Definitions

  • the invention relates to a ceiling tile with a lower, room-side surface after laying and with a ceiling-side surface for a false ceiling that also has support profiles, consisting of at least two flat elements arranged on top of one another and made of sound-absorbing material. Barrier-serving adhesive are connected to one another, the surface on the room side being smooth or structured.
  • Such a ceiling panel consisting of two panel elements which are connected to one another by an intermediate adhesive layer is known from GB-A-2 151 547.
  • both the room-side and the ceiling-side surface are smooth.
  • the sticky intermediate layer is plastically deformable under shear stress and is able to absorb sound energy, which improves the sound-absorbing effect of the ceiling tile.
  • the extent of this sound insulation is not sufficient for many applications and wishes.
  • Public buildings, administration buildings, school buildings and hospitals are increasingly provided with suspended false ceilings (suspended ceilings) and also equipped with subordinate partitions in order to be able to adapt the room layout to requirements and to be able to change them if necessary.
  • the partitions are enough usually only up to the false ceiling, while the ceiling cavity located above the false ceiling extends from one retaining wall to the next retaining wall and possibly also over the entire building area. Connected with this are sound transmissions also across partitions into neighboring rooms.
  • the sound passage through the false ceiling and the ceiling cavity must not be greater than the direct sound passage through the partition itself.
  • the required sound insulation values cannot be achieved with the known ceiling tiles, and in order to achieve the required sound insulation values with conventional false ceilings, mineral wool is used for sound absorption in Ceiling cavity placed on the false ceiling.
  • the invention is therefore based on the object to provide measures with the aid of which it is possible to directly improve the sound-absorbing properties of the ceiling panel itself in such a way that it is then no longer necessary to additionally lay mineral wool loose in the ceiling cavity.
  • the invention provides that the ceiling-side surface in the installed state is provided with depressions and / or sound absorption openings.
  • the material for the two plate elements is a known, sound-absorbing or sound-absorbing material, such as, for example, a mixture of mineral wool, filler and natural binder, for example in the form of starch.
  • the density of these plate elements can be in the order of 200 kg to 400 kg per m 3 .
  • the adhesive layer With the help of the adhesive layer, the passage of sound is additionally dampened.
  • the sound absorption openings on the top side of the ceiling panel cause a reduction in the sound waves in the ceiling cavity, insofar as they reach the ceiling panel through to the ceiling cavity and then propagate there.
  • the single figure shows, in section, part of an intermediate ceiling 1 with two laterally broken off different ceiling panels 2 and 3, which rest on the legs of a support profile 4.
  • each ceiling plate 2 or 3 consists of two planes arranged one on top of the other, e.g. Mineral wool 5 and binding agent 6 having plate elements 7 and 8, which are further connected to one another with the aid of an adhesive which also serves as a sound insulation barrier layer 9.
  • mineral wool e.g. Perlite
  • the perlite is an inorganic rock that contains potassium, aluminum and silicates and is processed in the form of sand or finely ground.
  • Mineral wool is to be understood as common mineral fibers in the broadest sense.
  • the surface 10 or 10 ′ of the ceiling panels 2, 3 lying at the bottom or on the room side in the installed state can be smooth or structured, as shown in the single figure.
  • the surface 10 has a multiple application of paint.
  • the room-side surface 10 of the ceiling panel 2 is smooth, it can also be needled according to the surface 10 'of the ceiling panel 3 and thus have small sound absorption openings 11.
  • the surfaces 10 and 10 'of the ceiling panels 2, 3 can thus be smooth or needled, grained, grooved, corrugated, perforated or designed in any other way and thus be sound-absorbing, as required.
  • the other, ceiling-side surfaces 12 and 12 'of the two ceiling panels 2 and 3 are provided with sound-absorbing depressions and / or sound absorption openings 13. Regardless of the design of the room-side surface 10, the ceiling-side surfaces 12 are thus always sound-absorbing.
  • the adhesive serving as a sound insulation barrier layer 9 connects the two plate elements 7 and 8 over the entire surface.
  • the contact surfaces of the two plate elements 7 and 8 facing the adhesive can be unprocessed.
  • the adhesive used for bonding and as a sound insulation barrier layer 9 is preferably an inorganic adhesive.
  • the density and / or the material thickness of the two plate elements 7 and 8 of each ceiling plate 2, 3 can be different. However, this is imperative not, and also results from the respective requirements.
  • the plate elements shown in section and broken off in the single figure have commercially available dimensions of a preferred exemplary embodiment. This means that the density is 200 to 400 kg per m 3 and preferably 270 to 350 kg per m 3 .
  • the preferred ceiling panel 3 consists of two panel elements 7 and 8 and has between them a sound-absorbing barrier layer 9 and sound-absorbing openings 11 and 13 in their two surfaces 10 'and 12' serving as the top and bottom.
  • the invention is not restricted to this preferred embodiment; rather, modifications are also possible within the scope of the patent claims. So it goes without saying that the material for the plate elements 7 and 8 is not only sound-absorbing, but also sound-absorbing.
