 1.

In order to facilitate this insertion of the lower plank chamber plate 15, the web 28 ′ engaging behind a support flange 32 of the support is connected to the lower plank chamber plate 15 in a longitudinally displaceable manner, as shown in FIGS. 5 and 6. As FIG. 6 shows, after inserting a web 28 'into a support, the opposite web 28' can be inserted into the guide channel of the other support 1 or 2 by longitudinally displacing the angle part 21 with the aid of the handle 22. The displacement can be 5 to 10 cm, so that the lower plank chamber plate 15 is reliably held in the two supports 1 or 2 on one side of the trench. Another embodiment of the lower plank chamber plate 15 is shown in FIGS. 7 and 8. There, a web 28 ′ which engages behind the support flange 32 of a support 1 or 2 is easily detachably connected to the lower plank chamber plate 15. The web 28 'is welded to a stop part 24, which has bolts 25 which engage in corresponding holes 26 in the lower plank chamber plate 15 when the plank chamber plate 15 has been inserted after the opposite web 28' has been inserted is pivoted against the other support. The stop part 24 with the web 28 'can be clamped to the support flange 32 of a support 1 or 2, for example by means of screws.

Wedges 31 can be inserted into the ends of the bolts 25 inserted through the plank chamber plate 15 in order to quickly and reliably connect the easily detachable web 28 ′ to the plank chamber plate 15.

The shoring device according to the invention has the advantage that the supports 1 and 2 can also be used at equal intervals along the trench in the area of a cross line 16 and can be used in the shoring field of a cross line 16 or a house connection instead of the large-area shoring panels 4 and 5 floorboard panels 14 and 15 can. The stepped arrangement of upper and lower channel boards 12, 13 makes it possible to keep them relatively short. Trenches with a length of 5 to 6 m can be used to secure trenches 9 to 10 m deep. Furthermore, the trench wall below the cross line can also be reliably supported in the area of a cross line. The channel planks 12 and 13 can be guided in the plank chamber plates 14, 5 in such a way that their edges lie against one another without joints or overlap.
