Definitions
- the invention relates to a ski boot according to EP-A-0 350 023 with shell and shaft, compared to the bowl e.g. movable into an original position and in which a raised shell part at least protrudes on the heel side and an inner one parallel to the shaft Wall forms in which a slot open at the top is provided, the longitudinal edges delimiting the slot width stand at a distance from each other that is in the template position of the shaft overlapping the slot of the shell against the elasticity of the material or the when straightening the shaft opens, one in the slot the spacers counteracting the slit width arranged displaceably by an adjusting device is.
- a modern ski boot supports the skier's presentation on departure by placing the shaft opposite the Shell, i.e. the basic body of the ski boot, an inclined position can take in the direction of travel. They are executions known in which this template movement for the inclined position against an adjustable resistance. Is to the leg encircled by the shaft, cuff-like elastic surrounding raised shell part above the Provide the heel with a U-shaped slot that is open at the top. The shaft lies approximately in its upright position concentric to the raised shell part. The skier goes in the original position, then the shaft opposite the shell, i.e. also in relation to the raised shell part an inclined position that leads to the Shaft with its inner surface on the outer surface of the hoisted Leaning against the shell and a pressure on this exercises.
- the elastic, raised shell part gives way, especially since the vertical slit keeps its shape is weakened.
- the slot presses for example has a width of 1 cm together until the longitudinal edges defining the slot near the top Touch the edge of the bowl. So the slot opens elastic when relieved and closes under pressure of the inclined shaft.
- the length and geometry of the slot is a measure of the resistance, which is the original movement of the shaft on the part of the bowl.
- EP-A0 350 023 having the features of the preamble of claim 1, is a ski boot with a vertical Take a slit in the heel area of the shell, in which a slide that can be moved on a spindle as a spacer is arranged to be longitudinally displaceable.
- the sledge is lying on both sides on the walls of the slot and prevents it or complicating the gap width of the Slot depending on its altitude in the slot.
- the spindle extends the entire length of the slot and parallel to this, and is secured by a knurled roller Height adjustment of the slide rotatable in the slot.
- a similar embodiment is also known, in which the slot in the shell diverges downward Has edge and at the spacer or an expanding body on a vertical spindle adjustable in height is arranged.
- These long lead screws in the heel area of the ski boots stiffen the shaft in an undesirable way Wise and are highly stressed; if they bend, then the height adjustment no longer works and the spacer or spreading body clamps.
- the invention aims to provide a ski boot with an adjustable Resistance to the original movement of the shaft to improve the adjuster, this to move out of the immediate heel area and to execute that they themselves have the properties of the ski boot not affected or, conversely, protected from damage is.
- This goal is achieved with a ski boot as described at the beginning Type achieved in the spacer according to the invention on an arm of a swiveling angle lever in a longitudinal slot the same is slidably mounted and the other Arm carries a threaded nut which is axially immovable mounted, rotatable spindle adjustable is.
- the arm allows the adjustment device to be attached to the side next to the slot.
- Through the angle lever a translation of the adjustment movement is achieved.
- the actuation the spindle can be viewed from the side, i.e. for the right shoe from the right and for the left shoe from the left.
- angle lever according to claim 6 is appropriate; because the bell crank when the position of the shaft changes in relation to the shell can adapt to the transfer.
- the spacer is on Angle lever stored in an elongated hole. This helps at that setting even with mutual movement of shell and shaft is preserved.
- Fig. 1 shows a ski boot made of shell and shaft in a basic representation with an upright 1a, the heel-side slot in the 2, the ski boot according to FIG. 1 in the presentation position of the shaft, Fig. 2a the slot in the shell at the template position 2, 3 is a partial view of the shaft cut-away rear view of a ski boot according to FIG. 1 with adjusting device, Fig. 4 the adjustment range of Adjustment device with respect to the slot, Fig. 5 a concrete Embodiment of the adjustment device in a view and FIG. 6 the adjustment device seen from above.
- a ski boot comprises a shell 1 made of elastic Plastic and a rotatably hinged to this Shaft 2, which also has several parts as the front and Buttstock can be formed.
- a Slot 4 provided in the hoisted Shell part 3, which is encompassed by the shaft 2 is a Slot 4 provided in the hoisted Shell part 3, which is encompassed by the shaft 2 is a Slot 4 provided in the hoisted Shell part 3, which is encompassed by the shaft 2 is a Slot 4 provided.
- the slot 4 is shown in Fig. 1a.
- the skier takes a template a, which is the in Fig. 2 with full lines shown relative position of the shaft 2 results.
- the shaft 2 presses on the raised shell part 3, whereby this is deformed within the limits of its elasticity.
- the slot 4 is compressed (Fig. 2a) until finally the longitudinal edges 5.6 defining the slot 4 each other touch in the upper area.
- a spacer 7 which is arranged in the slot 4 adjustable in height, can adjust the resistance to the original movement of
- the spacer 7 is a circular cylindrical disk 8 formed, which is a plate 8 'upstream, which the slot 4 overlaps laterally and thus falling out the spacer 7 prevented.
- the height of the cylindrical The pane corresponds at least to the wall thickness of the raised one Shell part 3 in the slot area and the diameter corresponds approximately to the width of the slot 4.
- the spacer 7 sets an arm 9 of a two-armed Angle lever 10, which is part of an adjusting device (Fig. 3 and Fig. 5,6) for the position of the spacer 7 in the slot 4 about a pivot point 11 of a bracket 12 is pivotable.
- Threaded spindle 15 runs.
- a screw head 16 with socket countersink is used to attach a screwdriver and thus to adjust the nut 14 along the spindle 15. It can also be a knurled thumbwheel for immediate Operation by hand on the spindle 15 may be provided.
- the holder 12 is fixed in a pocket of the shaft 2 inserted in the gap between shaft 2 and shell 1. she but can also be firmly connected to the shell 1. If the spindle 15 through an opening in the shaft 2 with is turned with a screwdriver, then the angle lever swings 10 around the fulcrum 11.
- the nut 14 as well as the Spacers 7 are in each case for kinematic reasons a slot 17, 18 on the arms 9 and 13 respectively. Of the Spacer 7 slides up or down in slot 4 below.
- Fig. 4 shows the principle of adjusting the spacer 7 in slot 4, the lower one with full lines End position of the spacer 7 and dashed the upper End position of the same in slot 4 is shown.
- slot 4 comes into full effect and can against the original movement of the shaft 2 low resistance on the part of the shell 1 or the hoisted Shell part 3 are pressed together.
- the upper end position of the spacer 7 in the slot 4 sets the shell 1 or the raised shell part 3 of the original movement the shaft against the maximum resistance. The skier chooses between these end positions his wishes for a limitation of the submission or best after a template resistance corresponds.
- the nut 14 carries a mark 19 or a nose as a pointer.
- the nut 14 is a viewing window opposite 20 provided in the longitudinal direction of the spindle 15, which the mark 19 shows.
- a scale 21 e.g. with position numbers, so mark 19 individually to a specific number can be adjusted.
- the arm 9 of the angle lever 10 is made of flexible material e.g. Made from spring steel so it can bend the shaft 2 or the shell 1 in the raised position Shell part 3 can adjust. As it moves up and down the arm 9 changes its curvature and is twisted subject. This stress is caused by spring steel easily recorded.
- the spacer 7 was in accordance with the Embodiment essentially as a circular cylindrical Body shown.
- a practical alternative to this forms a prismatic body in the central part, which with two of its parallel surfaces on the longitudinal edges 5, 6 of the slot 4 is sliding and the two End faces in slot 4 rounded or spherical is. This form meets the requirement of keeping open the slot 4 particularly well and the round or crowned ends cause the spacer 7 does not get stuck when moving in slot 4.
