Definitions

  • the invention relates to a table with a frame made of two parallel longitudinal profiles and at least two cross bridges, with at least two table legs attached to the frame and with a table top attached by means of fastening elements to the frame.
  • the invention has for its object to develop a table of the type described in such a way that a Easy adaptability to different conditions with simple construction and assembly is given.
  • the longitudinal profiles have coupling sections on which the cross bridges are detachably and adjustably attached in the longitudinal direction by means of adapted counterparts.
  • longitudinal profiles of suitable length can be provided, which can be easily connected by means of the cross bridges at suitable intervals, so that a variable, easily adaptable frame to an existing footprint can be formed. It is only necessary to adapt the longitudinal profiles to the desired length and to select a corresponding tabletop or tabletop sections.
  • the longitudinal profiles and cross bridges always have the same structure and do not need to be changed.
  • the coupling sections are advantageously formed on the mutually facing sides of the longitudinal profiles, which allow easy manufacture.
  • the adaptability to different spatial conditions is particularly easy due to the simple attachment options and displaceability of the cross bridges, if it is provided that the coupling sections as continuous on the facing sides of the longitudinal profiles grooves and the counterparts as protruding into the grooves and are formed in these definable projections or that, conversely, the coupling sections are formed as continuous projections and the counterparts as grooves.
  • the grooves and the counterparts can be trapezoidal or T-shaped in cross section.
  • the cross bridges can be preassembled at any point on the longitudinal profiles during assembly and then shifted into the exact position if it is provided that one half of the groove is part of a clamping piece detachably attached to the longitudinal profile or the cross bridge.
  • Another possibility of adjusting the transverse bridges in the longitudinal direction is achieved in that the coupling sections are designed as recesses provided on the mutually facing sides of the longitudinal profiles and the counterparts are designed as pins projecting into the recesses and which can be fixed therein, or conversely the coupling sections are designed as pins and the counterparts are formed as recesses. This enables a gradual displacement of the cross bridges.
  • fastening elements are adjustably and detachably attached to the coupling sections and / or corresponding receptacles are formed on the transverse breaks.
  • the fastening elements can have recesses which are open at the top and into which holding elements provided on the table top can be inserted.
  • the holding elements can have recesses into which the Engage fasteners.
  • the mobile fastening elements are designed as clamping jaws with clamping sections that can be clamped onto the coupling sections.
  • the number of assembly steps is reduced if it is provided that the fastening elements and the holding elements by means of at least one screw, a toggle eccentric fitting or the like. are connectable to each other, and that the fastening sections can be clamped to the coupling sections simultaneously when the screws are tightened.
  • the cross bridges have leg attachment points which have lugs or depressions adapted to the cross-sectional contour of the table legs. This also increases the stability at the connection point between the table legs and the frame.
  • the assembly is simplified by the measure that the table legs can be fixed at the leg attachment points by means of screws inserted from above through the cross bridges.
  • sufficient leg room for the user is also guaranteed at the locations of the table legs if it is provided that leg attachment points set back in relation to the front edge of the table are provided.
  • the linking of longitudinal profiles or several tables is achieved with simple measures, in that the cross bridges are designed in such a way that they can be attached so as to protrude beyond the end faces of the longitudinal profiles and can be connected to further longitudinal profiles. If the cross bridges are plate-like, this results in a sufficiently wide and stable connection point. An easy one The structure of the table frame is obtained if the cross bridges and longitudinal profiles and, if applicable, the legs are made of aluminum. Alternatively, steel can be used.
  • the longitudinal profiles can have, for example, a triangular cross section, the side of the longitudinal profiles facing the table outside running obliquely downwards in the direction of the table inside, which improves the appearance.
  • Height adjustment means can be provided for height adjustment of tables or table top sections that are inserted into the fastening elements or holding elements.
  • the table thus offers a simple kit-like structure with high flexibility with few components and enables quick assembly. There are also advantages with regard to warehousing and transport.
  • Fig. 1 shows a schematic representation of the essential parts of the table.
  • One from longitudinal profiles 1 and cross bridges 2 formed frame takes on a top or a one-piece table top 6.
  • table legs 5 are attached.
  • the present in cross-section triangular longitudinal profiles 1 have on their inward, mutually facing and perpendicular with respect to the table top 6 coupling sections 1.1 or profiles in the form of continuous, cross-sectionally trapezoidal projections on which the cross bridges 2 with correspondingly adapted counterparts 2.1 can be moved and fixed can be attached, the counterparts 2.1 engaging behind the projections like a clamp.
  • the counterparts 2.1 have continuous clamping pieces 2.2, which form one half of the counterparts 2.1 and can be fixed by means of screws on the end regions of the cross bridges 2, in which the other half of the counterparts 2.1 are formed.
  • the respective cross bridge 2 can easily be moved in the longitudinal profiles 1 and fixed in a suitable position by tightening the screws.
  • the preferably plate-like transverse bridges 2 can be arranged, in part, preferably half, projecting beyond the longitudinal profiles 1 and clamped to the two longitudinal profiles 1 lined up.
  • the projections can be formed in the cross bridges 2 and the grooves in the longitudinal profiles 1.
  • the trapezoidal projections and grooves can also be T-shaped, for example.
  • the fix can instead of the continuous clamping pieces 2.2 also by means of screws which can be screwed into the grooves.
  • the cross bridges 2 must then, however, be pushed on from the end face of the longitudinal profiles 1.
  • the coupling sections 1.1 can be designed like a pin and the counterparts 2.1 as recesses adapted thereto, or the coupling sections 1.1 can be designed as recesses and the counterparts 2.1 as pins. In this embodiment, however, only a gradual displacement of the cross bridges 2 is possible.
  • the frame is preferably provided on the cross bridges 2 with attachment points 2.3 for attaching the table legs 5.
  • the fastening points on the side facing the table legs 5 are provided with lugs or depressions adapted to their cross-sectional contour.
  • the table legs are fastened, for example, with screws inserted from above through the fastening points 2.3. If necessary, the table legs can be set back relatively far from the front edge of the table, in order to ensure the required legroom, especially with linked table frames.
  • different fastening points 2.3 are provided on the cross bridges 2, which for example also allow the table to be equipped with only two stable legs.
  • fastening elements 3 are slidably and securely attached to the coupling sections 1.1 of the longitudinal profiles 1, into which holding elements 6.1 provided on the table top 6 can be inserted.
  • the fastening elements 3 are provided with recesses and the holding elements 6.1 with projections or the fastening elements 3 with projections and the holding elements 6.1 with recesses.
  • height adjustment means can be inserted into the fastening elements or cross bridges. In this way e.g. a change in the inclination of the table top or a shift of the table top can also be achieved.
  • the individual parts made of aluminum offer a pure, simple and inexpensive to manufacture and easy to assemble frame construction.
  • a steel structure is also suitable.
  • the cross bridge 2 is constructed so that it can be dismantled, so that the table depth can also be varied without having to forego the above advantages of length variation.
  • Two transverse profiles 7 accommodate several, in the present case three, bridge plates in the form of two bridge head plates 8 and a bridge middle plate 9.
  • the transverse profiles 7 here have an essentially rectangular cross-section, with profile structures 7.1 which are arranged on both sides perpendicular to the table top and which serve to attach the bridge plates and thereby enable mutual expansion.
  • the symmetrical design of the transverse profiles with respect to a horizontal and a vertical plane in their longitudinal direction has the advantage of being easy to interchange.
  • the bridge plates are attached to the transverse profiles 7 in the manner described in connection with FIG. 1 for attaching the transverse bridges 2 to the longitudinal profiles 1, that is to say preferably in the form of a clamp fastening with a clamping part 8.2 or 9.2 located on the bridge plate and a separate clamping jaw 8.1 or 9.1.
  • the dismountable cross bridge 2 is attached to the longitudinal beams 1 in accordance with the exemplary embodiment according to FIG. 1, the bridgehead plates 8 being provided with counterparts, for example clamping grooves 8.3, with clamping pieces 2.2 on their outer sides facing the longitudinal profiles.
  • the recordings for the table tops can be formed exclusively or additionally in the bridge tops be.
  • the cutouts for the table legs can also be provided on the bridge plates.
