Abstract

Suivant l'invention un échantillon constitué par une dentelle ou une broderie en coton ou en fibre synthétique est traité à l'aide de cire, de résines, de vernis ou autres matériaux plastiques appropriés en vue de le rendre plus volumineux ; après quoi cet échantillon est revêtu avec du plâtre pour permettre la mise en oeuvre du procédé usuel dit "à cire perdue", en permettant ainsi l'obtention d'un élément décoratif à aspect particulièrement surprenant destiné à être utilisé avec des articles de bijouterie tels que colliers, bracelets ou similaires. <IMAGE>

Description

  • La présente invention a pour objet un procédé pour la réalisation d'éléments décoratifs en or et autres métaux précieux, d'aspect esthétiquement similaire à des dentelles ou broderies en tissu.
  • L'invention vise également les éléments décoratifs en forme de dentelles ou broderies obtenus par mise en oeuvre procédé.
  • On connaît depuis longtemps un procédé de fusion dit "à cire perdue", suivant lequel un modèle, réalisé principalement en cire ou autre matière plastique similaire, est revêtu de plâtre, après quoi la forme en plâtre est portée à haute température dans un four de façon à ce que le modèle original disparaisse et que dans le plâtre subsiste la cavité à l'intérieur de laquelle est ensuite injecté le métal, par exemple de l'argent, de l'or, du platine ou un alliage de ces métaux, qui en se solidifiant forme l'élément décoratif fini.
  • Le moule en plâtre est ensuite broyé et le procédé est de ce fait appelé "à cire perdue".
  • Le procédé suivant l'invention est défini à la revendication 1.
  • L'originalité de ce procédé réside dans le fait qu'un échantillon de dentelle ou broderie usuelle en coton ou en fibre synthétique est traité avec de la cire, des résines, des vernis ou d'autres matières plastiques appropriées en vue de le rendre plus volumineux, puis on revêt cet échantillon avec du plâtre qui par la suite subira les mêmes traitements que les modèles actuellement utilisés, à savoir cuisson à l'intérieur d'un four jusqu'à destruction du modèle original et obtention à sa place d'une cavité à l'intérieur de laquelle sera injecté le métal fondu qui en se solidifiant formera l'élément décoratif fini.
  • L'élément décoratif réalisé conformément au procédé suivant l'invention va maintenant être décrit de manière plus détaillée avec l'aide de la planche de dessin annexée, dans laquelle :
    • La fig. 1 représente un élément décoratif obtenu par mise en oeuvre du procédé suivant l'invention.
    • La fig. 2 montre un collier muni d'un tel élément décoratif.
  • Le procédé suivant l'invention consiste, ainsi qu'on l'a dit plus haut, à partir d'un échantillon de dentelle ou de broderie en coton ou en fibre synthétique, d'aspect parfaitement semblable à l'élément 1 qui a été illustré en fig. 1, ledit échantillon étant traité avec de la cire, une résine, un vernis ou une autre matière plastique en vue de le rendre plus volumineux.
  • Cet échantillon est ensuite revêtu de plâtre, puis cuit dans un four suivant le processus classique afin de détruire l'échantillon original qu'il renferme, en créant de la sorte la cavité dans laquelle le métal -or ou autre métal précieux- est introduit à l'état fondu pour donner naissance au produit fini. Celui-ci pourra alors être monté sur une chaîne usuelle, comme montré en fig. 2, pour réaliser par exemple le collier 2.

Claims (2)

  1. Procédé pour la réalisation d'éléments décoratifs en or ou autre métal précieux, caractérisé en ce qu'un échantillon de dentelle ou de broderie en coton ou en fibre synthétique est traité avec de la cire, une résine, un vernis ou une autre matière plastique pour le rendre plus volumineux, après quoi on le revêt avec du plâtre pour permettre la mise en oeuvre du procédé usuel pour la réalisation d'un moule dit "à cire perdue", propre à permettre par fusion la réalisation de l'objet fini en métal, par exemple en argent, en or, en platine ou en un alliage de ces métaux.
  2. Elément décoratif en or ou autre métal précieux, réalisé par mise en oeuvre du procédé suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'il affecte exactement l'aspect esthétique d'une dentelle ou d'une broderie parfaitement similaire à l'échantillon avec lequel est obtenue l'empreinte dans le moule en plâtre, mais réalisé dans un métal précieux à l'état de fusion.
