Claims (13)
- Warmwasserversorgungsanlage mit einem Wassererhitzer (1) und Stichleitungen (3) zu den Zapfstellen (4), wobei eine Stichleitung (3) mit einer Zirkulationsleitung (5) von wesentlich geringerem Querschnitt versehen ist, von der ein erstes Teilstück im Inneren der Stichleitung (3) verläuft und dort offen im Bereich der Zapfstelle (4) endet, der außerhalb der Stichleitung (3) verlaufende zweite Teil der Zirkulationsleitung (5) aus druckfestem Material besteht, ein Rohrabzweigstück (7) vorhanden ist, dessen durchgehendes Rohr Bestandteil der Stichleitung (3) ist und dessen Abzweigrohr (21) die Zirkulationsleitung (5) aufnimmt, und das erste Teilstück der Zirkulationsleitung (5), das zur Zapfstelle (4) verläuft, endseitig in das Abzweigrohr (21) eingeschoben ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßdie Längsachse des Abzweigrohres (21) mit der Längsachse der Stichleitung (3) einen spitzen Winkel bildet, der entgegengesetzt der Strömungsrichtung in der Stichleitung (3) geöffnet ist,eine Warmwasserringleitung (2) vorhanden ist, die durch den Wassererhitzer (1) verläuft und in der das erhitzte Wasser unter dem Einfluß der Schwerkraft oder durch eine Pumpe angetrieben zirkuliert,die Stichleitungen (3) von der Ringleitung (2) abgehenund das Ende des zweiten Teilstücks der Zirkulationsleitung (5) am Abzweigrohr (21) über ein weiteres Rohrabzweigstück offen an der Ringleitung (2) mündet.
- Anlage nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die im Inneren der Stichleitung (3) verlaufenden Teilstücke der Zirkulationsleitung (5) aus flexiblem Material bestehen.
- Anlage nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Material der Zirkulationsleitung (5) lebensmittelecht ist.
- Anlage nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der im Inneren der Stichleitung (3) verlaufende Teil der Zirkulationsleitung (5) auf der inneren Oberfläche ersterer befestigt ist.
- Anlage nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Befestigung durchgehend erfolgt.
- Anlage nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Befestigung über einen Steg (20) erfolgt.
- Anlage nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stichleitung (3) an eine Mischvorrichtung (9) angeschlossen ist, die ihrerseits aus der Ringleitung (2) und einer Kaltwasserleitung (10) gespeist ist.
- Anlage nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zirkulationsleitung (5) durch eine Heizung (11) mit Temperatursensor (12) und -steuerung verläuft und ringleitungsseitig in der Stichleitung endet.
- Anlage nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zirkulationsleitung (5) eine Umwälzpumpe (6) aufweist.
- Anlage nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Umwälzpumpe (6) eine Steuereinheit mit in der Stichleitung angebrachtem Drucksensor (17) aufweist, die den Pumpvorgang bei Druckabfall unterbricht und bei Druckanstieg beginnt.
- Anlage nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine zentrale Steuereinheit (13) für Umwälzpumpe (6), Heizung (11) und/oder Mischvorrichtung (9) vorhanden und mit den Sensoren verbunden ist.
- Anlage nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Bewegungsmelder (16) an die zentrale Steuereinheit (13) angeschlossen ist.
- Anlage nach Anspruch 11 oder 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Steuereinheit (13) eine Eingabeeinrichtung (15) im Bereich einer Zapfstelle (4) aufweist.
