    que le châssis est réalisé sous la forme d'un châssis en équerre (2') en deux moitiés et comporte deux montants avant (16) parallèles, entre lesquels sont prévus l'appui thoracique (9) et l'appui de genoux (10) de la surface d'appui (3), et aux extrémités supérieures desquels sont disposées, du côté où se trouve l'opérateur, des poignées (14), ainsi qu'à chacune des extrémités inférieures desquels est disposée une roulette (16.1),
    les axes (19.1) de l'appui thoracique (9) et de l'appui de genoux (10) constituant les axes d'inclinaison pour la surface d'appui (3),
    qu'on a prévu deux montants arrière (17) qui sont reliés par l'intermédiaire d'une branche horizontale (15) aux montants avant (16), et
    que les branches horizontales (15) sont réalisées comme des moyens, déplacés conjointement avec le montant avant (16), qui servent au maintien ou à l'appui latéral lors de la mise en place du corps sur la surface d'appui (3), l'agencement étant tel que, pendant l'utilisation, le corps peut prendre une posture "en pont" sur la surface d'appui.
  9. Dispositif selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que le montant avant (16) est extensible télescopiquement et que ses différents réglages sont blocables, par exemple à l'aide de chevilles enfichées dans des trous.
  10. Dispositif selon la revendication 8 ou 9, caractérisé en ce qu'une roulette (17.1) est prévue sur chaque montant arrière (17).
  11. Dispositif selon une des revendications 8 à 10, caractérisé en ce qu'un appui-tête (8) est disposé basculant, en vue de son réglage en hauteur, et détachable, pour pouvoir être enlevé au besoin du châssis (2; 2'), entre les branches horizontales (15) du châssis en équerre (2').
  12. Dispositif selon une des revendications 8 à 11 en combinaison avec un fauteuil (20), caractérisé en ce que les branches horizontales (15) du châssis en équerre (2') sont intégrées dans les parties latérales des accoudoirs (24) du fauteuil (20), chacune des parties du châssis en équerre (2') étant disposée extensible sur ou dans une partie latérale du fauteuil (20) à accoudoirs (24) et présentant au moins un montant avant (16) pourvu d'une roulette (l6.l), le châssis en équerre (2') pouvant être placé devant le fauteuil par son extraction de celui-ci et les branches horizontales (15) formant des appui-bras déplacés conjointement.
  13. Dispositif selon une des revendications 8 à 12 en combinaison avec un fauteuil (20), caractérisé en ce que les branches horizontales (15) du châssis en équerre (2') sont intégrées dans les parties latérales des accoudoirs (24) du fauteuil (20), chaque partie du châssis en équerre (2') étant articulée mobile en pivotement sur une partie latérale comprenant un accoudoir (24) du fauteuil (20) et présentant au moins un montant avant (16) pourvu d'une roulette roulant transversalement, le châssis en équerre (2') pouvant être placé devant le fauteuil par pivotement et les branches horizontales (15) formant des appui-bras.
  14. Dispositif selon la revendication 12 ou 13, caractérisé en ce que le châssis en équerre (2') est fixé amovible à la partie latérale ou aux parties latérales du fauteuil (20).
  15. Dispositif selon la revendication 14, caractérisé en ce que des éléments coulissants, coopérant par complémentarité de formes, sont prévus pour la fixation.
