Claims (3)

  1. Procédé pour éliminer des impuretés sur la plaque d'impression d'un cylindre porte-plaque d'une machine d'impression, dans lequel la vitesse périphérique, correspondant normalement à la vitesse périphérique de la plaque d'impression, d'un rouleau d'application d'un agent de mouillage d'une unité de mouillage est diminuée temporairement et, simultanément, la vitesse de rotation, réglable indépendamment pour le dosage de l'alimentation en fluide de mouillage, d'un rouleau amenant de l'agent de mouillage est modifiée,
    caractérisé en ce que la vitesse de rotation du rouleau (4) amenant de l'agent de mouillage est modifiée lors de la diminution de la vitesse périphérique du rouleau d'application (3) de l'agent de mouillage de sorte que l'amenée de l'agent de mouillage vers le rouleau d'application (3) de l'agent de mouillage est réduite, et en ce que, lorsque la vitesse périphérique du rouleau d'application (3) de l'agent de mouillage est de nouveau égale à la vitesse périphérique de la plaque d'impression (7), la vitesse de rotation du rouleau (4) amenant l'agent de mouillage est ramenée à la valeur précédente.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que la réduction de l'amenée de l'agent de mouillage est effectuée en diminuant la vitesse de rotation du rouleau plongeur (4), entraîné de façon séparée, de l'unité de mouillage.
  3. Dispositif pour amener de l'encre et un agent de mouillage au cylindre porte-plaque d'un machine d'impression rotative offset, comportant une unité d'encrage ayant au moins un rouleau d'application d'encre appliqué contre le cylindre porte-plaque, une unité de mouillage ayant au moins un rouleau d'application d'un agent de mouillage appliqué contre le cylindre porte-plaque, et un rouleau amenant cet agent de mouillage, dont la vitesse de rotation peut être réglée de façon indépendante pour le dosage de l'amenée de l'agent de mouillage, le rouleau d'application de l'agent de mouillage pouvant être entraîné, par commande de son entraînement, soit à la même vitesse périphérique que le cylindre porte-plaque, soit à une vitesse périphérique plus faible par rapport au cylindre porte-plaque,
    caractérisé en ce que la commande de la vitesse de rotation de rouleau (4) amenant l'agent de mouillage est reliée à l'entraînement du rouleau d'application (3) de l'agent de mouillage ou sa commande, de sorte que, en commandant l'entraînement du rouleau d'application (3) de l'agent de mouillage à une vitesse périphérique plus faible, la vitesse de rotation du rouleau (4) amenant l'agent de mouillage est simultanément diminuée à une valeur prédéfinie et, par commande inverse, est augmentée à nouveau à la valeur précédente.
