Definitions

  • the invention relates to a sanitary installation system according to the preamble of claim 1.
  • Such devices known from EP-A-0 480 296 are used, for example, to connect WCs, bidets, urinals, washstands and the like which can be fastened on the wall to a wall.
  • a disadvantage of the known devices is that the actuating, operating and user noises associated with the use of the wall-mounted devices penetrate from the device to the outside, as a result of which there is within the residential unit in which the device is used and especially also in neighboring residential units results in an undesirably strong noise disturbance and thus also violates existing regulations.
  • the aforementioned EP-A-0 480 296 describes a sound-absorbing mineral fiber bed in which all sound-generating installation components are installed.
  • the pipes are also soundproofed by sound-insulating rings in their pipe clamps.
  • the wastewater connection bend of each installation block is installed with play on all sides in relation to the downwardly projected outline of the installation block in the assembly cavity and is kept sound-insulating in a pipe clamp by means of a sound-insulating ring.
  • Channel bodies extend between the installation blocks, in which the sewage pipes connecting the sewage connection bends are arranged in a sound-absorbing mineral fiber bed.
  • the inventive sound-absorbing material surrounding the sanitary device ensures that the sound generated during operation and actuation of the sanitary-technical device, in particular the structure-borne noise generated, cannot penetrate the building unhindered, but is insulated by the provision of the sound-absorbing material.
  • the strength of the insulation effect depends on the type of soundproofing material, on its thickness and on the size of the area of the sanitary facility that is surrounded by soundproofing material. In this context, it is particularly advantageous if the sanitary equipment is surrounded on all sides with sound-absorbing material.
  • a sanitary installation system can consequently greatly reduce the noise nuisance that arises when a sanitary facility is operated and operated.
  • a sanitary installation system can be designed in such a way that regulations and provisions relating to the noise pollution permitted in residential units can be observed.
  • a sanitary installation system of the type described is designed with simple and thus also economical means in such a way that the existing provisions with regard to sound insulation are complied with, and this is surprisingly achieved according to the invention in that the units representing the sources of the noise, such as cisterns, with a bag-like or bag-like sound-absorbing material are enclosed, so that this material is also located between the noise source and the associated holding units, for example the respective holding frame.
  • the corresponding fastening elements only have to be taken by simple measures, for example by interposing soft material, soundproofing.
  • the sanitary installation system is an arrangement with associated pipelines, for example in the case of a toilet unit, it is essential that these pipes at least in the area in which they are enclosed by fastening elements, such as clamps, likewise have a sheathing with sound-absorbing material, which is then located between the fastening clamp and the pipe wall and is not subject to inadmissible pressure, for which purpose the corresponding clamps can, if appropriate, be provided with suitable tension limiting stops.
  • This design of the pipe bracket which is essential for the desired structure-borne noise insulation, can also be implemented retrospectively in existing compact units, and it provides very significant advantages with regard to the required structure-borne noise insulation, both when it is subsequently implemented and when the basic structure of sanitary installation systems is designed in a compact form.
  • the sound-absorbing material can surround the respective sanitary equipment loosely, but without any wrinkles, and can also be firmly connected to the respective sanitary equipment.
  • the sanitary installation system according to the invention is extremely easy to assemble and easy to handle, since the shape of the pocket or sack-like design of the sheathing material means that incorrect assembly is not possible, so that the sanitary installation system always has the intended and required sound-insulating properties after it has been installed.
  • the fitter can thus handle a sanitary installation system according to the invention in exactly the same way as a sanitary installation system without sound-absorbing material, as a result of which the assembly is extremely simple and uncomplicated, and in particular no re-learning is necessary for the fitter.
  • the encasing principle according to the invention can even be used advantageously in connection with those compact units in which units forming noise sources, such as cisterns and associated pipes, are already embedded in the insulating material and accordingly a correspondingly high effort has been made. Even such units can be significantly improved with regard to sound and structure-borne sound insulation if the bag or pocket-shaped sheathing already explained is carried out and if necessary the fastening members are additionally designed to be sound-decoupling.
  • the sound insulation effect can be further increased in a sanitary installation system according to the invention in that the cross section of the fastening elements, which are arranged between the wall and the sanitary equipment, is chosen to be as small as possible, since in this way the sound bridge effect of the fastening elements is kept small, so that only one small proportion of the sound generated in the sanitary equipment is transmitted into the wall.
  • the cross section of the fasteners is of course to be chosen so large that sufficient stability is ensured.
  • Another advantage of the invention is that the sanitary installation systems according to the invention can be produced extremely inexpensively, since, for example, in the case of a cistern design according to the invention, no expensive soundproofing measures have to be taken, but rather the cistern only on its outer surface soundproofing material must be clad.
  • An advantage of a system according to the invention is that it can be used in all conceivable installation situations.
  • a sanitary installation system can be installed in a solid wall, standing in front of and attached to a wall, standing in a stud wall or attached to it.
  • the load-bearing or space-enclosing parts of the sanitary installation system according to the invention can consist of all suitable materials, for. B. from masonry, metal, plastic, wood or wood composite materials.
  • the sound-absorbing material to be provided according to the invention advantageously consists of a foam-fleece composite with which particularly good sound insulation can be achieved.
  • the sound-insulating material is preferably provided with a tear-resistant surface, which in particular has an integrated lattice reinforcement.
  • the soundproofing effect can additionally be increased in that the fastening elements located between the sanitary equipment and the wall are designed as sound-decoupling hanging and / or supporting devices.
  • the fastening elements can be implemented in different variants, reference being made to the exemplary embodiments shown in the figures. The variants range from rigid fastenings to rail systems to pin connections.
  • Such a design of a sanitary installation system with sound-decoupling fastening elements ensures that there are no sound bridges between the wall and the device attached to it, since the fastening takes place exclusively via the named fastening elements and structure-borne sound-decoupling materials are provided between the wall and the sanitary-technical device, which lead to that no structure-borne noise can get from the device to the wall and thus into the respective building.
  • the sanitary-technical device is fastened by means of the fastening elements in a frame or housing that can be attached to a wall, the fastening elements — as described above — preferably being designed to be sound-decoupling.
  • An additional sound insulation effect can be achieved in that not only the fastening elements, but also the connecting elements between wall and frame or housing are designed to be sound-decoupling. This results in a first sound decoupling between the wall and frame or housing and a second sound decoupling between the frame or the housing and the sanitary-technical device attached there by means of the fastening elements.
  • the frame or the housing is preferably provided with profiled rails, to which the fastening elements can be fastened in various, in particular any, positions.
  • the sanitary installation system according to the invention can be adapted to different spatial conditions, since the sanitary equipment within the frame or the housing at any point according to the respective Requirements can be attached.
  • the frame or the housing is advantageously connected in a hanging manner to the wall in its upper region, for example by means of hook elements, and is supported on the wall in the lower region by a supporting element which essentially transmits horizontal forces.
  • Hook elements and support member can be made sound-decoupling.
  • the frame or the housing can be supported on the floor side by means of a foot part construction which is in particular adjustable and which is preferably designed to be sound-decoupling in order to prevent structure-borne sound transmission from the sanitary equipment to the floor.
  • a favorable introduction of force into the wall can generally be achieved in that a large part of the forces that occur are transmitted as compressive forces and the smallest possible proportion of the forces that occur are transmitted as tensile forces. Due to the aforementioned bottom-side support of the frame or the housing, most of the forces that occur are introduced into the floor as essentially vertically directed compressive forces and the horizontally directed tensile forces that occur between the sanitary device and the wall are reduced to a minimum.
  • the invention is particularly suitable for the wall-side attachment of a cistern for a toilet.
  • the cistern cover plate which contains the actuating lever or the actuating plate for flushing, is preferably separated from the cistern by a sound-absorbing profile. In this way, the noise generated when the flushing is actuated on the actuating element can be insulated.
  • An additional sound insulation of the noises generated during the flushing process can be achieved in that the flushing pipe leading to the cistern is surrounded on all sides with sound-absorbing material.
  • the sanitary installation system comprising the cistern can be particularly easily assembled together with the cistern if the cistern and the cistern are fastened in a frame or housing according to the above description by means of the fastening elements, since the frame or housing, cistern and cistern are then a complete and compact assembly block in can be attached to a wall in a single step.
  • the frame holding the cistern and the flushing pipe or the corresponding housing can additionally hold a waste water connection bend, preferably sound-decoupling.
  • the waste water connection bend can be pivotably held on the frame or on the housing.
  • a particularly good noise insulation during the rinsing process results if the waste water connection bend is surrounded on all sides with sound-absorbing material.
